Personality:

Sweet is show-off rock star whom puts his career above most things except for money and women. He is very dedicated to his work, which is being a singer who travels around lots of the time. He is widely known around the world and has fanclubs in many countries. He is fairly show-offy when people are discussing his music, but isn't a jerk about it, such as telling people hes better then them, he doesn't believe in that. He absolutely loves music, any kind of music, from rock to classical. He finds the harmony in words and rythmn to be absolutely beautiful and mind thrilling.

Sweet is very charming when it comes to women, however, he is a huge flirt about it, often complimenting them on their bodies, specifically their sexual areas. He also tends to lean against things or stand in odd positions comfortably, showing off his body like in the picture below. He thinks of himself as a very attractive man, even though he has trouble getting girls lots of the time. He will always bring the chair out for the girl to sit, and always treat them with respect as a form of flirting. He is very polite around girls as well.

Sweet often talks in slang terms, as well as swears. He believes that swears are just a stronger way of expressing emotion and happenings. His slang terms are more for comical reasons, as he doesn't always talk in slang terms, just lots of the time he does. Sweet is very intelligent, but doesn't tend to show it too often, he can figure things out and piece things together much faster then an average person, and isn't afraid to show his intelligence when it is needed.

Sweet is also a very hyperactive person, whom often will get distracted by good music or beautiful women. He will dance whenever he has the option to, and doesn't care what people think about him. He has very high confidence, so being hyperactive doesn't hurt his look, even when he acts stupid, he still comes off as just a fun loving, talented guy.

Appearance:

He doesn't actually wear the clothes in the picture above, instead he wears black leather jeans for pants and black loafers on his feet. His upper body is covered by a white muscle shirt, which is also covered by a green coat. He often wears sunglasses over his eyes, which are usually a designer brand.

His hair is a shiny black which has bangs going down to eye level, and parred in the middle on both sides. It moves around in a round shape over his ears and swoops down in the back to about shoulder level. His skin is slightly tanned but caucasian nonetheless. He has big brown eyes and a curved up nose, and almost always has a grin on his face unless something sad happens. His chin is slightly pointed but still has a slight round shape to it.

Power Development Stage 1 Appearance:

Sweet has the capability of changing into a bird if he wants to. He doesn't nessessarily need to transform to use his abilities, but it allows him access to flying while he does use them if he does change into this form.

Sweet can take the form of a strange looking parrot. It has an odd shape of a head where the feathers sticking out, connected to the head, resemble a musical note from papered music. His beak comes out at 4 inches and is pink in colour, as well as his eyelids and tongue. His eyes change from brown to black and his neck is surrounded by a white feathered mane, which goes all the way around his neck.

His body is covered with green and yellow feathers, his stomach area being the yellow feathered part, and the rest being green feathered. His yellow feet come out the bottom, each with 4 talons on them. His wings stretch out to about 10 inches each, and have blue feathers on the outside, and in the inside, yellow feathers.

In this form he still has the capability of talking with the same voice he had before, thus is why he is known as Sweet Cheeps, due to being a bird. In this form he does gain the ability to fly, just like most birds can, and his personality remains the same as well.

Power Development Stage 1 Abilities:

Feather Cannon(Only In Bird Form):
When Sweet flaps his wings in bird form, he has the capability of firing feathers out like arrows, while flying out, they become pointed and as sharp as diamonds, moving at speeds as fast as a bala. The feathers vary from yellow to blue in colour and upon contact, will explode if hit hard enough. The blast caused by the feathers is roughly the power of a Hado 31: Red Fire Cannon, or Shakkaho. Sweet can fire out as many of these as he likes, and can fire up to 10 at a time, 5 from each wing in 1 flap. These feathers grow back almost immediately, within 2 seconds after flung out.

Sing(In Both Forms):

When sweet sings a song, he has the capability of altering the echoes which come out of his mouth. These echoes can be manipulated by him to become weapon like attacks, multiplying them in an instant upon hitting someone would cause a sonicboom-like effect on them, except it would feel like they were being punched by Sweet himself. He has the capability of altering it to approximately 30x the original volume, however, when the volume increases, it still appears to be the same volume as it originally was, however, the echo is multiplied in power, which causes the sonic-boom like effect. He cannot do it any further then 30x, and the higher frequency, the more power this ability takes up.

Guitar Summon(Human Form Only):

Sweet can summon an electric guitar in his hand whenever he wishes, however, he can only have 1 at a time. The guitars appearance is in the picture above this ability description. This guitar is as strong as a zanpakuto in shikai state of the same tier, and will not break like any other guitar would in battle. Sweet can use this to smash against his targets if need be, and is his main weapon for battle. When he needs to, he can strum the cords on his guitar, which cause 2 lightning bolts to appear beside him, and shoot out at the enemy at speeds double that of a bala. These blasts are approximately as strong as Hado 33: Blue Fire Crash Down, or Sokatsui. He can only summon 2 lightning bolts per post, and no more then that, and they will only appear and fire if he fully strums all the cords.

Power Development Stage 2 Appearance:
Sweet's 2nd stage appearance, looks like the combination of his human and bird form. He grows large wings out of his back which are exactly the same feather lined design as his bird form, except much larger and allow his human body to fly. He grows a hair curl on the back of his head, similar to the head feathers of his bird form, and his hair style moves to have the 2 sides of his bangs, meeting in the middle of his face. His teeth become sharp like a sharp, and his 2 front teeth meet in the middle like a large sharp tooth, symbolizing his beak.

His pants change from black to yellow and his white muscle shirt becomes yellow. He also grows a white feather collar around his neck, similar to the one in his bird form, and his eyes become black in colour instead of brown. He has 2 hands coming out the ends of his wings which can be used to punch, but often just ignored so he can fly. His loafers are changed in colour to yellow as well. His fingers also become pointed like talons, and have the capability of slashing people.

Power Development Stage 2 Abilities:

Sing Enhanced:


Now that Sweet is in his new form, his sing has an upgrade from before, allowing him to alter where the echoes go, and letting him increase the volume to new magnitudes. He has the capability of changing the vibration in the echo to 100x at most, however, using that over and over again would cause his energy to drain quickly. If he gets the echos into the foes of equal tier'd ears at vibrations atleast 50x higher then their original, it would damage their eardrums and cause them to temporarily go deaf, as well as have blurred vision. This will only work on higher tiered foes if the vibration is atleast 70x it's original, and for lower tiers, he can do this with 40x it's normal vibration. These can still be used as weapons, except can be more powerful then before, creating sonicboom-like effects when smashed against foes. Having advanced strength will weaken this ability, esspecially if the person is higher tiered, however, it cannot be completely ignored. It is hard to see, but it is very possibly to avoid, as the vibrations can be seen as waves in the air, like an illusion.

Feather Cannon Enhanced:

This ability is almost exactly the same as the one from his first stage, however, they are now twice as big as before, moving at speeds of a bala, same as before, but twice as powerful as a hado 31 when exploding. Everytime Sweet flaps his wings, he has the capability of firing out 10 from each wing, and they grow back once again, within 2 seconds after being launched out. Firing these in the air, like before, doesn't hinder his flight if he is in the air, and he can even fire them while he is using hand to hand combat, however, if they explode near his body, he will be hurt too.

Background:

Sweet's family before he was born had trouble with the Yakuza, and soon later became in dept and poor. They gave birth to Sweet in the middle of this and he grew up without any toys or good clothes. He was still a bouncy baby and a good kid who always found fun in everything, often pretending his hands were people, and did plays with them. He was very imaginary and didn't let being poor bother him, not just because he didn't know what being poor was at the time, but because he found fun in just about anything.

Sweet's family did manage to get him into school, and he was a quick learner in many subjects, esspecially the arts and music. As he went through school he was told his voice was unique and talented, and he was given private lessons by a musical tutor. Sweet admitted that his dream was to be a great rock star or a singer, and the tutor said it was very possible. Sweet continued his studies of music, and learned how to bring the notes of his voice in perfect harmony, and learned how to sing perfectly.

Sweet entered a compatition for singers, and out of all the compatinents, he was picked as the winner, and quickly blew up all over the world as being a talented singer. He made lots of money real quickly and got his family out of dept, even paying the Yakuza extra to stay away from them for good. Sweet loves his new job and wouldn't give it up for the world. He often went around flirting with girls, but was most often shut down, but there were times when he got dates, among other things. Sweet continued his singing career and eventually made millions.

Sweet was always able to transform into a bird, and kept it secret from everyone because he felt it may hurt his career. He made the identity of the bird as being his pet, but it raised suspicion when he was never seen with it, so he photoshoped pictures to make it seem like he spent alot of time with it. He managed to keep this going for the time being and wasn't found out, he figured they weren't ready yet to know the truth, maybe they would never be. Sweet continues to sing for a living and makes lots of money. He is often seen signing autographs for his fans and travels the world to sing to all kinds of countries.

Comments/Notes: A human that can infinitely spam Shakkaho-strong feathers with nearly no cooldown, and ranging between 1 to 10 at a time? I think you oughta make that less abusive if you want to play that character, because this isn't something I can accept.

Also, you need to describe the toll that those attacks take on you. The way your application is made, your bird form can spam shoot an unlimited amount of feathers, which is also unacceptable.

Please start with that, and there most likely will be changes needed on the Sound wave ability, and maybe even the one of your guitar, but we'll get there once you correct the feather ability
