He was being helpful. That at least she recognized. And she did wonder if perhaps she was changing. An older more cynical her would have found his commentary inane and unhelpful. In the most literal of ways, it didn't. But it helped on another level, the level that frankly, she was trying to become more familiar with. It was a comfort. And though she wasn't sure if she fully felt its intended effects, she did appreciate that this human would want to comfort her.

"Travel. I suppose I've not considered that, outside of my assistance in the Africa operation. And the city of lights is perhaps a bit placid of a place to explore." She went quiet for several long moments as she pondered the possibilities. She considered the few others she'd run into. They had seemed ....friendly. But ultimately, they seemed to nervous to look for anything more substantial.

Perhaps she would have to consider one of the social applications she'd heard talked about.

"I suppose there is certainly much of the world of the living that I have yet to see." She murmured in quiet contemplation. "Will you and Nel be alright?" She asked, those piercing green eyes shifting up to match Alex's own. "The City is something of a target, and the Vandenreich has suffered in it's ability to respond to threats, especially with their eyes on the world as a whole." She did not doubt Alex's ability to defend them, nor Nel's ability to do so.... but only if it came down to it. In the event of a sudden, large scale attack on the city, she imagined that there would be trouble. And unlike Africa, there was nowhere to run on this little island. "Are you sure that the City is the Safest place to settle?"
