Elyss? Mad? Who woulda thought? Arianda raised an eyebrow at the woman we she smiled and spoke; like her being angry was ever in doubt. The demon simply stared at Elyss while the redhead smiled. Had Elyss pushed a button? Did she overstep something? Oh, certainly. Elyss was never excellent with social situations. Apparently, such a long time the woman had spent growing was only for the sake of her power and strength; however, she didn't gain much more experience than that. Arianda eventually relinquished the stare she had given Elyss, her gaze piercing into the woman. Even if it may not unnerve Elyss, Ari looking serious, possibly even a little angry, would be quite odd; maybe even for Kita. Arianda was happy-go-lucky demon; not someone to become angry at random. She nodded at what Elyss said, eventually. They would go to the Wastelands indeed.
Arianda looked towards Kita and gave the woman a warm smile, her expression shifting from a cold countenance to one that was very warm; to accompany the expression she gave Kita. Arianda could not help but chuckle across the link she had with Kita, her smile widening as she looked at her. Eventually, however, the demon looked away, snapping her fingers; a portal conjuring a few moments later. After the portal appeared fully, the demon replied to Kita in her mind; which, of course, likely only Kita did hear.
'That's okay, Kita~ I'm sure you'll get a chance to beat her up as much as you wish.'
Afterwards the demon looked towards the pair of women, taking a small pair of scissors that she slowly spun while grinning.
"Alright then! Wastelands it is, step on through and we'll be there~"
Arianda grinned, turning to Kita to wink at the woman casually before she stepped through the portal. Once she was on the other side, the demon took a good distance from the portal, transforming that small pair of scissors that she spun around her finger into the scissors that she normally used in combat. She spun them around her arm, without causing them to open, jammed the scissors into the ground, and stood atop them as she waited for the other two women to arrive. As she stood, the demon finally relinquished what control she had over her ability to hide her energy; letting it flow as the demon prepared herself for a coming battle. And, frankly, she wasn't going to be easy on Elyss; and that was exactly what she wanted, most likely. Heck, Ari might also use her possessive Drive and have just a whole load of fun. Surprisingly enough, the Fallen Angel would once more see the field of battle as the Angel of Conflict.

Gripping tightly on the staff, there was a part of her that couldn't wait to get started with their little fight. As she stood by Arianda, she kept her gaze still firm on Elyss, quietly stepping back into the portal as it formed, keeping her eyes trained on Elyss as she stepped through and into the Wastelands. Once she managed to get through completely, she slowly turned around and let out a quiet sigh as she turned in circles, observing the environment.
It wasn't as if they were going to change much, but there was no harm in ensuring herself of her surroundings. Several old, decrepit buildings were strewn throughout the area that Arianda had put them in, some slight amounts of dust and dirt kicked up by the gentle, hollow breeze that passed through. Taking in another deep breath, she turned to face Arianda and Elyss as they came through. As she watched the portal close, a thought came to her:
'I should probably learn or make something like that so that I can go to places on my own without having to go on a plane or have someone take me.'
"So, is it going to be me and Ari against you, or is this a free-for-all?"
After saying that, she quickly fell silent, taking a moment to think, as the previous thought process continued:
'But I don't even know where to start with that... apparently, a "Senkaimon" is the way that Shinigami go between Earth and their world, but could I...?'
She hummed softly at the thought before reaching into her Inner World in order to bring out one of her tomes, causing a scarlet red book to manifest in her hand, with the cover reading out "A Book of Five Rings: Fire", and as she held out her staff in her other hand, another staff manifested on her back, notable more gothic and grim, with a sharpened, ax-like blade on the end like a cleaver.
The moment that this happened, a surge of blackness began to pool underneath her feet, with a violent aura of demonic power growing more present from the petite mage, and from the pool of blackness, the silhouette of another being rose from behind her, with dark purple eyes peering at whatever was in her field of vision.
"Whatever it is, I'm ready to go whenever you two are."

Oh yeah. Weapons. Tch. Whatever. Without much care for the display done by the other two women, she’d step through the portal into the wastelands. Her eyes would immediately begin scouting the area. Though, there seems that nothing of interest exists around but old decaying buildings, a place where it doesn’t matter how much ruckus is caused. Well, she’ll not call it perfect because of how wonky the landscape could get, but she’ll agree that it proves far more suitable than a populated harbor. Now onto the more important things.
“Two on one. Free for all. It doesn’t matter to me. Do what’cha want.”
Her fingers flex, cracking and popping. She rolls her neck and shoulders before using her palm to crack her knuckles. Already, a thin layer of her energy is piling around her person, feint and loose. She’s just warming herself up for what’s to come. She doubts these two will be a pushover. She’s already had first hand experience, but that’s probably inapplicable here since she was barely even coherent to her strength then.

Arianda hummed pleasantly as she stood upon her scissors, eventually, slipping down to lean against them; gently putting an arm around Kita as she walked through the portal and moved next to her. Arianda smiled at Kita, having an idea she knew exactly what Kita wished to do in this situation. Afterwards, the demon gently released Kita and looked towards Elyss; humming still.
"I think a two on one is a good idea; myself and Kita versus you, Elyss. Besides, I have an odd feeling that's how you'd want it, anyways."
Arianda grinned as she spoke to Kita over their mental link; stretching a small bit before she kicked everything off. Elyss wouldn't need, or want, time to prepare. After a few moments, the portal behind Elyss closed, and Arianda leaned against her scissors gently.
"Have fun, Kita; just try not to catch me in too many blasts if ya can~"
Arianda gave Kita a wink and, in the blink of an eye, Arianda had snatched her scissors out of the ground, moved towards Elyss as fast as she possibly could, and then pulled a small trick. She feinted a punch with her scissors, before performing the actual punch. A solid right hook that would catch Elyss on the jaw and send her back, if not flying, due to the force Arianda had put behind such an attack. Afterwards, Arianda yanked her scissors apart. However, it was like the scissors were meant to do this; the bladed weapon turning into a couple dual swords. After Arianda had pulled off that punch, or if she didn't, the demon launched into a flurry of slashes that probably spoke of how much Elyss had angered Ari. However, it was momentary anger; nothing too serious to damage their friendship.
After launching a series of complex slashes that were meant to expose Elyss's weakest points, or create weakpoints, Arianda would attempt to deliver a swift, strong, kick to Elyss's gut; attempting to get some distance between herself and the woman. Mostly so if Kita decided to cast a spell, Arianda could be clear from the blast zone. Not to mention, Arianda was prepared to do her best to counter, dodge, or block Elyss's attacks. If she wished to have Arianda, The Angel Of Conflict now Fallen, then Elyss had certainly obtained Arianda Vael herself. Not to mention, Kita could even be a little surprised by Ari's ferocity, given how kind Ari was to Kita. Regardless, Elyss would get what she wished; a fight.

Keeping herself at the ready, as Elyss and Arianda made their decisions, as well as Arianda, sending a small message between the two of them, Kitarune found herself gripping her tome tighter, as well as her staff in the other hand. The blackness at her feet began to stretch outward, creating tendril-like appendages that split from the original circle.
Letting her hand go flat as the spellbook opened itself and turned through the pages, stopping at the halfway point, Kitarune waited patiently as Ari started off their little skirmish, kicking off the ground and moving toward Elyss as fast as she could. It was a bit surprising to see such a ferocious flurry of attacks from her, but, it was a welcome surprise, given the scenario. Keeping the tome on the backburner for the moment, Kitarune gave a mental command, and the shade began to follow Arianda, catching up with where she had been just as she was stepping out of the way.
Regardless of whether Elyss had been hit or if she had managed to block or dodge Ari's attacks, the tendril-like shadows rose from the ground, twisting around one another to form a small drill head and thrust forward, spinning outward and causing the tendrils to split apart once again, slashing and maiming whatever they could come into contact with.
As the shadows began to move back toward the woman commanding her, a small magical circle would appear in front of the tome, and a series of ten to twenty small fireballs would fire from it, each comparable to roughly around a level 15-20 Kido spell. Not the most damaging thing to come flying toward the red-head, but they would certainly keep Elyss on her toes.
Taking the time to lift herself a little way's off the ground with her Hagoromo and fly over to Ari without using too much physical energy, she set herself down and readied her staff and tome for whatever Elyss would respond with.

Two on one? Well, Elyss has no idea about Kitarune’s fighting style, so she’ll have to keep an eye on the purple head. It’ll be no good to get blindsided by something she wasn’t prepared for. Huh? Well, she did say she wasn’t planning on being blindsided, and yet, she felt her jaw pop. Arianda’s punch had connected cleanly (Hell, the fakeout wasn’t even needed.), but the redhead didn’t seem to move as far as one would have expected as her feet stayed on the ground, the force simply causing the ground under her feet to break away as she slid. It didn’t even take her more than a second to realize what was going on before she dodged the edge of Arianda’s scissor blades. Then began their dance. Elyss didn’t seem enticed to launch an attack on Arianda. In fact, her eyes are barely trained on the other woman, her body moving more on instinct than skill. Kitarune has a strange feeling about her that Elyss could not pry her attention away from.
This, of course, awarded Elyss with a kick to her own gut that sent her sprawling back, tripping against the ground. She’s quickly up from her roll however, just in time to barely dodge the shadowy tendrils that attempted to drill into her. Fortunately for them, Elyss didn’t move that fast, opting to simply move her arms to defend her upper body. The redhead felt her skin taking some of the slashes head on, leaving open cuts on her arms and sides. It didn’t end there either. So, Kitarune is more of the auxiliary type, huh? Elyss guessed that after one of the fireballs collided with her, creating that minor explosion that would only grow bigger as the other fireballs landed. Luckily, Elyss was able to dodge the rest after taking one of them headon, her only goal at this point to create a bit more distance between the two and her. Normally, she wouldn’t run away, but she had started this fight a bit too distracted for her liking. A bit of space to get her thoughts more together should help. Besides, this seems like a fight that’ll take a bit more tack than punching things until they stop moving.

It wasn't wholly unexpected that Elyss would dodge some attacks, or take other attacks better than she would have in the past. After all, she had grown in the time since she and Ari last saw each other. It was also nice to see that Ari and Kita worked well together in combat for the moment; made Ari feel quite warm. She couldn't help but let out a tiny giggle as she thought of it, casually spinning the blade in her left hand; an ease of movement that was quite interesting in all truth. However, Arianda was a bit of a weapon expert in the end; it's why she loved her scissors. A weapon that could change into anything she desired. After a few moments of examining Elyss as the woman dodged her fireballs, Arianda sent another mental message to Kita; giving her a warm smile.
"Don't go too easy on her, babe; try amping it up a small bit. Not too much, of course. Just try not to blow me up too, eh~?"
A soft giggle over their mental link before Arianda shot forwards again, cracking the ground she had left. It was odd... for a demon who disliked conflict at times, she felt oddly alive as she bore down on Elyss at top speed; bringing a ferocious strike down upon Elyss's shoulders with her dual blades. Afterwards, A spike would jut out of Arianda's arm and aim for Elyss's gut; attempting to blind-side the woman with such an attack. And then, afterwards, Arianda continued, changing the two blades into a bladed-staff right before Elyss's eyes; using the dual ends to deal vicious blows to Elyss's extremities. Once again, a spike shot out from Arianda at mach 2, if not higher, thanks to Arianda using her possessive Shifting in concert with her possessive Movement; attempting to increase the velocity of her attacks while also maintaining their same ferocious damage.
Arianda did not desire to let Elyss have a quarter, or less, to react and move; to attack back. Perhaps that was what Elyss wanted, to take damage and then throw it back. Or... Maybe she even wished to get back towards Kita when she could successfully throw Arianda off. Either way, Arianda did not desire to let Elyss do so; she was going to beat the living shit out of Elyss. Besides, Arianda still had that distinct feeling that Elyss just wanted to get beaten up to make it a good day; or whatever. However, as Arianda attacked Elyss with her scissors, now in the shape of a staff, she attempted to throw her off balance with a swift strike to the head; and then the demon would pull a blue spear out of thin air and attempt to impale Elyss with the spear.
If Arianda would be able to impale Elyss with the spear, or even simply stab her with it, a small combustion would occur at the wound; exploding with surprising force. However, that would only be if the spear successfully stabbed Elyss in full. If it nicked her, or even simply gave her a shallow cut, the spear's explosive attack would not trigger; likely leaving Elyss only with the stinging remains of the spear's contact. Afterwards, once again, Arianda would gain distance from Elyss in some way; be it with a kick or with another quick smack of her staff. After all, she didn't wish to be caught in Kita's magic if she could help it. She could take it; but that didn't mean it wouldn't hurt like hell.

As Arianda went back on the offensive against Elyss, Kitarune used the brief time that she had to prepare herself again, and the woman began to gather energy, opening the tome that hovered around her as the pool of shadows around her feet began to grow in mass, and a magic circle began to circle to life in front of the tome. As Ari switched the form of her weapon into a spear, Kitarune wasted little time in letting more fireballs fly from her tome, careful to make them arc around Ari so that they would only hit Elyss.
These were weaker, more akin to Kido spells ranging from numbers five to ten, but they were in far greater numbers than before. But, as she loosed another volley of fireballs, the pool of shadows surged forward toward where Elyss and Arianda were, expanding outward and creating a large circle of influence roughly two hundred meters around them.
The tendril-like spikes shot out from the shadows, aiming to pierce Elyss from any and all sides, and any that didn't would quickly submerge into the pool, only to reappear and firing upwards with the heads turning into ax blades, and coming down to crash onto the Shinigami, whether to slice off bits of her or to just dig into her body.
