Hello and welcome to the finals for the COTM for October!

The rules for this are simple; Vote for who you think deserves COTM, and state a reason on why you think they deserve it. Some notifications of their work, is also not out of the question. if they did a superb job, simply get down with your good self and vote for em' nothing hard there!
After enough votes have accumulated, 1 week from now the winner will be decided. If you have a vote you want put in, simply state a reason to why and vote for your choice. Don't just say your voting, VOTE on the poll. Basically, don't lose too much time and forget that you wanna vote, because whoever you vote for, may pull out the victory at the last minute.
