Re: The Outer Districts [Hono/Hana]

Hana took the gesture kindly and made sure to step back. Its not like she was being pushed hard enough to fall flat on her butt. Hono merely needed room to work. As Hono drew her zanpakuto, Hana glanced down to her own, wondering if it was appropriate to help in this situation. Shinigami often got in trouble for dealing in situations outside the jurisdiction of their Division, so she opted not to interfere unless Hono needed help. She wouldn't let Hono be on her own if things got bad.
"Hey, look, Shinigami-girl. Why don't you and your pretty little friend just hang back, alright? Ain't no reason t-..." The man was cut off by Hono releasing her shikai. Hana's eyes widened, and the man's expression mimicked her own. "H-H-Hey, ain't no need for that kind of trouble. I'm outta here!" The no-longer-intimidating guy ran from the alley, revealing those behind him. They looked up and saw Hono, each pulling out a weapon: a club and a old katana. As they approached, it became clear they had every intention to fight. "Be careful. I'm here if you need me."

Well, hey at least her Zanpakuto plan worked out, the fewer people she had to fight the better. So once the man fled Hono would sigh, She wanted to arrest him, but hey not every fight could be an absolute victory, fear would probably work best for this guy. She didn't see Hana's reaction, so she wouldn't know how it really affected the girl. Though the two men approaching her made a lot of sense, two big men thought they could easily beat the small woman. Well, Hono had been training! After all, Elyss would be mad if she got beaten by some random street thugs.
Hono would sigh at their approach, and go for some punches, after all, she couldn't exactly cut them with her Zanpakuto. So she'd need to hold back. She would go for the one with the club, going for a quick gut punch, while trying to weave her way out of any attacks from the katana or the club. She would glance at Hana. "Just... don't get hurt!" That was all she really told Hana, if she did that... would be a bad look and would probably get her in trouble...

For the most part, Hana was going to let Hono do her job. The first guy had run off, leaving Hono in a 2v1 against untrained thugs. Even though Hana knew little about Hono’s fighting skills, it was clear to Hana that Hono would be fine. So, keeping an eye up and down the alley, Hana kept her distance, one hand laying on her zanpakuto just in case. There was nothing else to do.
Each thug came at Hono with the intent to knock the small woman out. They did not seem to want to kill her, but kept going for strikes on her head and trip attempts. Hono easily dodged and weaved herself between the strikes, but the men kept coming. Soon, a third burst from the store of the old man with a few more goods and saw the fight going down. This man held no weapon.
“Are you guys stupid? She’s a shinigami, let’s get out of here!” the newcomer yelled, picking up the cart. In doing so, the other two stopped fighting and looked away from Hono. It was a moment of opportunity if Hono decided to take it; they weren’t paying attention and definitely underestimated her. However, if she did not take the moment to attack, they would attempt to flee. At this point, watching felt wrong.
Hana wanted to dart forward and help, but she hesitated. What would be the law in this? This was not her jurisdiction and she was only told not to get hurt. Staying out of the way meant she wasn't getting hurt. If Hono gave her the hint to come in, she'd go in immediately. All she could do was stand at ready.

The woman would laugh seeing the men come at her. Thankfully her speed was more than enough to dodge them with little effort. However, her attention was soon stolen by the third man entering the fray. As the two looked away, Hono would go for a strike on their backs, hoping to bring them down. That being said, Hono would run after the cart, trying to stop the cart, going for kicks on it to break the wheels.
Hono would point at Hana as she chased after the cart. "Don't let those two get away, I'll come back once I get the cart stopped!" She shouted. She really shouldn't let Hana get involved, but she could leave that out of the paperwork. Now Hono hopped her attacks knocked them out, if not she'd feel bad and stay to help Hana out. If they were passed out, she had faith that Hana could watch over two slumped bodies while she dealt with this third man.

Both men were momentarily stunned by Hono's kicks. Before they recovered, Hono ran after the cart and the third man. The moment Hono gave Hana permission, she felt it was okay to participate. It wouldn't be hard to keep these two held. Holding out two index fingers, she cast the kido "sai," allowing her reiryoku to restrain both men. Their arms locked behind their backs as if they had cuffs on and they were unable to move. "Simple enough," Hana said, watching them until Hono returned.
The third man was running as quickly as he could, but was held back by the cart. When Hono was successfully able to land a blow, the cart skid to a stop. The third man, however, did not. Fearful of going to jail or having to fight a Shinigami, the man kept running off. He turned a corner into an alley real fast, jumping over some old crates that stood in his way. Just in case, he also pulled out a dagger he had sheathed at his waist, the only weapon he might be able to defend himself with.

Hono was glad to see the sai, after all, it would keep the guys in place while she dealt with the wagon. "Alright come wi-" Before Hono could finish the man was already running! Full speed ahead. Hono would give chase! She was swift. As she turned the corner she would start chanting. After an incantation, Hono would shout. "Sai!" She would cause the man's legs to lock up and fall to the ground. Hono would leap over the crates, and pick up the slumped man.
She slung him over her shoulder and would soon return to Hana, where she would toss the man on top of another one. "Well hey! That's done." She exhaled, before looking at the three guys. "I gotta take these guys in!" She would shake her head. "Hana you should probably get going! I bet you have a lot to do!"
