Resolve The Past, Brighten the Future

Hannah would look around, and accept that they were a bit in public. But that didn't mean she was going to just let this go. Elyss was in a bad way, and it was not Hannah's way of life to let her friends suffer, even if they did not wish to help themselves. It is at our darkest moments we need the greatest help.

"It is absolutely something I need to worry about. But I shall admit to worrying about it later. I do have other things I need to focus on, so if you would be so kind as to escort a poor, blind woman to the Commander's office, then I would be most obliged"

"Mmm. You were there when I was released. You were talking smack to Shadin, and I knocked you out" Hannah replied, loud enough that the people around them could hear her. And because she wasn't an idiot, she silently prepped a Millón Escudo around the arm and leg that was facing Elyss, so if the woman decided on a 'friendly' punch or shove, it didn't do any damage.

"But life has been good. How about you? I see you still have a poor sense of fashion"

"Yea. Shadin is the President of Japan, it was his prison, and his country. So he had the pull to just get me out after I accepted his job offer" Hannah replied, walking along gently. It was nice, to talk to a friend and have a gentle walk. Though, then Elyss got defensive over her uniform and Hannah couldn't help but laugh at that.

"Pffthaha. Elyss, darling. Look at me" Hannah put a hand on her shoulder and stared at the woman. "You could be naked, or wearing the skin of a bear, or the chimeric stitching of eight live Honey Badgers. I am blind. I can't see. I was just messing with you"

"Of course I know what a Honey Badger looks like. I wasn't born blind, you know" Hannah exclaimed, shaking her head softly. Elyss seemed as distractable as ever, and Hime really needed to straighten the darling's head out. Or at least give her new things to be distracted over.

"As for the job, I was given a position in the Spellcrafting division of Research and Development. I lend my expertise and support there and generally enjoy a quiet life after all this ruckus. Feeling old at five hundred is never a good feeling, but I'll take the gentle life when offered"

"Ohh, you'd bonk me, would you? In the showers, or the living room?" Hannah would ask, with a coy and gentle tone. She seemed to be doing better now than she was in Prison. More liberal of mind and free of heart. Before, she wasn't one to make such comments, but now her life was her own, it was time to make up for lost time.

"I might just have to hold you to that and have you come down to Earth. We can make a day of it even" Hannah offered, 'looking' forward for a few moments, as if to the future.
