Personality: Niiro is a very optimistic person and he enjoys seeing the world were something good is gonna happen out of any encounter, even bad encounters he likes thinking of how something good can come out of it. He likes to follow his heart and trust what his heart tells him then what the facts tell him, he would rather keep a friend who he likes then listen to the facts about them. He considers himself rather artistic and extravagant with his abilities and likes seeing the world in an artistic way. Niiro is a rather playful character who loves to mess with people and loves to act like a female at times to make it seem like he is bisexual. He is rather extrovert and loves to surround himself with people, finding it more trouble to try and be alone that is why he finds it a pleasure to be with people. He is rather courageous and outgoing usually seen as stupid for the situations he rushes into. Being courageous like this also makes him rather confident that what he is going is going to help someone making it easy for him to feel good about what is going on. He is rather naive at times but usually is very clever, he likes to be known as a naive person so that he can be fun. Niiro is very caring for all that he meets and very cruel to all those who try to injure his friends. He is a very messy person that allows for him to feel relaxed and at home almost anywhere.

Power Development Stage 1 Appearance:

Power Development Stage 1 Abilities: Fire immunity, a natural innate ability that lived dormant inside Niiro for years he was never truly effected by cold due to his body always being heated by reiatsu that was able to form fire, due to this Niiro's easiest way to get reiatsu is to take in fire. This allows for Niiros entire body to be surrounded in fire, and Niiro's reiatsu would consume the flames around him till they were dead.

Fire Control, With all of the heated reiatsu Niiro must get rid of it or exhaust it in some way, his natural way is to keep his body heated higher then 98.8 degrees but to a higher temperature that doesn't allow for him to get fevers, or cold. Due to this he is hot to most peoples touches, another way for him to rid himself of the heated reiatsu is to create material such as armor of fire that can block the force of most kidou but stuck have him hit by it, or absorb some force from punches while burning a person. He is also able to make weapons out of the fire that can burn people and objects, usually spears or javelins since they can't block or stop weapons because of being fire.

Power Development Stage 2 Appearance: His appearance doesn't change.
Power Development Stage 2 Abilities: His Control over fire grows greatly and his is able to make little creatures about a foot tall that can survive 2 post before burning out, his abilities over fire get better which allows for his flames to glow brighter and be hotter. The speed of the flames -in the case of stuff like throwing the flames in the form of a spear or javelin- increases allowing for him to his fire faster.


Background: Niiro grew up in a small little place inside Karakura and gained his powers at a early age, not one that was expect around the age of 8 while Niiro was sleep he was picked up by firefighters and rushed out of his house, he had survived his house burning down due to his powers, he was told how lucky he was to have live and how lucky he was to be unhurt, though that his family had been killed in the flames and that the means that the fire had started were unknown. From then on he had lived with his grandparents who he later got annoyed with and left.

Living with his aunt and uncle he grew up to become a pyro, loving to watch stuff burn and twist as his body absorbed it, not knowing that this was why he survived all those years back. He never had cold food due to being able to heat his food up and he never knew what being cold was like, he liked not getting sick and the times when he did he got over it quickly which he loved.

Around the age of 15 he got a job working to help start his own life with out his Aunt or Uncle so he didn't have to be a burden anymore and so he could live life on his own. He later got a message that his Aunt and Uncle had been murdered and that he now owned the house, being the only one left there he lived his life in their old house and supported himself for a year. He later got promoted and sold the old house to get a better one for himself, living in an apartment instead of the old 3 roomed house.

He now attends Karakura high school, and lives in his little apartment hoping that someday he could find a loved one that wouldn't die.

Comments/Notes:The major problem I find here are the powers. They need plenty more description. For fire immunity, is he only immune to his own fire? Is he immune to ALL fire? Can he be overwhelmed by another one's fire abilities (especially if the other is stronger).

As for his fire abilities. How strong does the fire burn? (in terms of tier or Endurance skill) How hard is it to douse the flames? Can the be doused by water? What's the maximum range of ALL fire attacks? How many of these "fire people" can he make?

And of course, I'd rather you list out all attacks he can do with his fire abilities, rather than giving me a general explanation, so you don't pull any tricks during an RP fight. This includes describing all weapons that he can make with the fire. And exactly HOW many of these weapons can be crafted at once? Must they be handheld, or can they propel themselves? That is all, for now.
