Well, before applying for janitor and such.

I wanted to know what others think which staff job am i suited the most.

Since i want to know before applying for staff template.

I hope i can know your answers after a few days.

I will apply after knowing the answer.

I honestly am not sure but maybe start out as NPC controller is nice. Or a recruiter, we need more of those.

Right now, I won't vote.

I feel you still need to talk more on the XAT as I haven't even gotten to speak to you despite the fact you're always online but never speak.

Most of those jobs require you to speak in the XAT, especially Recruiter with all the guests coming on.
