How Active Are You?
I'm one no less than once a day. I'm in the Army, so my schedule's hectic to say the least. I'll be sure to let staff know ahead of time if I will be away for a while. In any case, I'm fairly active.
What Do You Have To Offer:
I've been RPing for like 13ish years, on and off. I'm an RP veteran. I know what I am doing. Once I get established here, my RP will show to be much better. Also, if given the responsibility of said position; I'd be obligated to show the staff why I am worthy of it.

Reasons For Joining: Kinoen's been in seventh division for over 40 years, history wise. His loyalty, determination, and will to protect that he cares about gives him something to fight for. He fights relentlessly for the gotei, and is not a slacker in any definition of the word.
