Reasons For Joining: Science and study is his focus.... and that's really all he does unless he's forced to take the day off... and even then he does his own studies and observations.
How Active Are You? Pretty active, i'm on every day and usually asleep or at work when i'm not
What Do You Have To Offer: If Drav were to be a Vice Captain or Captain.... there'd be a few changes... as in, possible live experimentation such as hollows or viazards, their race wouldn't matter... he'd do tests on them and make adjustments as such... he'd pretty much be playing around with them
Notes: He's a rather open guy who's been doing intense studies since he was a small child only due to his interest in new things, though for a small child intense studies were like... what does it look like... and after that it was 'what is blood made of'... all before he even got to the feudal era schools.... and nine hundred and a few decades later... he's into some serious scientific interests

How Active Are You? Ass kicking active
What Do You Have To Offer: Carter lately has been making great leaps and bounds in his training and has unlocked his Bankai but that being said hasn't had to use it in battle yet so doesn't know the full scope of its abilities. On top of that he has the power of the angel of temperance. That being said he has the personality to be the leader of internal affairs and had learned command skills when he was in squad one.
