A Get Together, Of Sorts [Moscow Event - Open]
Sun Jul 19, 2020 4:27 am
Saisei | Mr. Vandenreich Himself
Russia was a bit too bright for such an early July morning. The streets outside of The Kremlin filled with any and every race the world could imagine. People enjoyed themselves mingling among one another, life for the Russian people and those visiting seemed to be well off in recent time. The Vandenreich's latest up and coming recruit was on the scene.
For a festival, Saisei felt relatively at home. His time with the Sugiuran Royalty had taught him quite a lot when it came to celebration. As a kid with little time in this world, the young boy had learned far more than one could ever dream. Nevertheless, that didn't keep him from standing out in the sea of people around him. Not only did Saisei have an outlandish pink hue for hair, his clothing felt entirely off in comparison to those around him. Casual was one thing, Saisei was casual with a spin. Among those who had come, a member of an organization blasting its logo on the back of a hoodie was a bit on the nose. That wouldn't stop the new recruit, however.
Making his way through the sea of people, Saisei worked towards the steps of The Moscow Kremlin, a complex of sorts that housed many different historical and important buildings in Russia. For its size, holding a festival in its vicinity seemed a bit lackadaisical. Seemed too important to have so many around.
With the world on the edge of its seat, celebration seemed to be the last of the boy's worries. Saisei loomed at the foot of the steps to The Kremlin, hesitating before its might. He had just been another guy running around Karakura City weeks before, now, he held himself before one of the capitals of politics and world power, quite a step for someone so young.
"The Post-Allied World War 4 Conference. What a name, huh? Couldn't have been a bit more casual with it? Kinda on the nose. Not that I have much room to talk."
Saisei chuckled, talking to himself despite the crowds of people bustling around him. It wasn't all that unusual given the call to action Radioactive, a man of great tenure, and the Lux Orior had sent out to the world. Reassuring himself that things would be find from here on out, he took his first step of many, climbing his way to The Kremlin's entrance. Verifying his identity to a woman standing near the side of the entrance with both credentials and the massive symbol on his back, he continued on his way.
Without little direction and no real idea of where to go from here, he wandered aimlessly through the crowds of people. No one really looked out of the ordinary leading him to believe he was the first of many who would be arriving for talks. Approaching a cheburek stand, Saisei bought himself the small pasty and turned towards the swarmed street.
"For a place I came to make connections at, you'd figure more people would be around earlier. Guess I was expecting a few more... important folks around. Nothin' surprising, though. Home was a lot like this."
Taking his first bite of a cheburek ever, he smiled and waited. The boy was like a target in the sea of normal, surely someone would find themselves his way.

Elyss Kishimoto
Important event? Eh? Well, Elyss isn’t one for sticking her nose where it doesn’t belong, but considering this is a meeting to discuss the fate of the world, Elyss felt little regret for randomly appearing amongst the crowd of spectators that wished to partake in the festivities. She did, however, find it strange how this whole thing is being referred to as a festival. If anything, there shouldn’t be any stalls selling snacks of people partaking in games. This is a serious situation that will have the leaders of the world discussing the state of the Earth and how to move forward after such a devastating war. Festivities should have been held at a different time. Yet, she won’t show too much dismay about it. She’s enjoying the little bag of snacks she’s acquired.
Dressed poorly for the occasion, jean shorts and a white T on, Elyss didn’t come to partake in any discussion. She simply wanted to be one of the first to know how the world will spin the next day. Taking a break from everything she’s currently doing was just an easy decision to make to be part, even if minor, to something big like this. Besides, she might run into someone she’d like to talk to or get to know, maybe someone instrumental to her growth or whatever. That’s usually how these things go. You walk around at some big event and meet your next teacher or rival or whatever. Maybe Ulv is around. She’s important to this discussion, yeah? That woman is a mayor of a whole island and knows a lot of influential people. Only time will tell.
Sniff. Sniff. Wait. Her thoughts are taken away from within and focus outward. Something smells good. Well, everything sort of smells good. Why must her stomach churn now? Turning her head towards some guy with pink hair, she carelessly walked over and tapped his shoulder. “Hey. What’s that?” The redhead showed a keen interest in the pastry he held and seemed to care little for showing any manners pertaining to getting the information she desired.
