» Personality: Sir Nigel Archibald Thornberry, KBE is a well meaning and upright citizen. He has a tremendous sense of justice, and does everything in his power to help the animals he comes into contact with live their best lives. At times, he jokes, at others he can be very serious. He is confident in his ability to care for himself, and for those around him, and because of this he is rather self-assured, although he has always remained humble. He has a deep seated love for animals, and tends to spend more of his time around them than other humans. Although he is a large and muscular individual, what some would call a big strong man, he is still caring, and gentle by nature. When push comes to shove, he will do what needs to be done, but he is always holding himself back so as to solve his problems with as little force as necessary. He is extremely devoted, and will never allow himself to be persuaded from his dreams. At the end of the day, Sir Nigel Archibald Thornberry, KBE is a real man's man. Smashing.



» History: As the young Thornberry grew, he found that he had a strange fascination for the most peculiar and rare to see animals he would come across in his youth. This is something that he has carried with him since his earliest days, and makes up a large part of his personality. Growing up, he went to a fine school, got through with relatively high grades, was reasonably athletic, and was sociable to an acceptable level. As he grew older he began to wonder what he would do with his life. He came to the conclusion that he wished to live a life of adventure, and so he decided to offer himself up to Her Royal Majesty's British Army. He served a long and prosperous career in the Army, earning himself many commendations, awards, and even a Knighthood.

When he retired from the Army, Sir Nigel Archibald Thornberry, KBE decided that he still hadn't found quite enough adventure, and went on to travel the world, searching for endangered species of animals, or just for animals that he had never encountered before. In doing so, he has seen most of, if not the entirety of the surface of the planet, and has likely seen every animal there is to see. This does not stop him from continuing to look for more exciting new species, however.


» Natural Abilities: Sir Nigel Archibald Thornberry, KBE has the ability to commune with any animal. This, however, is not all that he is capable of. Because of his sense of justice, his love for animals, and his large nose, any animal that he talks with will find itself invariably carrying out his own will.
