Once the treatment was complete, the confident and loving Neviah managed to change back to her normal personality. When needed, Neviah is strong, confident, and cating and always watching over those who need help, yet when she's under none of the standards that put her in that condition, she is back to the shy and nervous girl she always is. Seeing as Konomi is no longer under threat, Neviah immedietly changed to her skiddish shelf when Konomi said:

"...Thank you...Neviah-Chan..."

Neviah's face went beet red as she took a couple steps back and shook her hands as if to say 'Oh it was nothing'. In Neviah's head all she could say was 'C-Chan?' and think that Konomi was 'K-Kawaii...' from just that statement. Neviah has alywas been a Dono or Fuku-Taicho due to her position and Unohana called her Neviah-San since she remained professional. The last people to call Neviah, Neviah-Chan was Unohana when Neviah was under her care many years ago, and her father the last day they saw eachother. Neviah didn't know how to respond to Konomi, so instead Neviah did the on thing she knows how to! She bowed, holding her head low for Konomi as a way to be generous, yet for a Vice-Captain to bow to her 3rd Seat Officer seems a little off, but that was Neviah, always doing the wrong due to her timid nature.

"I'm sorry...for any trouble I've caused for you or the squad...."

Neviah looked up at Konomi and had a little concerned look. Neviah didn't think Konomi was a bother at all! She just needed a little assistance and everyone needs help sometimes, even herself! Neviah approached and placed her hand atop Konomi's with a smile and small nod as if to say 'It's okay'. Neviah wanted this chance to get to know her third seat and new assistance, so with that, Neviah giggled a little as she pulled Konomi's hand and took her out of the room and headed in the direciton of her office! Neviah was a little excited to finally have an assistant and possibly her first friend!

Looking up towards Neviah a small smile was shown upon Konomi's face. Neviah was just too cute at her reaction to when she addressed the girl as, 'Neviah-Chan'

"You don't want me to call you Neviah-Chan, Neviah-Chan...?"

She asked, tilting her head to the side in confusion. Even though Neviah wasn't speaking that much she still found it so cute...She just wanted to hug the girl! But the way that Neviah had gone red made Konomi decide against that, the last thing she wanted was to see Neviah pass out or something!

"I-I'm glad...Neviah-Chan....That we're friends...If you want us to be...! ^^"

Soon, Neviah had placed her hands on top of Konomi's with a face lit up like a light-bulb. It made Konomi happy to see her so beaming with energy. Although what she wasn't expecting was to be dragged off back to the hallway, making her stumble and almost trip over.

"W-Wah! Where are we going Neviah-Chan...?"

She asked as she was rushed down the hallway, the sounds of their feet padding against the floor tiles and the wind rushing past the two was all that can be heard.

Small pants exited Neviah's mouth as a smile was wide across her face. She was blushed since she was slightly embarrassed, yet she was so happy and excited she couldn't contain herself. She wanted to show her new assistant her office, and how it was in her office as well! They would be sharing an office together and Neviah had it preped since the day she became Vice-Captain. Neviah was the former 3rd seat for a while till being granted the Vice-Captain position and she used to use the 3rd seat desk. After taking the Vice-Captain desk, Neviah kept the entire office clean herself as to make sure her future guest would be settled and welcomed in. Neviah wanted it to be that way so that her new assistant in the future would be able to fit in well, and since Konomi-chan was Neviah's new assistant, she couldn't wait to show it to her!

Moving left and right, down hallways and through passages, Neviah finally made it to her office. It was beautiful as standing from the hallway it was all glass so people could see into the office from the outside. On the door it said "4th Division Vice Captain and 3rd Seat" and below it said "Neviah Clixx-Kimura". It didn't have Konomi's name on it yet since she JUST got the position, but it will soon enough. Taking Konomi into the office, first thing on the right was a beautiful black desk with a few drawers and filing cabinets. Then in the back of the office was a large desk where Neviah sat with many papers, files, and whatnot organized all over. The room was basic with flowers on the desks and shelves and a picture of Neviah and Unohana when she was a baby. There was no picture of Neviah's father however as he couldn't let his identity be released into public.

Going over to Konomi's new desk, Neviah took out the chair with a smile, as if inviting her and spoke quietly...

"T-This is K-K-Konomi-chans desk~ <3"

There was more to the office, but Neviah would show her once she got used to her new setting~

Whilst the faster Neviah got to show her excitement towards something, the more Konomi began stumbling here there and everywhere.

"N-Neviah-Chan...."

She began, in hope that Neviah would slow down at least. But after a few seconds had passed the pair soon stopped altogether as they arrived outside a door. As it was entirely made from glass made Konomi look around from where they just arrived. Panting slightly as to try and catch her breath in between this,

"N-....N-Neviah...W-Wher....e....are we...?"

The door was soon opened after Konomi had the chance to read what was placed upon the front of the room and by the looks of it, the office of Konomi's.
Inside was even bigger than the glass of the door magnified. Looking around in amazement after catching her breath, the girl smiled largely.

"It's beautiful Neviah-Chan~!"

She beamed with a huge smile before noticing Neviah had disappeared, it wasn't long until she soon found her location when hearing her soft and timid voice. Turning, she soon noticed her own desk as Neviah stood by the chair with it held open to her as it welcomed Konomi. Looking at it in shock she soon went over to the beautiful desk.

"F-For me..?"

She asked before sitting down at it, soon to stand up, whacking her knee on the desk clumsily.

"N-Neviah-Chan! I couldn't! I'm just fine being able to help you out....There's no need for this~ <3

Neviah watched as Konomi entered the atmosphere and fell in love with it. It was basic, yet very beautiful with its white cream walls, beautiful paintings that were framed placed on opposite walls, a large glass front, and a window behind to allow natural lighting. The floor was hardwood and the stain was dark making it a very mature and calming atmosphere. The desks were on opposite sides of the room with Konomi's being the first as you walk in onto the right, and Neviah's being in the back of the room. Either way, it was the office of the Vice-Captain and the 3rd Seat that allowed them to work together and get their job done, as well as communicate together. There was another door made of glass that was opposite to Konomi's desk that lead to a small conference room. In that room is where Neviah would talk to others for either medical meetings or would teach new Division members some Division information and skills. Either way, the office was VERY professional and now belonged to Vice-Captain Clixx-Kimura and 3rd Seat Osanka.

As Konomi stood up she bumped her knee but tried to kindly deny the gift to her. Neviah didn't really understand as she watched Konomi with a puzzling expression. Why would Konomi deny something to help her with her job and that allowed them to work together?

Stepping forward, Neviah took Konomi's hand into her own with a blushed smile and looked into Konomi's eyes...

"K-Konomi-chan... This allows us to work together! D... Don't you want to.. Work with me?"

Sadly, the thought of not having an assistant caused Neviah to tear up a little bit as she didn't want Konomi to leave. Neviah was excited to have a 3rd Seat because Neviah was a 3rd Seat once. She entered the 4th Division as the 7th seat, then became 3rd seat when Unohana promoted her from the last 3rd seat retiring. Neviah worked under Isane and was Isane's assistant learning all she could when she was only 300 years of age, and appeared to be 15. Neviah back then was so shy and even more timid than she was now. She would hardly EVER speak and was always seen carrying filed and hiding behind Isane. Then when Isane was promoted to the 0 Division, Neviah became the Vice-Captain but was always alone. She never had an assistant as there wasn't anyone that wanted to take responsibility of the 3rd seat. Honestly Neviah was a good person, but she worked hard and always worked making the 3rd seat a very challenging job to keep up with, as well as all males were auto denied the slot due to Neviah's fear.

Either way, Neviah was so happy to finally have an assistant...

She didn't want Konomi to go, as she held her hand hoping she would accept the desk and the job...

Konomi was still full of thoughts, once again, everything was happening so fast she couldn't keep up with it. Was she really going to get her first real friend? Or was it going to be someone she would scare off? The girl was so engrossed in looking around at the many details the room held she didn't realise Neviah going up to her, her hands were placed in Neviah's hands soon before her eyes set on the girl's.

"K-Konomi-chan... This allows us to work together! D... Don't you want to.. Work with me?"

She took this moment in silence, observing Neviah's expression, she looked sad...Konomi didn't like this. She tried her best to focus on somewhere else, she couldn't stand to look at Neviah's face as if she were about to cry. After a good five minutes of the silence, it was soon broken as a tiny sniff came from Konomi. Her hands dropped from Neviah's with a little force before she bowed, two tear drops releasing from her eyes to land on the ground with a plopping sound as if it were raining.

"I-I'm sorry Neviah-chan..."

She began. She didn't want to begin what Neviah's reaction would be like. She couldn't stand it, nor would she be able to live longer enough to see her shed tears because of herself. They just met each other, yet Konomi had to end what she started one way or another. She wasn't right for Neviah, she wouldn't prove to be a good friend. Neviah was better off without her. She didn't want to hold the poor girl back.

"Neviah... I can't...I don't want to work with you...I can't be your friend..."

The words were hard to say, she was shaking all over which would at first show she was kidding. But at the shaking tone in her voice, behind it all showed a serious tone. She wasn't joking. She meant it. She looked up to Neviah quietly before smiling lightly, tear drops in the corners of her eyes, making her eyelashes wet before she hugged Neviah for a split second. She felt bad now....All of this was happening to fast for Neviah...Making a friend, loosing one. All in the same hour.

She soon stood upright, moving to the door not wanting to look back at the girl she just left standing in the middle of the room as she opened the door before closing it, rushing out of the barracks. God knows where she was going to go or where she is now.

She just had to get away from life. She hated it. She hated what she was...

and she hated what she had become.
