Heavens To Betsy(Ehefera/Natasha)

Nat certainly rose to the occassion! Just like Ehefra FIGURED she would. She focused on her own weapon but she was very aware of the sudden sharpshootery that was occurring not far from her. Her own suspicions promptly confirmed: She had seen that this woman was from the states and already she knew that the woman was probably some competitive skank. It was PRACTICALLY written all over her! That fluffy blonde hair, the aggressively form-fitting clothes that western women just seemed to LOVE! Some deep, dark part of her felt like it already KNEW Natasha. Just another Helle, looking to snatch herself a Man and get ahead. It was an ugly thought, but with her concentrating on her weapon, she could feel it sneak it's way into her headspace.

The Timer promptly ended and the shots from both women ceased to count as the targets came to a still and ceased their moving about. Ehefra released her bow and frowned as she looked at the cuts on her hand and wrist. Ugh....Although she was exemplary in the use of spellcraft: Her....reishi manipulation still left much to be desired. While many could instantly and perfectly compress reishi into weapons, she was...less than good at it. She was able to sortof condense them into sharp shards and then fuse them hastily into arrows, but it was a sloppy process, and she could see and feel some spots where her blut had saved her a very bloody hand .ONe or two cuts that she'd gotten before activating blut were there... but so long as Blut was active she wouldn't bleed at least.

She furrowed her brows. She got carried away. She should have just formed a Server AI to help with the process. Still, she put on a smile and gave Natasha a sheepish look. "Looks like you won. I'm a little surprised. You're.....REALLY good at shooting. I'm actually a little surprised that you even come here for target practice..." She murmured, tilting her head. Natasha had seemed downright professional with those shots.... why was she bothering with something as simple as paracticing on a stationary target before? With her mind a bit clearer, she was able to push out the ...darker thoughts. The ones that wondered if this pretty bimbo had been HOPING to hussle some peer into a contest by acting inept. But it was pushed down much more easily now that she wasn't distracted.

Ehefra wrinkled her brows just a little. Ah right, this was the public shooting range, even though it was open to the public it wasn't really a place too many normal civillians showed up. She sighed a bit at that. "I'm sure you'll do fine. If they accepted myself, then you're sure to make the-" Her eyes widened, alarm clearly on her face in response to that wink in her direction. Definitely a horny slut. She still paused, feeling her throat tighten a bit as she ....tried to figure out how to navigate the situation now that Nat was potentially hitting on her. (Un)fortunately, Natasha promptly changed the subject.

Before she could speak up, the blonde suddenly was talking about her injuries. Ehefra made a wry face, displeased that the woman had noticed, though the woman's words did cause her to ....pause. Had she just invited her to her hotel room? A brief flurry of thoughts coursing through her mind. Was .....was Natasha really hitting on her? She considered this, before smiling calmly. "Ah I guess I did get a bit carried away. Actually that would be nice. If you didn't mind, I would feel a bit embarrassed heading back to base like this." She noted.

Of course she would accept this fucking knuckle dragging american's .....weird invitation. It was very clear that she was trying to appeal to Ehefra. Tch, the old 'gentle nurse' act eh? Well two could play at that game. Certainly she could just...LEAD this big idiot on. If Natasha was fixated on Ehefra, it would be the perfect way to scope out her own competition. No less, the optimal position to find out any ...unsavory details about Natasha.

All the same, she'd allow Natasha to lead her to her hotel room to patch her hands up.

Ehefra followed along dutifully enough as Natasha led the way to their room at the hotel. She made little effort to really remember the way as honestly it wasn't like she planned on trying to find Natasha outside of work. So she simply occupied herself with looking around and occassionally leering at Natasha as the woman walked infront of her, thinking little weird, hateful things. But well, one could really only unreasonably hate someone for so long until eventually they started to just chill out. By the time they arrived at the Hotel, Ehefra's more sinister mood had somewhat dulled.

And once they actually got INSIDe, she did take some time to look around as Natasha would no doubt go and get the supplies to patch her up, The woman frowning a little. "So why did you want to invite me to your hotel?" She asked, glancing at the woman idly. "By nature of being a place with a lot of firearms, the shooting range had plenty of medical supplies for injuries and all that. What is it that made you wanna bring me to your little pad?" She asked directly, giving a calm, almost bored stare at Natasha as she put the woman on the spot.

Ehefra raised an incredulous brow at the mention of such things as just southern hospitality and the like, all as she watched the woman gently and lightly tend to the injuries on her hand. She would be lying if she said that she didn't enjoy the general experience of this woman caring for her injuries, if she was more familiar with the woman she might even be a bit flustered at the situation, but that was hijacked by the fact that this fucken YANK went and questioned why SHE accepted the offer in the first place! She scrunched up her face, briefly taken aback. Was it not obvious? She let out a pbtbtbtb, not quite a raspberry so much as a slight flapping of the lips as she sighed and glanced off to the side, finding it hard to be moody when she was watching the woman bandage the back of her hand.

"For the southern hospitality, obviously." She murmured, a little unclear if she was being genuine or sarcastic. All the same, she looked back to Natasha and frowned. This wasn't goint at all how she'd figured it would. "BUT if its that much of an issue I'd be happy to leave." She murmured, clearly making a bit of a big deal in a pouting soft of way. That among this situation Natasha had the gall to turn it on HER! Because the fact of the matter was that there was no seduction, there was no motivation, this big dumb blonde bitch was just trying to be weirdly nice and Ehefra was now left in the soggy wet indentation of her own misunderstanding and she fukken hated it.

She stood up and drew herself together for a moment, composing herself before giving a calm glance at Natasha. "I hope you'll forgive me, However thinking it over. Given your status as a pending applicant, I realize that it might be inappropriate of me to be accepting this, hospitality of yours." She noted with a terse back and a calm tone. "I think I'll be leaving now. I certainly hope to see you in the future once your status as an applicant is resolved, Miss Natasha." She noted as she promptly turned and headed for the door.

Ahhhhhh, the safety of protocol. The perfed blanket to draw around herself from her own internal shame and situational awkwardness. She was sure a more seasoned woman probably would have never wound up here! Sophie? Not a chance she'd be in some rando's hotel! And promptly she felt a stab of shame at the former glee with which she had anticipated some unprofessional behavior from Natasha, only further spurring her to hasten her retreat.
