Shaking The Bee's Nest [Chihiro, Shura]

Her heart was pounding, chest throbbing, ears ringing... But that didn't stop her. Some lightheadedness wasn't gonna keep her down when she had a bitch to beat! Back to her feet in a blur, Chihiro charged right for Shura, her left hand clutching her right wrist as to give further leverage to her next attack.

But Shura was already doing something... Her release phrase?! The finger she held down changed immediately to her ring finger as she saw that large weapon come down for her, making an immediate move to slide out of the way and make aim at the suddenly larger target, shouting:

"Enmitsu... NI!" Another spray of honey came from the tip of her finger, but far duller and opaque than the first several attacks. Immediately launching onto and adhering to Shura's downed Zanpakuto and the ground beneath it, her opponent would find considerable difficulty in lifting the weapon, the rubbery liquid adhering to it like glue, coming in close with a blur of Shunpo once more with her initial finger pulled down with her finger directly pointed at Shura,

"Enmitsu, Ichi!" A sizable glob of honey shot right for Shura's upper body and head if she did not move in time, anything additional falling to the ground not much unlike the other globs she had posited on the floor previously.

The red glow of the incoming kido gathering in the woman's palm was enough signal for her to get out of the way - Shakkaho, to her memory, did not seem fun to be the receiving end of, Shunpo carrying her to the opposite side of Shura as the kido caused the honey to, rather than combust, splatter everywhere in disorganized droplets. Reappearing at the opposite side of Shura, a finger was pointed and deployed yet another honey attack straight for Shura's hand grasping the axe with the goal of adhering it to the weapon, "Enmitsu, Ni!"

Grunting with a stamp of her foot, her face curved down into a considerable frown, "You said that.. Without an incantation! I know that wasn't... Anywhere near as strong..!" She yelled at Shura between labored breaths, once again pointing that stinger finger at her, "Quit playing around with me!"

"Enmitsu, Ichi! Enmitsu, Ichi! Enmitsu, Ichi!" Once again, globs of honey would fire at Shura, whether she was ready or not.

"What the heck are you talk-" Her eyes widened with Shura saying... Another phrase? This woman... Had Bankai? The spike in spiritual pressure bared down her injured and worn body, her bones shook. The girl stood before her opponent in shock - she'd never faced a released Bankai before. She didn't even fathom this woman would be willing or even have Bankai. Her hand was tightly clasped around her Shikai as she'd quickly Shunpo out of Shura's reach, almost falling over from how numb and shaking her feet felt. What was she supposed to do here, what was she supposed to do!?

The veil of confidence the woman proudly wore daily was obscured by chilling dread. Even her academy trips to dispatch hollows were nowhere near measurably terrifying. She couldn't help but freeze up; they went from feeling about the same level to a sudden gulf emerging right before her eyes.

Wait, wait what was she doing..? She got pulled back to the immediate moment, Shura's lips were moving, she was saying... It sounded like an incantation. Shit, oh shit, wait, she was covered in.. All she had to do was snap her... Fingers. She had to interrupt the incantation...

Looking down, her fingers were trembling; they wouldn't listen to her, they wouldn't so much as curl into position from how much they trembled. She didn't recognize the incantation right away, maybe it was a lower...

...33? That was...

"W-wait-!" Was the only frantic word she could get out before the phrase was completed: Sōkatsui.

All her instincts could tell her to do was Shunpo in the opposite direction. It was a mistake.

First she felt pain scorch her back, then her legs, then her arms. Her feet stopped touching the ground at some point between that, the sheer force of the attack launching her into and through one of the walls bordering the training ground, the thing that finally stopped her body's flight being the slam into a second wall, hitting the ground with a pathetic thud. Her Shikai dissipated, her broken burnt body lying on the ground as others in her division noticed the commotion and immediately came to investigate, her consciousness a fleeting thing beneath her body's wails of pain.

...Papa, am I gonna die? That thought crept into her thoughts, struggling to breathe. She could hardly see outside of the increasing number of shapes at the edges of white, her ears ringing too loudly for the voices spoken around her to be heard properly.
