While Santa's Original Sealed/Res Powers may have been more in line with Advanced, Her Specific Abilities in Garganta warrant that they be in Elite since such Hollow Ability Utilization is also tied to the skill.

[mod]Hollow Nucleus: While she does have a unique twist of hollow attributes retained, it is not exactly enough to apply Elite here on clause of those attributes due to the fact that Elite is pretty much all and then demonstrating unique applications of most of them, ignoring the resurreccion factor. An arrancar can get away with unique but simple applications of a hollow ability at adept which Santa's app implies a lot of her variations are simple or basic, despite the fact that she is good at using Descorrer itself.

She is a lot more suited to Advanced with this in mind.
