Considering your progress with your character and activity, i'll approve him to be bumped as a vice captain. However, i will continue to observe his activity and hope that you don't fall into inactivity once i bump Mujin into VC. If so, i'll drop him back into the members. Don't dissapoint me, thanks.

I don't know what he has planned for Yoko or the 6th Division, but Himeko was the Captain before and I've been waiting to see if anything was going to happen with the division or not. So, after watching nothing happen with it for the past month I've decided I'm going to go ahead and see if I can reclaim what was once mine that I never got a chance to even do. XD
