RINGO D
"WAAAAGHN!"
Came the screech, it was a horrid mix of a shout and a dog's bark as the giant creature emerged from the hole. He was a fast big lad, easily as high as a two-story building the giant hollow came out in a blur as he ran through the ruins with his mouth closed. It took only a few minutes for him to setlte himself and loud out another horrid sound which sounded like a frankenstein of different creatures. The poor living sould standing around him were being burned alive, his very presence being corrosive to their insignificant bodies - the ones not trampled by him anyway.
"Augh augh arrrckf! Huntang time!"
He screeched finally before the gargantuan creature opened its mouth to reveal the strange two figures inside, bound to it by flesh and more like grotesque tumour like structures jutting out of its lower jaw with the black-clad figure banging his drum to fill the air with the horrid sound of the giant hollow's presence. The honcho was loose and ready to hunt in this new terrain. There were so many little creatures to hunt down now that it had finally crawled out of the hole. Where did Ringo begin?

Welp, it was about as bad as they had expected, but seeing it up close was something else entirely. The huge gaping abyss that seemed to smother out every other land marker in the area. Mountains. Ruins of what had once been a city. All of it paled to the sheer size of the pit that had opened in the earth. And standing even hundreds of meters from the edge, Igen couldn't help but feel like it was right in front of him, fucking up his sense of perspective. Under normal circumstances, he would have whistled appreciatively, but well, the devastation was pretty absolute. They had been here for a good bit, sorting through the area. Looking for survivors.
There weren't many, and what few they could manage were pretty badly shaken up, sobbing at the destruction of their home. Igen turned his attention toward the others that were in this section of the pit. A good number of squad members. Mostly unseated members. Aside from the Fifteenth seat, Zefa. The Ranking Officer in Charge. There was also the Vandenreich representative. Igen had been friendly enough, but well, the situation was hardly a social. He'd offered a smile and a wave to the man as they worked surveying the area. Him, and a couple other unseated from Second Division, were present to heal any survivors they could find in the area. So far it had been a LOT of work.
But.
They didn't have to worry about that for long. The sound of a loud, horrid screech, and dull, distant roars cut through the silence of their diligent work, and Igen glanced up to see ...SEVERAL somethings emerging from the pit. And his eyes widened slightly when he saw them. Huge. Massive things. But one in the distance was bigger than all the rest. Making him balk at the sight of them all. And one in particular, was headed straight for them. A big, ugly thing, and almost immediately, Igen turned his attention toward the nearest Second Division member.
"Take the survivors we've found and get them a safe distance away if possible. Any that can't be moved, find a place to hide them and set up barrier kido until help arrives. You-" He turned toward a member of First Division, another unseated member that had come along with him. "Get in contact with the Sereitei." He ordered firmly, the young woman giving a shaky nod, eyes darting nervously before she darted off along with the other unseateds to do as he'd said.
Igen's attention shifted to the nearest hollow and he grimaced as the sounds of screaming hit his ears. Burning? His pupils dilated just a bit as he noticed the spirit energy f the hollow was ... sloughing off? Radiation? Poison? Whatever it was, everything that was close to thew thing was starting to scream, and he felt a sudden jolt of alarm. Glad that he'd instructed the others to put up Kido barriers. They might need it just to avoid getting chewed by whatever that was even if the beasts DIDN'T find them. Tch. Immediately, he considered hitting them with Kido, but no. HE couldn' JUSt think of this as a spar. He had to be careful, and conserve his energy for the long haul. There was no guarantee these were the only hollows that would be coming out of the pit.
He turned to a ruined section of street beside im and promptly grasped a street sign from the ground, he SWUNG, his ankle slicing clean through the base and separating the long iron pole from the ground, producing a long, makeshift steel spear with the sign at it's top. Practically a metal arrow. Welp, may as well start by finding out how durable this thing was. Igen's entire body shifted, reiryoku flowing through his body, boosting his strength and speed tremendously in the span of that one motion as he promptly FLUNG the object. The air shrieking with the sound of metal flying through the air as he launched the signpost like missile, screaming through the air aimed to plow straight into the monstrous hollow like a round from a tank.

SOLOMON RICHTER | STERNRITTER
Walking amidst the collection of soul reapers he was currently accompanying on a mission, Solomon could only regard their current surroundings with a stern gaze, noting the anomalous chasm in the earth. The sheer size of the abyss defied common sense. It was an otherworldly sight that gave pause, his eyes momentarily traveling over to those who had survived in the midst of pandemonium. Familiar expressions, all of them. Their fear, their sorrow, their disbelief. A way of life uprooted in the blink of an eye.
As much as he resolved to protect his own city, his sense of ethics would not allow him to stand idly by as everyone else around the world suffered, either. The sheer degree of turmoil taking root here was certainly something that required an effort from all parties, but if he could make an impact and assist these people surrounding him in turning the tides - then that alone would suffice. He did not desire glory in this path. He had simply resolved to be a bolt of lightning that paved the way for others, to protect those who couldn't protect themselves.
Fortunately, the seated members he had been tasked with assisting were agreeable people. The tall, pink-haired woman, Igen, radiated a charismatic aura. Her admirable air of determination lessened the somber scene to some extent. Tento, too, seemed to be well-spoken, friendly, wholly committed to his role in the battles ahead. Solomon didn't particularly enjoy the idea of them meeting under this circumstance, but it simply couldn't be helped. In the next moment, A collection of loud, bloodcurdling roars filled the atmosphere, forcing the Sternritter to direct his gaze toward the source. Monstrous hollows were rapidly pouring out of the abyss, splitting off in several directions. Of course, Solomon had to steel himself in preparation for the large, grotesque hollow charging through the ruins as it filled the air with a terrifying cacophony of sound.
Azure eyes observed the monstrosity racing toward them, noting the corrosive aura that eroded everything in its direct atmosphere, acknowledging that approaching this grotesque thing directly, especially without a diligent gamepla, would be unwise. He had to play off of his teammates, and rely on a form of combat that hadn't seen much use in his repertoire. Ranged-Combat. He certainly needed to master that aspect at one point. Well, what better way to test the waters than a full-fledged battle?
Solomon turned towards Igen as she grabbed the long iron pole from the ground, fashioned it into a makeshift spear, and flung it towards the hideous creature. It was quite the display of strength, but Solomon didn't have time to be impressed. With spirit weapon in hand, Solomon generated a wide-ranging swathe of electrified reishi around his blade, thrusting it forward, firing a bolt of lightning towards the beast in combination with the steel spear. Holding his blade afterward, Solomon shifted his body around in preparation, casting a glance toward Igen and Tento. This thing was huge. It would take a team effort to bring it down, and plenty of strategies, but first, they had to get an idea of how much damage it could take.

Tentō Zefā | The Unrefined Paragon
Some creatures moved in the world with a quietness about them. A swiftness and stillness that was on the edge of non existence. For others, they thrived as a flame. Burning light loud and ravishing, for all to hear regardless if they wanted to or not. Safe to say, this big creature that was managing to blitz around like a bullet was leaning more on the LOUD side of things. The biggest Hollow that Tento had ever seen so far in all honesty, large and in charge. Blazing speed that in all honesty was impressive, for a giant the Hollow was not moving as if its size had impacted its speed at all. Thrashng and bashing about as it got itself situated in his destructive movement, letting out a horrid ear splitting pained howl. Just what was this thing? It looked like a mixed of Hollows than one, and even then, there was no synergy, as if no one Hollow had become the dominant one.
Tento let out a tired sigh as he watched the living souls unfortunate to be stuck around the Hollow to be burned. The air seeing to be corrosive to their bodies simply by being nearby. A freighting ability that Tento wondered would cause him and his team mates issues today. Did that ability impact everyone or only ones weaker than him in his spiritual energy? Either way, it was something to be careful about. Lets he turn out like the living he was not able to save in time. The sight of him stepping on the other just made him more ready to end this. But anger was not what was needed hear. And although seeing the dead, the wounded, the vanished homes and teary eyed scared people before him. This anger needed to be controlled and steered, not let to explode and aim out purposelessly. It wouldn't allow the to help these people in need any faster.
They had done good so far: cleared some of debris in the immediate area, located some of the few survivors, and consuled them while they sought out friends and family. Thankfully Igen was here among some of the second division. Ameterious in his own healing ability, the number and spread of the injured was far more than what one lone warrior could handle alone. Thankfully he was not alone, and he would help where he could. Following the instructions of the division that held more experience, who cared about his rank if tasks were better off to others insight or plans?
With this massive pit swallowing all like an abyss, it was times like these that made Tento thankful that there were in an era of piece. His knowledge of past relationships practically small in comparison to his pears, but, they were on good terms with the Vandenreich. They had sent allies to help in this cause, one being the representative of the Sternritter. Tento had not gotten his name yet, well, he did not get the name of a LOT of people right now. Chaos and emergency and all. But, this guy had a plenitude of energy in him, even in his relaxed state. If and when things hit the fan, it made it all the more easier to protect the civilians with him around. And that was SOOOOOON.
The sound of a loud, horrid screech, and dull, distant roars growing closer cut through the thoughts and urgent work. Causing a tense pull at Tento's back as he looked up. Many and numerous, various ranges of energy but all holding a power that was normal than what he usually felt. This was not good.., As Tento heard Igen speak giving out quick instruction to people nearby, he hastedly finished the bandaged treatment of a injured man's arm. "Sorry if this is a little bit rough, but I need to get you out of here now". Tento said with an apologetic voice. "Grrrrr.. ah, in all honestly. Better than seeing those things getting closer", the man said in a clear terrified voice. Borderline of panicking. With a quick motion he called over a unseated memeber of the second division urgently asking him to take the man away as he stood back alongside Igen and Solomon to feel out and hopefully stop the largest one. The other ones though... "If you are combat specialized form up in teams of 4 minimum and stay close to each other to combat the Hollows as they come! Remember, watch each others back, feel out their abilities, and don't let them get past you. If they get to our allies healing and trying to put barriers up, it will be chaos!". Boomed his voice, trying to rang out to the moving bodies and panicked voices all around. If any heard him, if any minds were cleared and the threads of stability were being formed. That was all he could ask for. "ONE HOLLOW AT A TIME. GO".
Well....here was to that hopefully doing some good. Whirling around, he unsheathed his sword as he saw Igen yank a metal pole out of the ground before hurling it out towards their group's primary target to see how it would respond. Solomon, working in tangent with Igen's actions as a follow up, Generating a wide arc of swathe electrified reish before thrusting it forwarding in a magnificent bolt of lightening. Even if that blow missed the beast, hopefully it would find its way to some of the other Hollows behind it around the battle field. Monstrous hollows were rapidly pouring out from the abyss, splitting off in several directions. The miniature battles between the teams of defenders already starting against the Hollows. Sword drawn, Tento used his free hand to pick up a slob of earth before hurling it forward at the beast. Aiming to have the mass of earth fall from above while the other's attacks happened. After which he would dash forward, bringing his sword down over the head of a different Hollow that began to draw a little bit too close for comfort. To the people behind them.

RINGO D
One hollow at a time, eh? It was a good strategy and Igen's spear did hit Ringo square in the black-clad figure that was hitting his bongo to an excited cadence. The air went still around Ringo D for just a moment and maybe he was dead after the sound of drums had come to a close. That would be to easy though, wouldn't it?
"AAAAARGHFF!"
It let out an angerered roar at having the thing jutting out of his lower jaw be hit like that. Flailing around just a moment before he glared...? It was hard to tell given his grotesque appearance. His eyes were fixed on the one that had thrown the sign at his head. The dog was struck with the lightning and charred in the next moment and it had only added to the beast's fury.
From his back another sickly growth began to happen, it launched out about fifty metres away from Ringo D before it began to grow and take on a grotesque shape. In less than a minute the gang would see another perfect copy of Ringo D that had been made by the honcho. They could take a moment to appreciate what looked to be an exact self-replicating ability, or they could deal with the fact that the honcho was shooting a massive bala in their direction.

Igen's eyes widened in surprise when he noticed the sudden reaction the creature had. Shit. He'd meant to hit the larger monster, after all, he imagined the smaller ones would just be fodder. Things that could be handled once the larger creature was taken out. After all, that aura was a problem, it onyl made sense to kill the larger beast, that which would be hardest to keep from advancing. But he'd overcompensated for the distance and speared the drummer up at the top?!
"O-oh... shit..." Igen stammered out, a little startled when ... well, Not ONLY did their attacks all seem to slam up into the upper hollows, but that those hollows were promptly replaced! Instantly Igen felt apprehension. This was .... unique. The appearance had been worrying enough. Their powers seemed ... abstract. But this level of cohesion, it was a major concern. He turned his attention to the other pair of major fighters. "Focus on the big one!" He hissed out! Narrowing his eyes just a little. He paused, glancing between the Quincy and the other Seated officer. Tch. "If we keep attacking from afar right here, we're gonna draw them toward the people fleeing. I'm going in. I'll try to strike them hard, and then circle around them. We need to draw them around the rim of the crater. Keep them from moving where they'll kill more survivors." e stammered out quickly. Addressing his most immediate concern.
But how would they actually kill this thing? Could the smaller ones regenerate the bigger one? That would maybe use up a lot more energy. But would it even work? They only had so much energy to utilize. Igen himself, especially, was not equipped to use a lot of spirit energy. "We need to take out the big guy. One or two of us should focus on killing them, but at least one of us should make sure to keep putting down those smaller ones . We don't know what they do, but we gotta keep all the civis safe. And there's no way it can just keep spitting them out forever." He hissed. He didn't mind which ones they wanted him to focus on. But all the same, he promptly turned to a bench that was mostly intact. With a soft HISS he WRENCHED it out of the ground and hefted it onto his shoulder before. It was one with a seat and back comprised of horizontal bars. And he took his time prying the bars free from it's main piece. Taking out long lengths of metal to use as spears while the other two decided on who would be handling what. For the sake of efficiency, he'd simply fill in whatever role the other two either didn't decide to take up, or just join in taking out the main beast if they each picked one. No time for debate, just keep moving forward and adapt.
And if they seemed unsure, he'd simply put the Quincy on duty killing the small ones. After all, he reasonably would be the most used to accurate long ranged shots. It'd be easier for them to take care of the smaller, faster enemies than perhaps Igen or Tento might.

SOLOMON RICHTER | STERNRITTER
Solomon certainly didn't expect the alien monstrosity to be felled with two strikes. To expect easy victories against an abnormality like that would be a fool's errand. Of course, self-replication wasn't exactly what he predicted, either. It only increased the difficulty required to slay this hollow severalfold. Even so, there was no time to delay. First, Solomon decided to handle the task of dealing with the massive bala roaring towards them head-on, generating a large bolt of electrified reishi at the tip of his blade, launching a projectile that could at least match its size and prevent collateral damage.
After addressing that matter, Solomon would hurriedly direct his attention to Igen, listening to the woman's words as she instructed them on their plan of action moving forward. Correct. The three of them fighting at a distance would only endanger the remaining survivors. Tento had wisely instructed the other soul reapers to fight in teams while they handled the main beast. One hollow at a time. A sound strategy. Still, their main issue lies with this gargantuan beast. Therefore, after deducing his role in this battle, Solomon turned to Igen once more, shooting a focused glance in the woman's direction as she fashioned another makeshift weapon out of the debris around them.
"I'll focus on handling the smaller ones. I have more than enough reishi to work with here. I'll play the role of handling the small ones and diverting their attention. If more is required of me beyond that, I am yours to command. Let's bring this bastard down."
Solomon didn't take a moment to process what role Tento desired to play; there was no time to tarry behind, not when civilians were involved. He set off, guiding his body forward through Hirenkyaku, maintaining absolute mobility as he generated a javelin of electrified reishi through his hand, launching the spear towards the group of beasts. Of course, that was far from the end of it. His assault remained perpetual as they continued to approach, generating another swathe of lighting around his blade.
Unless these lesser hollows enjoyed being the victims of indiscriminate target practice, perhaps they would evade his attacks and leave the newly replicated Ringo open for a direct hit. Igen could move ahead as she intended, Solomon would handle the lesser beasts, and Tento could fill in as he would. Swinging his blade forward, he tested the mobility of the hollow he encircled. An electrified spear and a follow-up arc of wide-ranging electrical energy were employed from several directions. If they evaded any of this, Solomon intended for it to land against the main threat. No matter what, he intended to make an impact here. This wasn't a perfect form of archery in any sense, but it didn't need to be. if anything, this type of chaos suited him just fine.

Tentō Zefā | The Unrefined Paragon
Brining his sword down he cleaned through the Hollow's mask with a sharp strike. Landing to the ground with a soft tap before shifting his eyes back towards the major concern in this pit. At first things were quiet, in truth. Too quiet, an unnerving stillness that made the hairs on Tento's neck stiff. The enraged roar broke the silence as it flailed about. It eyes was on Igen, .....welp, guess they knew who to help defend. But perhaps that was good. Bait and distraction, even though the thought of a person having to play that role made him sick to his stomach. At least the dog was struck with the lightning and charred in the next moment and it had only added to the beast's fury. That had to at least deal a decent amount of damage that would take time to-
cue second Ringo D growing and shooting out 50 meters away.
OH WHAT THE HECK??!!
Yeaaaaaaah. Screw time. And the bala that Honcho was charging up towards all three of them!! It was good to see that their attacks were effectively, but perhaps a little too effective. That fella was rearing to blow anything up it could. They had to move, and thy had to come up with plans to take right now. As Igen said and Solomon as well probably knew, they could not play the withering down game with this thing. There were other Hollows nearby, and with the energy attack this one could bring out just by the field of it, the thought of letting it shoot an energy blast that could fly off and hit anyone was absolutely a bad idea. A fact that had Tento ready to move. "On it!", he yelled nodding his head towards Igen's gaze at the short glance before moving. Flash stepping away, hopfully, from the oncoming bala before heading towards the larger Hollow in a slight approach while beginning a dual kido casting chant. "Bite, hide, o web in the dark. Strike in the shadows at the heart of of man", as Tento chanted these words a thread of reishi was created, shooting out and expanding in a spider like web net sliding across the ground. An opaque color to it as it tried to blend in with the environment. The technique traveling the opposite path that Igen would working as a pincer action. "Hadō # 12, Fushibi".
As this transpired, Tento watched as Solomon faced the roaring bala headed on towards the team. He charged forward with his blade, coating and generating a large bolt of electric reishi to clash with the attack. It was yet to be seen how effective this would be against the blow. But Tento would speak still in the aftermath if able. "Hopefully the small ones won't get in the way. I'll leave it to you", Tento said with a deep breath as he concentrated his energy. It was nice to have warriors on his side that were willing and ready to pick a role for a task. All it took was for him to fill in the gaps were he could. Apply pressure over the weak points they were trying to create carefully while looking out for his team. He stuck out his sword, stabbing it into a lingering thread of the extending net that reached around, and hopefully under, the large Hollow. A soft electric current generating in the start of the chant before sparking out in a lightening current that ricochet through the nets' threads. "Spark, stun and leave in awe. "Hadō # 11, Tsuzuri Raiden!". It may not be the strongest kido spell he could use, but it was only that served purpose. He needed speed and utility, and with a subtle modification in the Hadō, it would do more than just shock the large Hollow if struck. A stun, not enough to likely keep it permanently down, but enough to do something hopefully beyond just damage it.
Regardless if Tento's approached would be successfully, he would continue to move. Jumping into the air to hold an airile angel against the Hollow, eyeing out for how the field was transpiring with the beasts responses to Igen's and Solomon's responses. There were a world of possibilities right now and there was only a wonder to what was going to happen next.

RINGO D
You know how it goes lads. From the frying pan into the fire. If you thought it was ending with one Ringo D then you were sorely mistaken because the Honcho himself shot another blob out which landed a little next to the smaller one. They were quickly growing to be the same size and shape as the original.
"AHAWANHAWA."
The air became thick with three shrieks of laughter from the three Ringos until the honcho was all caught up in Tento's trap. He fumbled and thrashed, coming free after a moment before getting zapped and shocked stupid. Unfortunately that didn't change the matter of the acidic field around him and Tento would quickly get the sensation of his skin burning, a bit like an open wound with lemon on it but it had yet to corrode him by any degree. It just hurt.
Of the two behind him they all lumbered towards the caught Honcho. Eager to attach the one who thought he'd hurt one of them. As they all got closer together though the aura became a lot more intense and the closer the three of them became the more potent it was in their overlapping areas.

Igen couldn't help but grin a little to himself as he watched the other two run off. Some small modicum of catharsis at the two organizations working together. Reminded of a certain dreary blonde in a hoodie he'd met on a beach. But well, now wasn't the time to get TOO caught up in that. The sudden appearance of MORE of those mini hollows making his eyes widen. SHIT. Tento would be getting swarmed and so he paused. Briefly, he considered refocusing on the little ones. But now, The Quincy had said he would be able to handle them. If that turned out not to be the case he'd redirect. But for now, he entrusted the Vandenreich officer to be able to handle the threat.
Besides. If they didn't take out that big one, it would just spit out more anyway.
It was just like healing a patient. Sometimes you had to ignore the symptoms and go for the cause, then worry about cleanup later. Grabbing an armful of those railings, Igen promptly vanished, using Shunpo to rapidly circle around the group of hollows. Moving so that if they retaliated, they woudln't be firing in the direction of the people evacuating the wounded. He came to a stop atop a mostly-intact five story building. It was really the only tall structure around that was still SOMEWHAT stable.
Taking aim, he wound up with one of those long lengths of metal before he let fly with a loud, hissing whistle. Just a spark of reiryoku as Igen used hakuda to launch the pipe at high speeds. He'd picked the tall building for a reason after all. Solomon and Tento were at around ground level. Firing from up above, he could launch these high velocity lengths of metal at a downward angle, meaning that even if he missed, there was no chance of hitting one of the other two. And so Igen launched THREE of those hissing rails, aiming to ram them down and try to drive them down the beast's throat. It was big, possibly even very durable. But ramming the spikes down it's throat and into it's sensitive innards seemed a fair shot at doing some decent damage while Tento's electrical netting shocked it and held the thing in place.
