Hmm... Im thinking...

Thats a weird thing for me to do you see and now that i think about it, why don't I have a Quincy? probably because i tend to like the races that go boom, 3rd form gonna pwn some bitches.

on that note, I'm gonna use some Quincy knowledge, as uryu broke the glove, he forced his ultimate form. Does the site actually make use of the ultimate Quincy form, without forced activation?

To be honest with you, I really don't know much about Quincy's so I usually left that task to Silim or someone with great knowledge of em'. So I can't really say on that, but perhaps someone can make a custom glove that does that.

Also on the hollow note and also something Portal has brought up. the hollows at one time were revamped. indeed, I created them many months ago and named them the Dues Ex hollows or sometimes the Xeno hollow. They were hollows created by Ashlei as a test to see if an Arrancar could attain a higher state of resserecion, with little realisation a segunda existed. Thus the Dues ex engine was created, and Ashlei tested it on an entire army of hollows, and turning them into super hollows known as the Xeno. Now from that, the Dues Ex engine Implant was made for us Espada and Arrancar with the money to buy one, but it appears I have lost the thread which may be down to a staff misunderstanding or my own stupidity.

if I may, i will create these once more so that the Espada have a bigger force to use as an army to match even the average shinigami out there, and even allow Members to create these hollows as NPC's.

Yeah, I was always wondering what the hell happened with that idea since it seemed like a good idea at the time. Making the Hollow's a bit stronger and getting them more included in things. Ah well, in any case, you got my full permission to go along with that idea as long as you stick to it. I would really like to see what comes of it.

which also brings up a point, why not just have Hollows, Mod souls etc as NPC only? They aren't truly a character you will always play unless you loved them. Even I had a mod soul until deciding she needed to be a shinigami and look where that's gotten her. i don't rly know anything bout the NPC's anyway so maybe they don't fit there at all.

That's also a possibility, but I will see what happens with all these changes before we do that. So, if all else fails, we'll make them NPC races mostly. Good back up plan, haha.

Anyway, what i have said probably made no sense or was irrelevant. but I will say this:

I shall make a Quincy and join that organisation. just reading what you wrote, gave me an idea for one.

Kyle's Idea's

Obviously the rates of 'unpopular' races are dropping drastically. I, like many others, have noticed and want to take action. In my opinion, we should cut off applications for certain species until the levels of organisations and races have evened out. Even before the story line of bleach, the quincy had been near extinction. I second Raen's idea of the, 'band of brothers'. I wouldn't mind to make a few hollows/quincys or anything to get their activity up.

I'm not ok with cutting off new applications despite their popularity. I will, however, be making more limits on Shinigami. Such as disabling Shikai for new members and starting most Shinigami off at 3 and 4 tier to fill those slots up.

New possible idea:

As for vizards, to play a larger role, suggestion of a antagonist vizard group? Rebelled vizards that didn't believe in the ways of soul society/The Vizard Crops. This would also bring up the activity on Vizards as well as the lowering number of antagonists. Maybe something along the lines of 'The shiwang' or something... They would be allied with the Nuevo, Sin fall and The Kokuryuteishi. Possibly, we could do the same with Ziamichi's.

Momo's Idea

eeing over the hundreds years, Modsouls were used only to have one basic function to service under the Shinigami's thumb just so their Gigai would not be destroyed. Since first hundred years of development; One Shinigami took a step out after the mass murder of another village in a remote village for the souls to create more mods souls. He/she has been gathering mod souls, and creating a society of them even giving them bodies that they were never to have. They would be granted a body with magical traits to fight back against the Shinigami. Truly the creator of this society didn't want them to take revenge, so one of the strongest and brightest mod-soul had killed their leader and took his magical blade 'Minako', A lost demonic blade infused with an powerful relic, and began to rule this society. They would slowly and surely taken their revenge on the Shinigami.

Today in 2411, Mod-souls would be called Soul Shifters... Several of these being have been detected within the living area of the Soul Society, in a great mass alone, by the Second Division Intelligent but only weaker ones have been called out. Unknown to even them, some have taken form of captains and others maybe thousand as division members, while real Shinigami were kidnapped into the Quiet Society of Soul Shifters and made to work. Yet they were still able to use their Swords in full Bankai, copy the image, sound, and spiritual energy of the shinigami. Within the Society, Shinigami were stripped of their powers; thanks to the development in technology today, they are slaves to even the race that enslaved them. While they would live their lives, as Shinigami.

-What are Soul Shifters- (Basic and will explain it more if the idea goes through)
It is basically an evolved form of Mod-Souls. They are those who are given a body and began to attach to it. Since they don’t have their own spiritual energy over their own they are to copy and steal another’s races. They can only copy Shinigami and Humans since anything else are too complicated of energy pattern. They also take up their image, memories, possibly a good amount of their feelings, energy imprint, and an actual copy of their Zanpakutô and abilities. (You can only add onto the Natural abilities; maybe one to each of their Shikai and Bankai but nothing more than that.) Basically they become double-gangers. They can only copy one Shinigami not more than one. If their copy of Zanpakutô is broken, they turn back into their normal self.

HOLY DICKSAUCE, THIS IS ALSO SOME GOOD THINKING ON YOUR ASS!

I really wanna see what you can do with this idea, so I'm giving this the greenlight. I wanna see a template, some more idea's, possibly an org and get this shit going.

Since the Sin fall seems to be only Demon Related Object out there, I am going to put in a Royal Demon Court out there. Due to fact that there are not only evil demons in Demon world nor only good. These are the Hierarchy of Demon world, The King and Queen, The advisers, The Heads of each of the important clan of demon; which have to be some of the strongest//or//smartest out there in the demon world as the high council, the Royal Guard, Generals, etc. These are the demons who are true the Hierarchy to believe that Touketsu will never return to them and continue to move on, both good and bad, making this Hierarchy flawed like any sort of government. This is the original government in which the demon world has followed. I wish to actually run this Organization do to One of My Characters relations; if it is approved by Frost's standards. I will also be setting things up to go with as well as the history of demon after Touketsu's seal and ruling. This Organization/Kingdom format can be open to all races but Humans, Modsouls, Quincy, and Shinigami. But you can't be in any higher then generals if you not a demon or born of royalty in the demon world.

We are already working on this, but I'm ok with this general idea and will like to see more of it. Just gotta work with me on this one.

Tsuna's Concerns

I'm not really sure what exactly to say on this subject as for the fact that I never really noticed it. However, when it comes to quincy I would say revamp the whole idea of them. As I have noticed with the custom races people tend to like the creative ideas we have come up with. (For those of you who don't know I did use to be on staff and I DID help with the creation of some races, although some were scraped when new ones came in). Anyway, to get to the main point, I think Quincy bland a race. They are almost like background characters in the story. We could say something like, over the past 400 years quincy have evolved. We could revamp their powers, give them a new leader, have an awakening of their powers. I believe something along those lines would bring people to think about quincy more. As for the Vizard Corp, and Evil org would actually give the good one something to do. Although I'm not sure if I'm correct on this, but the original one was chaotic neutral. If there were a good and evil one then by giving each a purpose and a reason to fight one another it would be easier to incorporate them into the plot. Again, I'm thinking as I'm typing so sorry if my ideas seem vague. IN any case these are just the things I thought up. If I think up something more creative I'll get back with you.

Yes, we already working on revamping Quincy's and giving them a new org. Read Raen's idea and my idea for revamping them. We are also going through with the Evil Vizard and Ziamichi orgs. Check Kyle's idea. So thanks for your input

Zero's Concerns

-looks at everyone's comments- well i have to say with things I'm seeing we could boost both quincy and ziamachi populations if done right. Also another thing that needs to be brought into this is k-world. Last time I checked there are only 3 commanders and two of them are mine. If anything k-world needs just as much a boost as quincies. I mean I can understand population being down but a whole antagoinist org. Also if no one has noticed but i have about one of every race and a part of every org so A for me

Yes, I am already working on getting K-World rev'd up, getting incentives and bringing that together. Don't worry, I got that under control.

I'm currently working on a Ziamachi quincy and after that a Arrancar eventully that will finsh my collections for now collection. I'm in the mood to make some characters right now so if anyone needs me to make something I should be able to do so.

Urufu's Idea's

Modsouls: "Bonding". If a modsoul is used for a race that holds power, such as a shinigami, human, etc, then perhaps they have the ability to "sap" some of their power. This would allow for them to alter their abilities on a slight scale and make them more similar to their host, as well as have an easier gaining power. On another note, allow the modsoul to be placed inside of an animal, and gain through this bonding method the ability to regularly shift into this animal at will.

Talk to Momo about that idea since I'm probably gonna leave her in charge of that. It sounds somewhat similar as to what we are already gonna go through with. So check out her idea, collab and get some shit going. I'm pretty sure we can try to incorporate that idea into the plot.

Hollow: In my personal opinion, this race isn't SUPPOSED to be powerful from the getgo. Their a "First stage" species, capable of evolution to gain power. Giving them a perk would be similar to giving a regular soul perks. However, if a perk is necessary for them in your opinion, my suggestion would be to allow for them to gain abilities and whatnot from those that they CONSUME, as long as they are on a higher power level then them. I believe that is canonical in some manner.

Well talk to Choazi about that, I've already cleared the idea of them getting a new upgrade. I'll try to tell him to keep that thought in mind and keep hollow's under control. We just wanna see some improvement in them from this. There will still be plenty of brainless hollow to go around as well.

Quincy: The Band of Quincy mentioned earlier seems pretty great. One small suggestion I have for Quincy would be to infuse a spirit within the quincy's cross. Unlike a ziamichi, they would not have access to forms, etc. They would, however, be able to alter their bow's appearance as well as the effects of their arrows, while keeping "Pure quincy" status.

That could be some really bitching Equipment right there. We'll try to use that idea as well and see what comes of it.
