Re: Past, Present, Future [Sajin, Open to all]

Rangiku nodded gently as she listened to the captain. She didn't want to be a captain herself so she just wanted to be a vice captain or just rangiku. It was hard to accept that anyone would want her to be the top of any organization like that. She felt her place has always been and will always be as supportive to someone above her.
"I believe in what we can do as well. The only thing i want to say is i don't feel im fit to be a captain."

RANMA GEKIRETSU
Komamura… had a point. Despite Ranma’s worries, was this really what Captain Rose wished for him? What would his Captain really want for his budding, troublesome 13th Seat right now? What would… what would Noharu want for him right now? Surely, none of them wanted him to sob by their beds days and nights out. There was just no room for his trademark uncertainty, panic, worry, or hesitation in times like these.
Besides…
“Then I’ll be ready to welcome him here, along with a knuckle-sandwich for making us worry so much. Count me in!” Ranma decided with a fistbump to his chest, “Gotta support Ranny as much as I can, too. I should go tell Koga as well… then there’s Beetle, Yuri, Kalara, Kyo, Hiroe, Rei-“
Yeah, if he could gather them all in the Jieitai- perfect! Thanks for the opportunity, Koma-boy! Wait, was Koma-boy a bigoted nickname? He probably shouldn’t say it out loud.

Tentō Zefā | The Unrefined Paragon
Tento watched the exchange with a thoughtful expression, appreciating the gravity of the situation and the camaraderie among them. As Sajin, Rangiku, and Ranma shared their perspectives, he felt a surge of unease as he crossed his arms over his chest. He had no right to demand or request such, but he was still curious about the sudden command. To hear it from Sajin made Tento wonder if it was extreme but then again, from his experiences with nobles he could maybe understand it. It was similar to the government in the U.S.A. If the nobles, some of them are least, wanted to grasp for central control like the times of old could be troubling. Even if the initial nobles were pure and just there was no telling how their lineage would follow. It could be an internal fight for power with schemes, betrayal, and oppression. The fall of Central 46 by the likes of Aizen was done by using the political system and concealment to his advantage. Putting all the influence in that again, especially when the current Gotei ideology was a separation of its military power and the noble influence, made sense.
But would it stop the chaos that could follow? After all, to Tento, if they already selected a New Captain Commander. Why couldn't they pick their captains and do it all over again? All it would take is acquiring resources with their wealth or putting up their own. The first a long game sure but..with plenty to gain. All in all, he was happy to have this understanding now beyond just an order to disband. And he gave an appreciative nod in thanks.
“Captain Or not, Rangiku. You would be a valuable asset that would uplift others. The impact of one person can be a lot more than their strength”, Tento said in a friendly calm voice. For whatever reason or normal she felt that. He would have thought she was more than worthy in her own power and what she accomplished in her service to the Gotei. There was more to leadership than power. “You have a good way of making people come together”.
He then eyed Ranma, spying the man's passion and …ranmaness make him fired up. They could do it. They would do it. Day by day by working together and strengthening each other. They would honor the legacy of the Gotei and prepare For the days forward. There were a plenitude of names Ranma said. Some he knew. He wondered how they were. And how many could be found to join.
Tento then looked up to Sajin and runned the back of his neck to the side. “To be honest. I don't really care about my rank. Just where I need to be to help the most I can in the best way”.
