I don't have a problem with my Snow Waifu becoming a Captain. SO I'll give Kyle the needed approval to be the Squad 13 Captain. On top of that, since Ibiki is finished, she is now the new VC of Squad 11.

Hokay im gonna step right in and approve both of these. Jin you've been progressing really fast so far and with your char at a decent level even having bankai i see no problems with making him the vice of 7th. As for crow, your reserve is all approved
