Personality: Somewhat cocky but masks it with indepth knowledge and cool. she loves flowers and has no problems trying to help out others. She usually keeps her power level at next to nothing simply to keep others around her from knowing her true strength. She hates taking sides as it gets confusing but will do as she's told by superiors

see's the world as a annoyance more than a beauty but even so she still does not wish it or those who dwell within it any injustice.

She believes that whatever she is doing is the correct choice as she always follows her gut in the heat of a situation.

She is a severely logical person. If something irrational happens she'll find a logical way to explain it regardless of if it is 100% accurate or not. she tends to not be very creative and as such would rather read books than paint or draw.

She is both playful yet serious as she tends to switch between the two of them. She'll follow her ideals and goals to the letter but she can't help having a playful and cocky attitude during matches. When push comes to shove however she becomes fully serious and gives it her all in order to complete her objective.

She will never back down from a challenge. She will always step up to the plate and fight back whether its mentally, verbally, or Physically. This might be considered being stupid but its one of her more admirable qualities. There is no challenge she won't accept even if she knows she can't win.

She is extremely confident..perhaps even OVER confident in her abilities as the Vice-Captain of the first division.. She is considered very vain in how cocky and somewhat arrogant she can be when talking to others.

She does not have problems formulating plans of her own devices but isn't exactly bright when it comes to mind games. She easily falls for being baited into anger and usually responds extremely hostily to any form of threats.

She cares about her subordinates as much as a she should but she doesn't have any strong feelings that would guide her to be overly protective of anyone. She is more of a loner in this respect and doesn't show much affection for anything even towards her own lover Selkie sometimes.

She can organize plans well enough but when it comes to keeping her Office clean and neat she utterly fails. She cannot maintain any amount of organization within her duties as a vice-Captain. She almost always has to ask her Vice-captain to bail her out of her unorganized office work.

General Fighting Style: Tactical brutallity when angered. Tactical Playfulness when not angered. Either way she is tactical and does her job.
Strengths: Strength is her greatest weapon. She has a huge amount of it. her Shunpo and reflexes are a close second.

Spirit’s Name: Eien Yuki - Eternal Snow

Spirit’s Appearance: Dark haired girl usually wearing a blue kimono. She tends to have a white ribbon in her hair that she adores.

Spirit’s Personality: A shy girl with a slightly problematic tendency to state her opinions when they are not needed or when they cause trouble.

Inner World: A snowy mountain with the summit flat and smoothed out. In the center of this summit is two chairs and a warm fire where Rena and her zanpaktou always appear.

Time Stasis and Spacial Displacement for teleporting self or people in a specified area to another location.

Always Active Illness - Self Destructive Reiatsu Overload Syndrome - The girl has so much reiatsu in her body...so much that its unrealistic..this causes a problem..her body is constantly "oozing" out reiatsu.. She uses a ribbon to supress this reiatsu so with it on she doesn't have to try to supress it to be safe among her peers. with it off it will flow normally which is dangerous to her health after a while.

Always accessible power - Runic - her zanpakuto sheath sucks in and absorbs any and all energy based attacks. The energy it absorbs becomes converted and is placed into the wielder..replenishing her own reiatsu reserve by the amount absorbed. This ability is one of few that can only be activated by actually speaking the activation word..which in this Case is Runic. (Conversion - 5 kidou absorbed is 3% of my totalreiatsu regained, 1 Cero = 5% of my total reiatsu regained,Special techniques that require reiatsu = 5% regained.) She can only absorb 20% in this way before she must either release the energy in some way all at once or have an explosion be caused centering around her zanpaktou. This is, of course, something she wishes to avoid so she'll generally use an overpowered cero to let off the energy.

Shikai

Call Out Command: Cry havoc...
Appearance:

Abilities:

Ice/Water Manipulation - The name almost speaks for itself..In essence she is able to control and manipulate ice and water regardless of circumstances. She is able to increase the speed of what the ice and water is doing by double if she uses her hands to guide the actions though.

Ice/Water Creation - She is able to create water and ice by changing the molecules around her. this allows her to create water and ice for use in her other ice manipulative powers.

Ice/Water Conversion - She is able of converting ice to water and water to ice without even trying..This coupled with her ability to manipulate water and ice makes it very very useful.

Boosts: She is extremely powerful in shikai and gets a decent speed boost to match it. But in having these she isn't able to take many direct hits before feeling the effects.

Bankai

New Name: Frozen Goddess

Appearance: Rena becomes covered an an icey armor all of her body from one of her abilities.

Abilities:

Icey Death - Her bankai causes a 250 yard circle of extreme storming clouds which cause a blizzard around her and her foes that has blinding snowstorms inside it and massive hailstones that fall heavily on all in the bankai's effect..Except the user of course. She is able to turn this on and off at will and becomes faster while its active as if Shunpo'ing all the time.

Icey Camoflauge - While she is within her own bankai (She does not HAVE to be for it to be in effect) She is able to make herself invisible (both by means of visibility and tracking reiatsu means) though if the person is clearing a part of the blizzard and Rena gets into the "cleared" part.. they are capable of physically seeing her.

Aura of Frozen Demise - While in bankai she becomes covered in an icey aura that puts a armor of ice around her body to help protect her. This also allows her to lower the temperature around her sword to leave ice around anything it gets near..including herself..if left there long enough to build up ice from the air and moisture around the blade. this allows her to leave thin sheets of ice on her opponents if they are close to her sword for too long. The range is normal melee range of up to 7 feet and it cannot extend past that.)

Boosts: Again she takes another big leap into strength but this time she doesn't take a dramatic increase to speed or anything else.

Mask

Appearance:

Abilities: Her mask augments her speed and strength.
Hollow Powers: Cero.

Ressureccion

Appearance: Her mask fuses with her face and her body becomes more like a skinny werewolf than a human. Her feet and hands becoming more wolf-like that human in appearance. She grows a wolf tail from her butt and gains a sense of smell equal to a lupus canine.

Abilities - High-Speed regeneration, Cero

Vizard of the Frozen Waste - This ability is something she can achieve only in this form. Her aura of ice becomes 40 feet in range and becomes capable of near instant covering of an opponent who is in range of it instead of slowly covering them. The amount of ice covering them is 4 inches per post that they do not destroy the ice on them. This means if they don't destroy the ice on them and about 4 posts pass they will begin to freeze to death and will be unable to move very much at all.

Inner Hollow
Name: Aner Alosil

Personality: Aner is a maniacally psychotic fighter type of person who will insult you just for living. She doesn't care what race you are for she'll want you dead regardless. She doesn't care about anything other than continuing to grow stronger and continuing to exist. She will never allow Rena to die even if it means pushing Rena to near fatal limitations of Fatigue. She will bleed every single possibility dry before giving up her life or Rena's life. She grudgingly allows Rena to have host control over the body but constantly reminds Rena that she can take over whenever she wants..she usually reminds her by means of simply taking over during a fight.

Fighting Style
General Fighting Style: Where as Rena tends to drag things out or go all out at once depending on the circumstances...Aner will use all available power to crush her foes without regard to mercy or being humane about it. She'd sooner skin a man alive then allow him to live.
Strengths: Sheer physical power and speed.
Weakness: less than normal endurance. (She can't take hits. Thus uses her speed to avoid them) not intellectual (Easily trapped by illusions and tricks)

Hollow Powers
Average Hollow Abilities: Pesquisa, Cero, Heirro, High Speed regeneration.
Appearance: See physical Traits.
Abilities:

Runic (Aner Style) - Usually Runic is for absorbing energy based abilities such as Cero and Getsuga tencho as well as Kidou of all kinds..however not only does it do that when Aner uses it but it also creates a burst of power in which she seems to have demonic armor and wings. She can't use the wings but while she is in burst mode all of his capabilities double. Burst mode only lasts for the post that energy is absorbed and can't be used with stored up energy. It also can't be used more than once per 4 posts however Runic's main ability can be used normally.

Background(Rena):
Rena is the child of Kaze the Blackwind. She was conceived between him and a female named Lenara back when Kaze was still capable of gaining a lover which was over 600 years ago. thus she was raised as a vizard and helped along with her hollow control and powers as well as her shinigami powers and Zanpaktou, Eien Yuki, She lived life as Kaze lived it..as a merciless brute who attacked and killed alot of innocent people. She was raised as an animal whose sole purpose in life was to horribly maim and kill anything and everything that Kaze deemed unworthy of life and she didn't know any better because she had never taken the time to realize that wasn't the only way to live a life and was not taught any other way. She soon found a person she couldn't kill however..someone stronger than herself. This person talked to her throughout their fight and tried to reason with her. This created a doubt inside of Rena's mind and heart and as time passed Rena felt an urge to start a new life and begin something else..an urge her Father didn't like one bit. When she first brought it up she was laughed at..and then when she persisted on the notion of leaving and tried to run away Kaze grew furious and quickly began to try and annihilate his own daughter. somehow.. she managed to flee from her father's grasp.

At first..she wandered around aimlessly until she met the Leader of the Endless who ,at the time, was Ayumu. She was introduced to them by a shinigami who acted as though Rena was in her squad and thus was accepted into The Endless without much trouble..though to prove herself she had to fight Ayumu where at the end..the match was stopped because if they had kept going the place around them would have been totally destroyed..resulting in a Draw. She did the missions given to her by The Endless and once again she felt content with her life. however.. as more time passed she felt another urge that guided her to study Soul Society and its functions as guardian of the world of the living. She was fascinated by the fact that they tried to protect everything instead of just one small place like the Endless usually did. They protected not only themselves from hollows but the world of the living and help to stabalize a few of the dimensions between the world of the living and Seireitei such as Hueco Mundo, Soul king and Hell.

When she finished learning all she could about Soul Society she left The Endless and went to join them. Upon successfully completely their exams and required tests of strength, Speed, stamina, and Kidou control, she was able to join the Gotei 13 Court guard Squads under the command of Captain Selkie Nejaku. As time passed they grew very close. During this a fight occured in which it seemed like Selkie had betrayed Soul Society..Rena couldn't help but lose total control of her hollow infront of the spectating captain commander and some other captains of the Gotei 13. During this she undergone more intense training to control her hollow more than before. in time..Selkie returned and comfirmed that he had only pretended to betray Soul Society..this hurt Rena deeply..but she eventually forgave him and they began to see eachother. Before long the captain commander Kenta Takeshi proved to be the feared Dark Vizard and ended up fighting and nearly crippling all of Soul Society. Not long after Seireitei was rebuilt from Kenta's brutal attack against it that Selkie was promoted to Captain Commander by Akira, who didn't like the position, and was granted to bring Rena, who was his Vice-Captain, with him. Now her and Selkie are incredibly close and have begun a relationship together while at the same time work together as captain and vice to run Soul Society's first division as well as all of Soul Society as that is their duty. She now spends most of her time trying to avoid the mountain of paperwork that her Taicho never seems to want to do and tries to get her to do it for him.

Sidenotes: A short history. But she really doesn't have one outside of the forum..and I couldn't think of anything else. Also noted this is from RiseoftheRevolution and won't pretain to Platinum Hearts.

Rp Sample (of a character called Kaze from RotR that was mine :3)

He was just laying around on a random rooftop in Karakura Town as usual..simply enjoying the breeze and the nice sunny day while listening to all the people and cars running around in the streets below him..it seemed a nice day, but that thought only brought a sigh from him a he continued thinking about it.

"I'm so...bored.." he muttered while sitting up and looking around. "I need something to do..there has got to be a hollow around here somewhere." he added while talking to himself.

So he got up and used his air walk ability to start running around scanning the place for hollow reiatsu signatures and after a few hours of..well..nothing. he gave up and landed on the rooftop of some old dilapitated yellow brick house and laid down.

"Man.. why do I always find nothing.. I really need to find some kind of excitement in life..I'm too old to not be having fun." he muttered with a bit of disdain..still talking to himelf since no one else could hear him. After a while longer he simply closed his eyes and fell asleep without a single real care in the world.

Just a few problems I see here.

1.) No bankai, please strike that out.
2.) The Aura of Frozen Demise ability within the bankai sounds a bit godmod to me. May just be the wording, but instantly forming ice on an opponent is a definite >Nope. It may not be strong, but it's still GM.

Tier: Looks like a good 2-1+ when finished.

Struck out bankai. as for the ability it isn't alot of ice. maybe like one inch. so it doesn't do more than slow them down a bit.. your right I could word it better but it is far from a god mod ability. All it does is slow down and chill the opponents..which if you look at the first ability of creating a blizzard.. ice could form over someone's body anyways. I'll remove that part if you want.. but to clarify I have yet to use it to god mod on RotR. I wouldn't put more than a thin inch of ice over them anyways. cuz your right it can be god mod I just don't use it to that potential.
