I never thought I'd be doing this in any time period, but I'm going to have to go ahead and vote for Viz as well. From what I've seen, he's showing great improvement in his posting rate, been contributing to the site by staying active n' posting with peeps, he seems to be becoming less of a pest to be around then he was in the past and I haven't really heard any off the wall reports about him. Therefore, he has my vote for his self-improvement.
