~Takes place about three hundred years ago~
"Why of all days....Does this have to be the hottest night, when he decides show up after at least of hundreds; only to get drunk and make a fool of himself... Stupid Renji..."
It was like any other typical summer night but it was oddly above the normal temperature... It was at least 85 degrees which was way for hot for any person. Coming from the massive party from the 9th division and having her beloved Hinawa was in charge of it. Now the 9th division captain; April Redwood, one of the royal members of the Redwood family, was guiding a random member who had in hand the moronic Renji. He seemed a bit drunk yet out cold due to a large bump on his head caused by April herself. Men who were not even done grieving their past should never ever, come into her sight. It made her sick at times. Yes even when she was a vice-captain of the 8th division those two were interested in each other but the moment mother dearest spoke "Hell NO", He slapped April crossed her face... That ended up a bad idea.
Let's just say the 6th division ended up having smashed walls along with broken floor boards and the 8th division completely destroyed in her rage. Renji was truly a coward at times, and he didn't show his neck duing that time and that was mere a hundred years ago. The one who stopped her inner rage that itself was secret that many didn't need to know; but that is why she was called the Juggernaut. In her right hand, a beautiful container with sakura blossoms on it, and in her other hand, the maiden was fanning herself repeatably. April just groaned a bit, moving towards the 6th division, where the sakura blossom tree rested... They seem to be doing fine such terrible weather..
"My god, this is why I don't like hot weather... It makes me feel sick!" She spoke innocently fanning herself constantly stopping herself in front of the 6th division. It was true, her stomach didn't like the hot weather at all, normally on the hotter nights, she would get sick. Tonight that chilling breeze only made her feel a bit better. She took a minute to admire the cherry blossoms and how elegant they were. Of all places, the 6th division was the most calm section that April had ever seen despite that actions years ago; not a single piece of news escaped the 6th division nor did most of the member no less for a party or two. Even at the current party, there was only one 6th division member and that was the vice-captain.
Slowly making her way up, swaying her hips in that short black dress and haori up to the division door while the member just dropping Renji carelessly right onto the bamboo flooring...Knocking onto the sliding door before peeking in just a bit before stepping back... "Kuchiki-Taicho? I brought you a gift he is big, hairy, and a moron... I never knew you were into that type of men." The female joked out loud with a cheerful smile. It was a way to tease him; or even mock him. Never did she see the Captain in love or any sort; which made her feel rather good. At least that is one less person she didn't need to worry about..."We brought your vice-captain, drunk off and knocked out." April sang softly placing her hands onto her hips waiting for captain, but only glanced down at the red haired male. 'What a disappointment...' Her long pink hair began dance both the graceful winds and the sakura blossoms. Of all nights... It had to be this night... "Just to let you know~" April chuckled with her own division member... Why she came with the member... Well it was captain's responsibility to make sure all members were safe on their return to their division, so April had to guide the way. April just patiently waited as the member walked off back to wild party, which was not really fair for her at all. It was her party but it was the safety of a vice-captain no less. April sighed deeply, placing the jug of sake onto the wood right next to place with the 9th division planted her behind. She had to wait until one of most quietest captains appeared. 'What could he possibility be doing this late at night?' From between her breast, she removed a black pouch where she kept her thin sipping cup. There was a major difference before drunk that Renji had and the drunk April had.. The male who was drunk showed he let his emotions get in his way just like the way he fought. The beautiful, still sober woman, when she was drunk. April was that female who would not do anything stupid or let anything get to her, she would win every time, many have mistaken her a light weight. April was so good at drinking her liquor down that she was even able to stay awake while drinking with Rangiku, Kira, and Hisagi. Pouring the liquid into the small dish just to take a sip..
April had to admit... Being near the 6th division was rather joyful and sight for sore eyes...

Byakuya Kuchiki
"Regardless of who or what they are, anyone who disturbs Soul Society will be cut down."
God damn it, the night was hot. How could someone thrive in this heat? Not even Byakuya knew. It was like a blistering hot pan had been taken off the hot plate and placed on him. Well, not quite to that extreme. Throughout the entire night the 6th division captain could hear the party screams, music and relentless noise of drunken people having some fun. However, getting drunk and all of the above didn't seem like Byakuya's cup of tea, rather, a cup of tea was his cup of tea. It wasn't a very nice night, it also made him wonder why the 9th division was throwing such a big party, especially at this time and at the certain night, the weather is purely horrible for throwing a party. However, this wasn't the main thing on Byakuya's mind at the time, he was still in a major overhaul about the recent Rihiku trial and the trust he puts into people. Like always, he sat in his office doing the paperwork that was stacked up to the brim, it wasn't a pretty site but as captain it is what he had to do. Out of everyone, he was probably the most bland and un-fun captain of them all but that isn't what he cared about.
The night grew darker and darker, thankfully as night goes darker and darker so does the heat. It was one thing Byakuya couldn't stand, heat. A sudden thought crossed his mind as he stood up and walked slowly into Renji's office, his table full of paperwork from last week even. A huge sigh crossed Byakuya's face, he was quite disappointed really, he would just dump a massive load on Renji when he came back. Jerking his head, Byakuya turned as a knock came from the door and heard a voice yelling his name from the entrance. Ever so slowly, he walked towards the door, his footsteps echoed through as he did so. Once he reached the door, he swallowed the disappointed sigh and opened the door slowly. To his surprise, April was standing in the door way, she didn't obviously seem in a as bad condition as Renji but then again it was of no surprise really. Tilting his head down, Byakuya looked at the kid that was a mess on the floor, he was obviously so drunk he passed out... idiot of a kid. Lifting his head back up, he looked April in the eyes and said softly, "Baka. This guy does what he pleases, he knows no boundries... but you should know all about that with your time with him tonight?" He continued to look directly at her, he focused on both of them but could smell the alcohol radiating off of Renji. "I'll be right back." Graping Renji with both arms, Byakuya picked him up and took him inside and placed him down onto the floor in his office, all he needed now was a good rest it seemed... baka...
Turning his body, he walked back to April who was still at the door waiting for him. Stepping outside, Byakuya closed the door behind him. As he did so, the snores of a drunk Renji would be heard echoing throughout the whole area, he closed his eyes and then sighed again before returning to face April who was still waiting, "Care for a chat and a walk? I could use an escape from my work." He turned around and grabbed his captain's haori which was sprawled over a chair outside of his office. He threw the haori on and smiled the tiniest bit before chocking it down within a matter of a second. He adjusted his zanpakuto which was on his waist and started to walk away from the area, hopefully creating the hint that April would follow him in the process.
Byakuya began to speak, in hopeful thought that April would have followed, "Things are going to get crazy around here." he continued to walk as a thought battered through his mind, the 6th division captain thought and thought, he knew something was going to happen soon... something big... he could just feel it in his bones, throughout his entire body. However, he didn't show it on the outside. His normal emotionless attitude continued to walk on through.

After a good bit of waiting April Redwood found that her nerves around Renji a bit shot after a good time waiting for the Kuchiki-Taicho. The pleasant memories were ruined the moment after Renji hit her upside the face when she was a vice-captain for the 8th division. It was hard back then being obsessed by your Taicho let alone go out with a guy who hit you because of your parents rejection. Royal members of some royal court, That was something that April would never really understand; possibly everything around those two became a sour as milk turning into yucky and distasteful Scottish cheese. April’s blue eyes began to glance back and forth at him. ’Dumbass…’ April pulled herself away from the 6th division desk with a slight scowl on her face. Her expression was just a bit more then bored and pissed. April took a few more sips as she lingered towards the exit of the 6th division area, If he was not coming out then she was gonna have leave; yet the mysterious hard-ass captain decided to come on out. ’About time…’ The female jerked her head back to glance over at her narrow shoulder at the black haired nobleman disappointed at his lump monkey, and stated something about him doing as he pleases and how he has no boundaries that April should know. This earned a chuckle out of the petals like lips, how foolish did he really think she was? After a good hundred years, the captain of 9th division, April Redwood was over the man unlike Renji was with her.
”I do agree that he has no boundaries but that what makes him a free man doesn’t it? I would not know from tonight, I merely bring him back to your division before he did anything stupid he might have regret. From pass I do Kuchiki-Taichou.”
The pink haired female placed the small pack of thin sake cups between her large breast and the sake’s lid back onto the bottle before placing it in a secret pocket. This was interesting, to watch the male’s back facing towards him with the big lump in hand; though her eyes rested back onto the Sakura Trees, the wind breezed by once again, making her edges of her spaghetti strapped black dress and long sleeveless haori dangle a bit while her bangs desire to dance with it. Her haori was actually keep well unlike Kenpachi’s. Along her waist the tight white belt would rest strongly. That breeze came once or twice every twenty minutes making April’s giggle softly. ’It feel so nice.”He exited the building as April leaned her back against the soft bark of the tree while brushing her pink bangs to the side. His sigh made her lips dance with cheerful smile as the next thing he spoke about is escaping his work. There was something always interested about 6th division captain.
’Wow, he is a hard-ass…Working this late at night, even I would be finished by noon…’ Lifting her chin a bit before drifting carefully behind the 6th division Byakuya. Why would he want to chat with her? No less go on walk on hot night like this. This didn’t make sense but it was fine. He seeks her attention and she would gratefully be his attendance if he please. April just simply nodded her head and follow quietly behind him as he put his equipment onto him. Even April forgot about on where her weapon of mass destruction was. Quickly placing her fragile hand onto her back, just to take a sigh of relief it was still on her back. Her own zapakuto wasn’t shown anywhere on her due to it was hidden under her haori for reasons. Her hips swayed back and forth while her right hand dropped to her side and her other hand continued to fan the her face.
”Oi, The parties are always crazier as the years grow on and on. In general, I never expected to become a captain, after my own situation. I just skip out on it this time... It wasn't that exciting just having people praise me.”
Those blue orbs only happened to wonder back to his back of his haori; there was no way she found herself good enough to even stand next to him. April herself had much to learn from a great person, he has been a captain for a great longer time; there for respect was built upon that. April’s dangling arm wrapped around under her breast. Her pale skin would slightly glow due to the night time, it was always easy to tell who was calm and who was calm. April’s head tilted to the right a bit just look curiously at him ”What has been on your mind, Kuchiki-Taicho?” April asked softly trying not to be rude in calling him any other name. It was a bit awkward for the cotton candy maiden, his family was royalty like her but they respect greatly then her own… Sure the Redwoods produced one of the high captains, Kohaku who ended up in the hush hush district, and then April came along to bring honor to woman of clan. April really never had any time to talk even any other captains only possibly the third captain *At the time was a custom* because they are normally too busy.

Byakuya Kuchiki
"Regardless of who or what they are, anyone who disturbs Soul Society will be cut down."
Byakuya didn't know why, but he felt strange that he would allow his vice-captain to go out and party when there was so much work to be done at the office. It wasn't different from any other situation that Renji had escaped out from, rather it was the same. He always knew he was gone, the vice-captain was terrible at hiding his reiatsu and even worse at holding his liqueur. It wasn't something he would be concerned about, knowing the man that he is, Renji will be up and drinking cereal with alcohol instead of milk with it. Sighing, Byakuya turned to face April before the started their walk. On the face of April. it was clear that she was disappointed in Byakuya for not coming out earlier. He was a busy man, there are some things that cannot be helped. Rather, it would be better if he finished his work before straight away attending to April. However, all day. all day he had been cramped up in that old house finishing off work that was way over due, he needed a break. This may be his only chance to escape it, despite being so late.
"He has boundaries, his are just weaker to break down that someone else's... Baka he is."
The 6th division captain slowly turned his body, placing his hands in the pockets of his normal outfit. His haori blew in the breeze along with his hair, he was not wearing the kenseikan which was normally in his hair, however he was wearing the noble scarf which was constantly handed down generations and generations until it reached Byakuya, the current head of the Kuchiki clan. It was a weird site seeing Byakuya without the kenseikan in his hair, but it made his hair look more free. His fringe blew around in the breeze, it was still rather hot for him but it wasn't so bad when you had someone to pre-occupy yourself and a slight breeze cooling you down. They continued to walk as he closed his eyes, it seemed that April was some what on edge, not even wanting to stand beside him. Was it because his captaincy was something she feared? Or was it because he was to weird for her? Byakuya didn't know and couldn't answer these question just by pure guessing.
"Indeed. April, thank you. Thank you for bringing Renji back. I may not look it, or sound it, but I am thankful."
His right hand was lowered so it rested on the hilt of his zanpakuto, the back of it stood up under the haori and soon slid out, revealing senbonzakura's casing on the right side of his hip. His left hand dangled down by his left side, his hair was in his face usually which only happened when he was in an intense fight. The only person who had pushed him so far was Ichigo over 100 years ago. It seemed a bit ridiculous, even still. A substitute defeating a captain? It was not only weird but never ever heard of. No matter what, it was still something that would make him wonder about the world and put different amounts of faith into soul society.
"Why so far? Don't be afraid to walk next to me... "
Turning his body he let a loose smile towards April before he let a few more words escape from his mouth, in answer to her question.
"On my mind? Everything. Work mainly, but that is a different story. How about you, Mrs. Redwood?"

It was not as much disappointment as worried about a fellow captain, he had work to do and she respected him for his wise choice. Though most of the time, he would stay clutter up in his office doing silly paper. How did April know this? Not only by what captain’s and other people speak; His men always order lunch from her shop; that she had ran as a side project and gave it off to Hinawa to do whatever. Though the number of the food count never seem to count Byakuya; their captain in it. Multiple times the maiden will delivering April’s own home cooked lunches in bento boxes, she try to leave one out in front of the door. Where he got it or not she didn’t know. All she knew was the male was workaholic, April to tend care for a fellow captain’s health as well.
“I see where are you are going with it Kuchiki-Taicho, He is a baka at times.”
April Redwood just simply chuckled at the male’s comment about Renji, because it was true. If one can be broken by liquor itself, it really showed how bad they want acceptance or show a man’s broken soul. The Cotton candy hair pranced and flicked with the next gust of wind as his long black hair joined as well within the breezy winds. When Byakuya thanked her, a cheerful smile appeared onto her pink lips and scratched the back of her head softly. Not that noticeable but her cheeks were slightly pink; she felt embarrassed a bit getting thanks from him. Closing her blue eyes and chuckled a bit happily before bowing her head to him.
”No problem, Kuchiki-Taicho…”
Once more after raising her head up; April just could not help noticed but something about him while staring at his back side. He was simply glowing with feeling as well; it very well could be brighter than hers aura. They didn’t seem to noticeable due to all the people around him always stressing him more and more. The way he wore his hair for the first time she seen it down fully; it suited that welcoming glow. The very idea that is might sound stupid to even to the smartest people but the idea was come to a sudden halt. He asked her why maiden was not beside him kinda sending her off track completely.
Her hand frantically waved at him while 9th division Captain began to explain herself to him, ”It is not the fact that I am afraid, it is fact you are older than me. You hold more experience than most of the captain here together do. My family might royalty recently known for what I did in my vice-captain years along my brother’s years here but your household is down right in the books for being who they are and you being the youngest to take all on… but overall I respect you because you know what to do and can do without failing unlike me…” By god even in April’s mind made even more cornier and bows her head to him once again while still walking right behind him. At time, April really wanted to slap herself right at the moment but resisted ”Yeah, I am sorry if that sounds a bit too corny or anything….” About that time, April really was avoiding eye contact about now.
Finally raising her head and sighed deeply while both of her hands careless each other in front her. This was awkward for April say something like that out loud but it was her best quality of being honest and try to be straight forward with her replies. Found herself, starting at his back once more time before he swirled around completely turn the question around on her… What was on her mind? That idea from earlier appeared once again, it was better to get it off her mind as well before just stabs her even more. April gave him a nervous smile, clearing her throat a bit before speaking once more.
”Haha… What is on my mind? A lot of things. I noticed you seem more than calm tonight when you are away from work. You really didn’t have to thank me earlier. I see something on your back.” April simply walked around him to gently place her hand on to his back of his haori and pressed a bit onto his back.”There is a plum like on riceball’s backside… You can’t see it but others can. Your emotions are spoken a bit more clearly when I watched you from behind. I knew you were grateful and that I try to make everyone happy as possibly despite my position. But you just might not see it yourself. Everyone has a favor; I see your flavor as being spicy like very strong curry. You need to enjoy life a bit more than driving yourself into the stone wall, it will make you make effective for the next day of work. Just enjoy the little things…”
April’s crystal clear blue eyes opened slightly before laughing a bit at what she said. It felt like she gave him a speech in two rounds, right about now she decided to pull her hand away from his bubble before easily getting ahead of him by prancing away. That long pink hair would bounce along with her leaving that aroma of fresh strawberries lingered into the air before glancing back at the 6th captain. ”I am sorry again if I sound like geek…Hahah” She just clearly laughed at her own foolishness that was one thing she learned to do. Just to laugh when you make no sense to anyone.

Byakuya Kuchiki
"Regardless of who or what they are, anyone who disturbs Soul Society will be cut down."
[~E N T E R P O S T~]
It was a true fact; Byakuya had been so dug up in his work he barely had any time for recreation. April seemed smart, she also knew so much about the 6th division because his members would always buy from her shop... every lunch time. It wasn't like he was in bad shape, but for the past few weeks he had been so drowned in work, he was surprised that April didn't have piles either. A thought crossed his mind as he continued to walk, maybe it wasn't best to get it all done in one go, maybe spread it out a bit? He wasn't sure, but it was just they way he acted. Personally, Byakuya had never been to Aprils shop. Quite frankly, he had only heard of it a few times discussed by his members, and even then he barely knew them all that well. Out of all the captains, Byakuya was probably the most known for his level-headedness. His slate grey eyes were now closed, as he walked a bit, a slight smile hit the side of his mouth as he continued to walk into the green, luscious forest. It wasn't a dark gloomy one, but it had plenty of memories in there. Byakuya slowly slurred from his mouth, clearly but quietly towards the 9th division captain.
"Tell me. Don't you have work you should be doing?"
This question rather hanged in his mind, for he seemed like the only captain that was so entangled in his work. Maybe he needed more freedom, more fresh air to clear his mind. Partially, this is why he wanted to walk with April. Un-like other captains, these two shared a bit in common, not only the fact they were captains for a division, but they shared similar thoughts and ways of thinking out situations... or so Byakuya thought anyway. The answer that April gave came as a surprise, the fact he was older than her, and had more experience? It seemed weird... Byakuya slowly came to a halt a turned to face her, his slate grey eyes looking her directly in her blue shining eyes. This may have looked intimidating, but it was meant in good intentions and in a nice matter. His slim body looked down at April, he said as he smiled a bit.
"Because of age and experience? Don't be ridiculous... You think I haven't failed before? I have plenty of times. I'd rather not admit it, but when I became head of the Kuchiki clan, all this responsibility was dumped on me. And yet another load on top of that for being captain class. I failed plenty of times, trust me..."
His soft red coloured lips now had a new smile, it somewhat looked now like a cheeky smile to be honest. Byakuya was not as successful as most people would know, he has failed in the past, yes, but he constantly tried and tried which lead him to his current position in life. Byakuya, even now, still failed at doing things, he wasn't like the master captain or anything. As April said that she could see something on his back, he listened intently as she explained it to him, she was damn accurate with it though.
"Spicy like curry, eh? I S'pose you're right. I'm quite amazed at that actually, maybe I should have some more freedom, maybe... I just need to connect more with people."
Suddenly, she pranced ahead of him. The kuchiki head member caught the whiff of the strawberry hair, it smelt nice... like it would suit senbonzakura's flower petals. It was good now, she seemed more at ease than before. He slowly raised his head and still held the side smile on his face. His hands were placed in his pockets on the inside of his haori as they walked along. His zanpakuto that was holstered on his waist now pointing at the floor again, like normal.

There was something there that Byakuya really showed that he would not show just anyone. It was that hidden smiled that beamed like the a flash light in the complete darkness. April could not help but notice everything motion he did as a hawk would anyone, he asked her about her work then simply commented on his opinion about why she respected him… Then the last comment tossed her out of the line completely. He claimed that she was right on her guess and then he found her little geeky comment was amazing? April’s body suddenly turned around to watch him carefully with those crystal blue eyes like any hawk would. At this point the female didn’t know where to start off for his reply, it was that smile which really caught her off balance. To her, the rumor of Byakuya being a hard-ass was utter trash to her, nor longer even kept in her memory banks.
He seemed so more mysterious than a person of common words, it is when she is slowly seeing a side him that she would never get to see if she was around him in the office or even a meeting. Her mind was getting to the words as a puzzled look appeared. Work? Truly to say the least that female’s work had only been to produce the newpaper for the Soul Society, and she had all of the articles already plan out and written for next few weeks that. Sure able she edit some of the mysterious letter or two in there possibly some signing of papers but truly April had nothing more to do. It was the division that had free time. April’s lip pausing before those eyes met each other... His grey eyes seem a bit quite pleased so far while her own display of happiness and a tab bit worried about something. One arms found itself under her breast while the left hand was tapping her head a bit.
”My job is always done before seven then if I must I spend no less than hour or more on planning the next articles, so we can have the newspaper to everyone bright and early.” Scratching her sweet pink hair then placing both the hands behind her back, leaning down just a bit. Her body itself follow gravity and it’s beautiful wonders. Her breast jiggled with ease, but stopped. The dress seemed a bit revealing on her, but it suit her personality. It was free and elegant as one might say, if she was ever cold or anything, the sleeveless Haori would keep her warm. The line of words came with just cheerful expression and the most adorable look onto her face “ If you need help Kuchiki-Taicho I am always free do something, I am more than willing to do something. All I basically do is sit around my division all day and night.”
A simple chuckle escaped her tender lips then noticed where they were, making April just gain a sweatdrop as she pulled herself back up into upright position. ’This forest…’ Memories of nightly abusing from her Family leader began appear flashing before her eyes making her mind uneasy once again… He might not like being his clan leader, April would love his position in her family. Her brother didn’t do shit on the family to do anything about how the women were treated. A mere whisper came out of lips as if she was talking to herself ”Why… It was question on how her family became such based off of sexist’s ideas... Her eyes now avoided contact of his own eyes as if it was merely a dangerous tool.
” Kuchiki-Taicho, You didn’t understand my way of using that term. It is because of those failures also you make experienced. You are much older than I am meaning I can’t help but be a bit jealous of that, in mean nothing compare to the similarity of the two. Even though I know I will be of that age one day… I gotta say at times I wish I could be leader of my family. Another thing I can help but look up to you about… “
April reconnect the eye connection with him with same unbreakable smile, what she does is too her own ability to make herself less of a drone to drama than who she was in the pass. Just to keep her drama to herself and not speak it out to those she meets or just starting to get know. Sure it is heard her own family is rough on women and thinks less of them because their only uses are to bare the men a boy and care for it until he can be trained. Another thing April was known for, being the first women out of Redwood, to become a captain though her brother would always top her and becoming the part of the Zero Division… Let just say April and Kohaku had argument and that information slipped out. April just shook her stupid thoughts away, as she would right next to him as he caught up with her with her hand still behind her back. Glancing over at him time to time, just to see that smile clearly on his face, made another girl giggle leave her and comment left her mind once more while nudging him playful with her elbow.
”You should, it never hurts to try something new and different. That smile suits you, you should try it as well a bit more often, maybe you might find a lady if you do that.” April was clearly joking on the very last part with a laugh joined with it.

Byakuya Kuchiki
"Regardless of who or what they are, anyone who disturbs Soul Society will be cut down."
[~E N T E R P O S T~]
Byakuya trusted April. Out of all the other captains, Byakuya put most of his trust into her. Why was a question not even Byakuya knew, he just had a sense of security that trusted her, kept her as a good friend and could open up to her rather than anyone else. Sure, the 6th captain might have seen like a douche, even when he was a kid. Although if you truly didn't know him, you couldn't make that judgement. As the moon was high up in the sky, blistering down onto their skin and shining brightly over all of soul society, they kept walking through. It was quite interesting to see that April could get all her work done and still have time to go out and party. Although, Byakuya didn't want to party. He liked the peace and quite, who knows, maybe he would do something like a party some day like when he first joined the divisions. All of his life he had been in the 6th division, brought up by his grandfather being taught the ways of being noble. For a captain, April seemed more outgoing than any other captain more fun to be around, while sharing good ideas and a mature mind.
Byakuya knew very well that the news paper was done by April, yet he never really looked into the newspaper because usually everything important was briefed about in the captains meetings. His black hair slung down over his face a bit, the now cool breeze sweeping across his body, cooling him down.Tilting his head to the He looked at April, even someone of Byakuya's rank and personality couldn't stop him from noticing the revealing type of outfit, after all he was still a man. Right now, he kept an expressionless face hiding his emotions to his fullest, feeling a bit relieved that someone had his back when he had so much work. Although, April seemed to have her wits and be quite bright, Byakuya still preferred to work alone. After all, if you were to be captain of the 6th division you had to have good patience and such, it does take care of some important things here. However on the top of this he also had Kuchiki family events and paperwork to do. Out of everyone he was probably the busiest captain, with the exception of captain commander.
"April, I would love the help. However, I prefer to work alone when I'm doing work."
Byakuya glanced at April once again, when she rephrased her statement he couldn't help but breath out a bit, as if he let one little chuckle out, just not through his mouth.
"You shouldn't be jealous of age. Being old isn't that great. Sure, you have experience in battle and life but it doesn't mean you will be the greatest. Also, if you want a ton of work, go ahead and be a royal family. It's a hell of a lot annoying than it looks."
Of course, the last words spoken by Byakuya were jokingly said. His expression was well... expressionless. Talking coldly, blankly almost without a care in the world. Byakuya knew what April was trying to get across, but in the end growing old to such an age wasn't always the best. Slowly, he placed his hands back in his pockets and connected his eyes with her sky blue eyes. Looking deeply with his own slate grey eyes. Slowly, the smile that was soft before crept back onto his face, shining slightly. Suddenly, he felt a little nudge from someones elbow realising he was letting off a smile, he choked it back down and continued looking ahead as they reached the side of a gloomy forest.
"I don't know. Not really my style."

”You are really Silly you know?”
April knew Byakuya trusted her, yet why? That was another subject she would one day ask him, yet today didn't seem the correct on. April Redwood's blue eyes began to focus onto the set moon, they were alone in the forest in which terrible memories where created. That calm wind was more smoothing than that chilling wind, the summer night was soon at itself maximum cooling time of night. Say it was about one o' clock; the noise from the far distance was no longer drowning out the sweet little blue bird's chipping. Her focus was everywhere tonight, she didn't understand way; maybe it was because she actually let someone between her barrier of emotions just for a split second. She could notice him glancing, April didn't look at him worried weirdly at all nor noticed that; just April forgot on what she was going to say. There was so much that could be done at a simple time of night; yet April was not going to take any advantage of his kindness, he didn't deserve to be bother by her own demons.
Yet from the far left, a note shot towards April Redwood on an arrow causing her to stop in her tracks; mysteriously who ever shot it disappeared. The slim hand barely grasped onto it by the feathers, yet blood was shed. April felt it... and smelt the thick layer of poison on the tip of the arrow; it was slowly dripping off. The razor sharp red feathers craft by none-other by the Redwood Family, April was not pleased at all. The sad look mixed with a confused look, as she puzzled in her mind [i]'Really? Brother really must want me dead if he is sending arrows... with messages... April's hand snapped the metal easily as if it was twig, at it hit the ground right before her feet making a 'Ping' noise and released a troubled sigh of course. This was not needed in front of the man she looked up to; Kuchiki-Taicho. Unfolding it swiftly, reading it with pout on her face but only crumbling and ripping up the note... Her entire body began to lightly tremble but it slowly began to show more and more effectively as it sunk into her mind set. ’and I thought I could trust my own brother… Yet he really knows how to say I love you…’ April didn't turn around just glanced at the alluring full moon once more, that smile was disappeared as Byakuya's was too. Her unsettle news was terrible for enough to shun her from her own brightness; yet her words stumbled out of her lips brushing pinks strands of hair that dangled in her face. It was in a moment of sudden disappointment and tad sadness, but not a single tear ran down those flushed red cheeks. April’s back was facing him of course just a bit ahead of him from before.
"Yeah, Well It is when they disown you from the family and telling it by message...When you are betrayed; even better, they told me take hike and all my stuff was burned… It is time for you to find another home… Yeah That is the moment I can’t trust even my own brother…"
Her fist coil up into a ball, which was constantly shaking in the pure outrage of her stupid own family; one day they will be sorry. The Redwood name was just merely just something people known because April recently, with her backing them out; they were truly nothing. Her little sister? Yeah they were all dead to April… She had several brothers Kohaku, Ikiro, Ryuichi, Kyo, Yuki, Len, Ren, and so many, they all hated her. The memories of her past behind bust through as things began to stumble into place in the storyline. Tenderly the female began to stumble away from the 6th division captain’s reach because this was truly disrespectful… April’s anger was going bust cap but it lowered as the birds did their lovely dance together. One foot after the other, like a lifeless doll… She blinked once to find herself in a day dream... 'You are nasty little child not worthy of the Redwood name!' April's eyes examined the darkness that surrounded her... 'M-Mother?' April shouted out loud before an image appeared... It was a woman within a sleeping summer time Kimono, with a younger April... She didn't have blue eyes, but blood red eyes... The woman sobbing into her hands, while the child tugged onto woman's white gown... 'Mommy! I managed to take brother to the other side!' When the girl spoke about it, the grown woman slapped her across the face, sending the child off of her feet and into the ground face first. 'YOU KILLED YOUR OWN BROTHER!? WHAT TYPE OF MONSTER ARE YOU?! I DIDN'T ASK FOR YOU! YOU WILL BE THE CURSE OF OUR FAMILY' The mother disappeared while the girl was knocked out cold and alone. No one even bother coming after her... Not even her other brothers... April remembered this moment awfully well... It was the moment after that, her tortment happened; the doctors...Was that her? No the girl had red eyes… Not blue…April could not believe anything after her own damn brother, twist that final cord of her own damnation. Those cold blue eyes stared at her coiled hands as if they done something wrong. Those bangs just dangled back into place to cover her eyes in shadow.. ’Why?...’ April just glanced over her shoulder with her covered at Byakuya, that terrible chilling aura was... Terrifying to even the members of her division. It was her about to smash someone's head in.
”Forgive me, Kuchiki-Taicho … I must find a place to stay the night since I am no longer allowed to go to my own home…”

"Regardless of who or what they are, anyone who disturbs Soul Society will be cut down."
[~E N T E R P O S T~]
The captain glanced at April, even by just looking at her you could tell she was agitated. The fact that he brought up family probably wasn't a good idea; especially for her current situation. However he couldn't help the feeling that maybe he was luckier than April. Maybe that all his hard work and all his jobs he gets sent on was nothing compared to the burden of a family that hates you, despises you; wants you dead. Byakuya didn't know much about the Redwood family, he only ever talked to April; and even then it was only occasionally, times like these. His slick black hair blew in the cooling breeze of the hot night, it felt nice instead of a blistering hot evening. Upon her situation, Byakuya seemed a little agitated as well. Sure, he was to help soul society kill his sister but that had a bigger meaning behind it. And in the end, Byakuya stopped it from happening anyway. The thought of losing your family is unbearable, even worse knowing they hate you. His hand still rested on his zanpakuto, not using it as a quick draw but rather as a rest for his hand.
Byakuya's eyes followed the arrow as it pierced the air, shooting directly at April instead her catching it mid flight at the feathery end, a letter coiled up in it. The hand that was on his zanpakuto clenched, as he drew his hand out, Senbonzakura drawing with it. An expressionless look was covering his face, his eyes closed softly as he scanned the environment. Once he turned back to April, her fist was curled in a ball and she was striding away from Byakuya. It seemed all of this was to much for her.
"April..."
He walked slowly towards April, placing his right hand on her shoulder. The thought... the horrible feeling off your family wanting you dead, it was unimaginable. Just by looking at her, her whole body looked tense and agitated. There was no denying it. However, maybe it was better if he didn't bring up anything more about family. Byakuya, closed his eyes, then reopened looking at April in a what looked like semi-conscious, almost like she was day dreaming. The cold aura filled the area, all Byakuya could do was give a sigh, he didn't know enough about them to help in that way. However, April knew that Byakuya was always there for her, everyone in the Gotei was. Once he placed his arm on the shoulder of her, he stood in front of her looking at her directly, giving one of his 'it is futile' speeches. His hand was still placed on shoulder as he spoke softly to her, emotionless.
"April, you are safe. There is no way they can reach you, even now they wouldn't stand a chance against the two of us. We, the Gotei, we are like family. You should be proud to have such a big second family to support you. Rather, a better family."
Whether this was the right reaction or not, Byakuya didn't know.
"You can always stay at mine if you so wish. You know you are welcome."
