Why does she want to join?

: (Kukaku shiba, has always loved the earth. Which was her first and still in her heart. Her final home,She lives to see the earth bloom, for this is her one home, the one sacred thing to her. And she would die to protect it. Why would you ask she applied for this high and hard position?Well she loves to be able, to Center forces and aswell, organise the defenses that she has. She is very smart. And rational. Aswell she is The head of the shiba clan, Aswell as someone who knows what she is doing. )

Why is she qualified?
Qualifications: (Kukaku shiba is qualified, because no matter what she will protect, and act justly, to what she holds dear. And no matter what, will Be there, right down till the bitter end.
