Cat and Long-Eared Mouse [Yoruichi/V]

Yoruichi blinked twice when she noticed the taste of the drink. Oh wow that was sour, certainly one way to mask the bite behind the drink itself. She lightly sipped at it, it wasn't as bad in small doses to be sure, though noticing V's aggressive downing of the drink had her raising her brows slightly as the woman went and ordered another one. Something of an entertained smile crossing her lips as the bartender slid another glass to the woman.

She was surprised to find that the place wasn't so upscale as it looked, it was just well managed. Interesting. "Is that right? You know her well then? Or just from scuffing with her?" She asked with a slight chuckle, imagining what sort of circumstance would lead to something like that. This woman reminded her of someone else in that regard. Still it was a little fascinating that a fortress like Karakura still had stories of little places like this popping up. It made her a little sad that these were probably on thew rarer side after Karakura became some sort of fortress city. She remembered when this place was just a sleepy little town. It was a little interesting that V would choose someplace so close to Karakura to hunt honestly.

Her attention shifted back to V. It seemed the woman had every intention of getting blackout drunk with how fast she was knocking them back. She whistled appreciatively. "Still, nice to hear a story like that. What's her name? Maybe I know her." She inquired, now rather thoroughly curious. Someone as strong as her? It was a little annoying how often that happened these days. The world had turned into one big ol mess of people like that it seemed.
