Dinner and a Show [Reida, Safira]

Ah, children were so temperamental. The plain and guarded answer made the small woman grin a little bit in amusement but the her sapling was fixated on the scene so Safira looked back to assess the situation for herself.

"Excellent. Klein succeeded, we can go retrieve it from him but do take a few shots at him if he thinks about not giving it back to me. Don't let his gentlemanly behaviour fool you, he's quite a danger to the fairer sex."

The snake wouldn't be upset if her sapling used her own discretion there, she imagined any bad intentions the cazador might be dissauded if an angry cyclops shot him a few times.

"I ain't one to let politeness color whether or not I'll blow a hole in someone."

Reida'd met plenty of 'polite' people in her time that had deserved to die. A lot of the people she'd fought back in the war, especially, had been mighty 'polite.' Hell, even when she'd lost her eye, that sack of shit'd barely treated it any harsher than afternoon tea.

"He's your pal. Lead the way."

She was under no illusion that she was some sort of leader in this little arrangement, and she didn't care to be, either. She was perfectly content to just let things go as necessary if it meant her aims getting seen through. Besides, Reida wasn't someone who'd think of interrupting when Alastair was getting assistance. She'd gladly let that wrap up before she stepped in.

"My my, how vicious of you."

She teased for the comments while turning to leave. Truthfully whatever Klein wanted to do with the redhead wasn't her concern and she had no intention of reuniting the two comrades for now. Safira was a patient person and this whole ordeal had been prepared ahead of time, so she'd wait for him at a predetermined rendezvous.

"Oh I didn't mean go down there to get it. It's much nicer to let him come in his own time and we can wait somewhere nice."

Somewhere nice meant that she could also have her sapling tucked away in a safe position to have sights on Klein rather than sacrifice the advantage in approaching him. Safira adored the element of surprise, the capacity to attack quickly and then easily constrict the shocked prey into submission. Not that she'd need to unless the little bird thought he might want to alter their arrangement somehow.

He wouldn't be that stupid though, would he? Unless his taste of forbidden fruit made him confident in his rebellion.
