» Personality: Elouviana is not the warmest person in the world. Often seeming dull and unengaged with the world. She does her best to hold conversation and engage with people, but it is all behind a cool and undisturbed visage that this conversation comes from. There is no deep meaning behind this, and no great trauma to uncover, she is merely a cool-headed woman who doesn't put a great stoke in great outbursts of emotion.

This is not to say they don't happen, few if any can claim immunity to the call of the heart. But, they do not happen often, and tend not to last very long when they do. She still cares about people, and is in no way detached to those that she does care about, nor is she deaf to the pleas of a stranger. Most assumptions a person can and will make when faced with Elouviana, are wrong assumptions.

Friends call her Elou, are invited out, have fun banter and innuendos to strengthen the bond. She takes her heritage seriously and trains diligently to be able to support the next generation. It is all just done with a soft and gentle lack of overt engagement.



» History There is nothing about Elou's life that has not been heard before. She was born into an unaffiliated and generally detached household of Quincy, the Zashira household. not a part of the Vandereich, nor with any interest in the world stage, they kept out of the way and lived life as normal people with potential Quincy abilities. Even being a Quincy was considered optional. An option, that Elou picked up.

Mostly, this was because Grandfather Quincy was a cool man, full of panache, rapier wit, and an actual rapier. Spoiling her grandfather's dreams however, Elou had little skill or desire for the sword, and so focused more on the sidearm, a Revolver. Magical Spirit Powers were great, but it was your arms and eyes that you used to hit something, so in between school life, Grandad trained Elou with an airgun. This was mostly for preparation, mostly because Elou's mum didn't want her using a gun so early in life, with a touch of worry that the cool demeanour Elou had would cause her to get into trouble if she had the power early on. So training focused more on Blut, Spellcraft, Reishi Absorption and general fitness.

Come her sixteenth birthday, Mum finally allowed Elou to start using a real gun. Maybe it was a solid foundation below her, or maybe she was just naturally talented in the realm of Spirit Weapons. Either way, it took her all of two days to spawn her own Spirit Weapon, and she took to the use with startling prowess. A revolver like her grandfather, she stormed through the training, taking days in here where she took weeks in Blut. Ascending past reliance on the cross in a mere month, she was given a pair of Sanrei Gloves to help her ascend to the next level of her training.

It took her little more than a month to have the Sanrei Glove training completed, though her overwhelming talent here did not go so far as to give her any real insight or grasp of Lezst Stil. As such, she stagnated there. In an attempt to overcome this stagnation, she took to Vollstandig training to see if her capabilities lied there. But, they were about the same, and so while she added Vollstandig to her training regime - weaker, but more reliable than Lezst Stil - she got back to what she knew.

Skill grew to a point that she mimicked her Grandfather by mastering a second Spirit Weapon, an identical clone to the revolver that she had become so bound with, and taxing on her mind and soul. The few Hollows she fought didn't need two Spirit Weapons, but she trained with them anyway, just in case there came a day where she needed. Besides, it kept her out of the house, where her parents were getting worse with each other, and with increasing regularity, Elou didn’t want to be there.

Developing a cool Blut trick with her revolvers, she wondered if she should go out and find some big ugly to throw down with. Test the limits of her powers. Though at the same time, it was good she didn’t need to risk her life or otherwise run into anything that wasn’t more than routine to blow away. Though, the topic of blowing away came up quickly a week after she developed that cool Blut trick.

“Getting worse” was an understatement of the year. Lots of family drama Elou didn’t particularly care about had her mother divorce her father. Leaving the household with her father - since while she didn’t care for the specifics she was always against cheating on the one you swore to in holy matrimony - they left to a new country. While leaving her friends and her Grandfather behind was painful, she just resolved to make new friends and carry on his teachings. Both were easy enough, though the friends a little harder given Elou’s personality had a chill to it sometimes.

Dad did his doctor stuff, and Elou did her twenty year old daughter stuff, taking care of the house and her father, and getting a part time job. Life carried on as usual until she heard of a woman that he had been seeing. Starting as a patient, he refused to make any move or advance on her until she was fully recovered and out of the hospital, though they bonded there and made dating once she had recovered an easy task. In the wake of heartbreak, her Dad found solace in this woman, which was nice.

Marriage happened soon after, and Elou found herself the younger step-sister of a Quincy daughter that her new mother had. An interesting turn of events to be sure, she wondered how it would go. Never having siblings herself, she didn’t particularly know what the rules were with them….



» Equipment: Seele Rounds: Specifically modified Seele Schneider to fit into her Revolver, they are no use as melee weapons, through great for catching people off guard. Expanding to full Schneider size once fired, they can catch an enemy off guard in close range or be used to set up the Ginto-backed superweapon, Sprenger

Ginto: Elou’s Ginto are no different from normal, she usually carries three vials when going out, though can carry more if she is going somewhere dangerous or knows there will be trouble where she is going.



» Skills: Physical Excellence: A good training regime has given Elou a firm body. It is not superhuman by any standards but it puts her in good standing whenever a physique is required. A well regulated and spread training has given her a broad and honed body rather than one of focused greatness.

Powder Child: Spirit Weapons, and their physical firearm counterparts, are Elou’s blood. She is excellent in their use, she naturally grasps concepts and correct postures with the slightest of instruction, and rapidly pursues excellence to see what is on the other side of the hill, and then conquer those lands for what lies beyond them. Foes are felled with a sudden and precise fusilade of fire, from a spirit weapon formed in a heartbeat, already sighted and zeroed in on the target.



» Quincy Skills: Blut Foxtrot: Six bullets, more than enough to kill anything that moves. This technique is almost a precursor to her Vollstandig (despite being made after it). It charges her revolver with a specialized Blut Arterie to create six bullets that fire with incredible force.

Quincy Expertise: Be it Blut, Spellcraft or Absorption, Vollstandig, Hirenkyaku or Ginto, Elou has a good grasp of everything that a Quincy is. While she is far from the best in any field, she studies broadly and learns deeply from what she studies to become a well balanced Quincy.



» Spirit Weapon Name: Adamska

» Spirit Weapon Appearance: A .44 Raging Bull Magnum Revolver, Adamska is an intimidating weapon when created in a flashed and fired off in rapid fanning action. While it is not technically limited to the six shots in the cylinder, Elou generally ‘reloads’ to keep track on spiritual energy expenditure.

» Spirit Weapon Abilities: Bullets controllable to a point - using Spirit Weapon as a scale - and packing a hearty punch, this gun is also an intimidating weapon for normal people and other races that don’t respect the bows and archaic weapons of other Quincies. In a pinch, Elou can spawn a second identical Spirit Weapon to double her fire power, though this also doubles the strain.



» Vollständig Name: Gottes Schusswaffe (God's Fusillade)

» Vollständig Apperance:Adamska, or both if she is really pushing it, glow a bright white from the power, and a long white cape billows out her back. More than just a fashion statement, the cape burns slowly, symbolizing the amount of time left in Vollstandig

» Vollständig Abilities: On top of standard Vollstandig enhancements to her person, Gottes Schusswaffe supercharges her Spirit Weapon(s), making her rounds much faster, and more more dangerous. It also allows for much easier control of bullet trajectory, and uncaps the firing rate, allowing Elou to release a torrent of fire at her target, hence the name.
