After reading the thread, and knowing Zeda's personality IC, I'd say this is rather justified. I was trying to get Himeko into a Captain's position to straighten him out a bit, but I suppose Zeda can do the same. Even Zaraki treated his men with respect, then again... His subordinates are trying to attack him right off the bat. Which is rather... stupid. Anyway, you're free to do this with my blessing. If any of the staff have anything else to add to this or wish to deny it, then so be it. However, this seems to be interesting as far as plot lines go and could work in Romulus's favor as far as getting upgrades goes.

If Bison is reading this. Man, just let this thing play its course. If you win, awesome! If you lose, still good for your character because he fought someone that was much stronger than him. This is the type of thread that I am talking about when I say "beyond your character's limits". If anything you can always come back and challenge him once more for the position, it seems like an interesting rivalry. I wouldn't take his intentions with salt, that's just how Zeda's character is. Such a great thread plot shouldn't be looked down upon.

removed wolf from the captaincy of 8th division due to his death within this thread and i have also removed romulus bison from 7th captaincy due to the ban placed on this member. Feel free to apply for either position as they've now opened up
