Tier: 3-1++ to 2-4
I intended to make her around the two-tier mark initially. The fact she is on the cusp of 2-tier is indicitive of that since that was discussed in the grading with Shizuo initially. She literally assisted in fighting Algos during an attack on Vastime during WW4 by the way and did pretty successful due to the matchup being favourable to her.

General Skills
Durability: Beginner -> Advanced
General Speed: Adept -> Advanced
Strength: Adept -> Advanced
Martial Skill: Adept -> Elite (With her swords. This was pre-Zanjutsu rework. So her weapon skill was low because Zanjutsu involved wielding it anyway.)

Will Skills
Willpower/Determination: Adept -> Advanced
Mental Deduction: Adept
Focus: Advanced

Racial Skills
Hoho: Adept -> Untrained.
Kidō: Adept
Zanjutsu: Advanced -> Elite (She has Bankai, not revealed or apped but approved as having it. She is also a zanpakuto spirit manifested permanently. Rather than a shinigami, meaning there is very little for her to actually develop in terms of ceiling. )
Hakuda: Beginner -> Untrained.

» Why: She was made before skills weren't based off tier and she was also made pre-Zanjutsu rework which I feel like constitutes changing these. Finding the thread is hard, since I don't remember the name and searching for it will be difficult but it is the thread that directly lead into how Masami met Sol in terms of after she fought Algos.
