Well, I don't see any problems with either, so I guess both Avie's and Ulqui's captain positions are approved.

Name: Ukitake Jushiro
Division: Division 1

Reasons For Joining: Canonically, Jushiro is the logical choice if Shunsui is not the captain Commander, for a few reasons. One, he is one of the Elder captains, being one of the original captains of the Gotei. Two, he was personally trained by old man Yamamoto himself. Three, he is an extremely intelligent individual, masterminding a lot of what happened with Ichigo Kurosaki, as well as being an amazing teacher. Four, he is very powerful, one of the strongest captains in the history of the Gotei 13. As having a lot of history as a captain, he would already be knowledgeable and experienced for the position. As a kind and gentle man, though with an extremely sharp intelligence, he would be able to inspire people to follow him.
How Active Are You? On for hours every single day of every single week.
What Do You Have To Offer: An active and kind Division 1 captain is what I would be. I would get involved in things and be willing to defend Soil Society should it ever come to such a situation.
Notes: I haven't seen anyone else apply for the position yet and I believe Ukitake to be a logical choice so I figured I should go for it. If I don't get it, that's alright to and I'm fine with him staying Squad 13 captain.

Reasons For Joining: Shunsui Kyoraku once said that this man had tremendous talent and would be a great Captain. He's simply doing this to honor a friendship.
How Active Are You? AM normally very active.
What Do You Have To Offer:Drinks, lots of drinks.
Notes: If I am not up for grabs due to Masamune he can leave...and this one may join. I feel his reasons and skills may be of further use.

I'll approve this, but also remove Masamune from his position in order to allow for balance.

I did indeed give permission for this, seeing a. mayuri will not be the candid person to be magnolia's captian, and b. magnolia and the new captains power -type goes nicely together.
