I. Basic Information
» Name: Yasuko Ishikura
» Titles:
» Age: 15
» Gender: Female
» Affiliation/Rank:
» Shifter Appearance Written: At a glance Yaskua has the average build of an average female teenager weighing in at only 125 lbs with a height of only 121.95 entimeters or 4'11 feet. Her clothing for the most part is pretty basic for a girl heading off towards the path to near adulthood she wears a yellow skirt with a white dress shirt underneath complete red tie and black thigh high socks with brown shoes though to be honest they look like dres shoes more then anything but thats besides the point.
Her short black hair obsecures her right emerald green eye while the left one is still shown, one of the most unique albiet strange is her baggy eyes to many it'd seem that she didnt get enough sleep or either has extreme insomnia. One might even argue that she doesnt comprehend the basics of grooming as her hair looks like she's just gotten out od bed.
» Shifter Appearance Picture:
» True Appearance Written:
Standing at a height 5'5 Yasuko's appearance has changed drastically, firstly her usual black hair now extending to her shoulders. A black chain now tied around her neck. In terms of clothing it changed as well, dots of light, like lights wrapped around a festive tree, flow like waves around her dress. Like the scales of a dragon, the sequins of her dress shine a pale purple hue as the souls of her victims forever roam her corporeal form, seeking vengeance, pleasure, pain, or any other of emotions that they shall never experience again as they await a final consumption.
Between her throat are symbols engraved into it, completely black as a result of Algos influence on her body tainting her impure human blood with that of a demons.

I. Personality Traits
» Personality:
That said, she's quite friendly and has a tendency to ramble to others. She likes expelling pointless exposition like it's her passion in life. Whenever people bring questions into the fold that she's uncomfortable with answering, she (very poorly) acts as though she didn't hear them. For the most part, she's a trusting person who doesn't pay a whole lot of attention to people's negative traits. This is the biggest thing that sets her apart from 'other girls', in her own words.
Not a lovey-dovey kind of girl:
In terms of love, she's pretty attention-deficit in regards to keeping her mind on the relationship. She doesn't like commitment, and will dip out of a relationship if it feels like it's going too quickly. Yasuko resists advances in an almost comical mannerism and will break it off if a guy is too hands-on or forward. Typically she won't reject a date outright, but a lot of guys will mistake her actions for 'leading them on for a free meal or movie' but she's really just not the kind of girl to hold hands on the first date. If someone can space it out properly, she could be wooed, but she's probably a lot more work than she's worth.
Loyal:
To a friend, she is a sweet and caring individual who's willingness to help and cater to their needs is only outmatched by how fun she is to be around. Yasuka doesn't play around when it comes to friendship, she's basically on board for all the wacky, fun adventures she can get into with friends. If it leads to conflict she'll throw her fists just like any friend should. She isn't afraid to break a nail if it puts down someone who makes her buddy feel down. In this regard she's reliable enough to call into just about any situation, you need help because the rival gang kidnapped some of your guys and they lured you into a trap? Strangely enough, she's your girl.
Social-Anxiety:
Everyday when she leaves school she finds it difficult to walk down the street because she's self-conscious and feels that people are watching her from their windows. Worse, she may run into a person on the sidewalk and be forced to say hello to them. She’s not sure she can do that. Her voice will catch, her "hello" will sound weak, and the other person will know she's frightened. More than anything else, she doesn’t want anyone to know that she's afraid. She keeps her eyes safely away from anyone else’s gaze and prays she can make it home without having to talk to anyone.
Even when she's attempting to order something as simple as food Yasuko's anxiety doesnt work in her favor she hates to stand in line because she’s afraid that everyone is watching her. She knows that it’s not really true, but she can’t shake the feeling. She is self-conscious of the fact that people might be staring at her from the tables in the fast food joint. Whats worse is that she has to talk to the person who’s checking out the meal. She tries to smile, but her voice comes out weakly. She’s sure she’s making a fool of herself. Her self-consciousness and her anxiety rises to the roof.
However if she does manages to talk to someone normally she feels completely excited and happy about herself plus a smile actually appears on her face...something her parents havent seen in years.
I. Character History
» History
Yasuko was born into a household, an extremely average middle-class family that generally had everything a stupid cliche sitcom would have. A beautiful woman or as she calls her "Ms.Bitch alot who doesnt recognize the fact that she's not into the cute stuff she was into before" and terrible excuse for a father, however the only person that has a decent relationship with Yasuko is her older brother who she frequently tries to hang out with despite being 3 years younger than him. With the money that her parents were able to concoct, save and plunder, they paved a way for themselves to have a sucessful future in life and bringing about a reign withindaughter to have everything that she ever wanted. She was highly spoiled yet sheltered with an sense of innocence to the world. Her parents decided that she would have a personal tutor, one that would teach her about the ways of crafting and religion, accelerating her mindset and pulling her in the direction of imperialistic studies.
When she matured and grew within age, her parents and tutor decided that it would be excellent to enroll her within school. Here, she did extremely well in her courses of study, howeve despite her kindness and fair gestures to her fellow classmates, they distanced themselves from her which till this day she has no clue of their reasoning for it. It only got worst in her time within middle school, she was devoid of social function and instead invested within spirtual phenomenon and other strange hobbies like collecting dead animals and turning them into works of art. This caused her to be recognized as an outside and freak within her student peers.
Upon moving on to highschool, there was a sudden incident at her school. Luckily Yasuko, was able to exit the building and make it within her parents car with no harm. Upon leaving the foreground and soaring towards the highway, they were abroad a discussion of the future of Yasuko, making arrangements for her to do something meaningful in life rather than focusing on the ghost and spirits of this world.
Meeting with the demon known as Algos, she offered the human a chance to be rid of her past life of humans and join the demons. Accepting the offer a single bite was all that was needed to change her life forever. Despite being at the bottom as an underling for the queen the human now turned demon didn't hate the idea. As the main goal she wanted was to be accepted with a family that will care for her well-being no longer feeling the sorrows of abandonment from the rest of the world.
I. Equipment
» Equipment: (If your character has any equipment, then you should put it in this section. Otherwise, if they don't, do not fill in this section and you can leave it blank.)
I. Natural Abilities & Skills
» Natural Abilities:
Za Koa Core: Za Koa Core is stated to be an energy enhancer and is often used to help augment the powers of demons. In fact, it is crucial to some of their Possessive Drives when it comes to maintaining a more enhanced and controlled version of their release forms. And it can be utilized to help further increase the potency of their magic, possessive powers or racial abilities.
This energy enhancing racial is made possible by the fact that demons have a natural connection to a hidden sub-realm within the demon world that hosts a core of sacred demon energy. It was forged from a large cluster of energy from the demon race's creator with a mixture of its power and death. However, it has grown to be much more than that throughout the hundreds of millions of years it has exist.
Demon energy is described to be possessive and aggressive in nature, so to sustain it's existence, this creation of sacred demon energy known as Za Koa has fed off the demon realm in the way of taking energy from long since deceased demons, prayers and even other realms by agents of Za Koa that have acted out its will. And, considering there are tens of billions of demons that exist, that is a tall order to fill and requires a high amount of energy to sustain and distribute.
With that said, however, demons are NOT forced to use this trait. Some outright have disconnected this link from their bodies as they do not care for it based around the fact not all demons praise their creator. As there is a strong lore around this power that states Deveta (the demon god ICly) forged this and other demons reject it out of a desire to grow on their own power. So it is up to the demon in question to determine if they want to invest in their skill, but it can be of great beneficial use for those that do decide to embrace it.
Demon Magic [color=black]agic: Among demon kind, it is often debated that this is perhaps one of their strongest assets that they possess. This is because the primary focus of their magic is that they must bring their own inner element of possession out into the material world around them. And, when they bring this element out, they must adhere to it and are restricted to releasing elements related to their possession theme out with it. In exchange, they are allowed to have as many free-form spells as they desire with their demonic magic.
An illustration of this in practice will be used with The Danava Discord. Mana Asthavon possesses an ability that allows her to enforce her possessive element of madness on the world around her. And, since she is consumed by this element, her Possessive Magic is confined to having varying magical effects which are restricted to anything that allows her to destabilize, unhinge or otherwise make the world around her unstable. Therefore, she could create monsters from her magic the destabilize the world around her, produce spells which can cause the destabilization of particles around her to induce disintegration, attempt to influence the minds of NPC's around her with spells that make them mad and so on and so forth.
The general theme with their magic is that is unlimited and free-form, but only within the confines of what their possessive theme stands for. If Mana attempted to use something which induces order in the world, she could attempt to use it, but it would greatly damage her or the attack wouldn't work period even with her grand mastery in demonic magic. Therefore, even with some of the preset spells that exist for demons, they will be forced to add their own possessive element into it.
Possessive Augment: Possessive Augment is one of the key elements that make the physical might of demons rather difficult to deal with. This is because the bodies of most demons are possessing the energy from the world around them passively in varying volumes. They then store this energy within themselves, digest it and convert it into the fuel needed to help them create a physical boost in power. As a result, they can create Possessive Augment which deals with the elements of possessive body manipulation and speed in which their energy movs in their body.
As unlike other races that depend on things like shunpo, Hierro or hakuda; a demon's Possessive Augment houses all of their body manipulation and speed in one skill. And, what makes it different is that they can have some control over all these elements, but they most pick which element of their physical attributes will be their major focus. Thus, depending on their level of skill, they can have varying degrees of control and mastery of these attributes.
* Possessive Shifting: Possessive Shifting deals with a demon's ability to shapeshift their body. In essence, the higher your possessive augment is, the more grandiose these shifts can become. On the lower end of this spectrum, one will often only be able to do minor things such as cosmetic changes (hair color, height adjustment, assuming other identities etc), where on the highest end of the spectrum you have demon's like Mana who are able to perform sub-atomic manipulation of their bodies to create regeneration based abilities and not need a physical form with organs and such.
* Possessive Movement: Possessive Movement is the demon's ability to otherwise generate speed. If they specialize in this, then they will often begin to focus on creating techniques, abilities and systems which serve to augment every aspect of their speed. This can range from techniques that allow for sudden burst of movement that enhances their natural speed, the capacity to make their attacks release much faster (I.E. if a demon spell is naturally slow moving, they can use possessive movement to possess the momentum and increase it's speed while it's being created), creating sustained movement of speed and so on and so forth
Possessive Influence: Possessive Influence is a demon's ability to possess elements in the world around them through the medium of their energy. Since they are a race that thrives on both inner and outward possession that is related to their power, it makes sense that this thematic extended to their racial skills in this matter. As with this skill a demon can begin to understand how the world functions around them, increase their senses, consume energy and otherwise manipulate the existence around them with this skill.
I. Possesisve Powers
» Possessive Powers:
(At her current level she only has a capacity of five souls.)
Yasuko's theme revolves around the collection of souls a representation of grief and sorrow amongst the world of the living and dead. Whether its shinigami, hollow, or even demons everyone experiences grief; perhaps a lost of a comrade or a loved one the bitter grief enveloping their minds. Resulting in lack of energy, guilty-conscious, and much more.
Regardless she uses the grief and and using them for personal gain. Whether its for attacks or defensive capabilities the souls she uses is an essential part of her power-set.
However the main weakness of this concept is the constant need for them, if no souls are with her she's useless as bringing a knife to a gun fight. However if she attains enough souls she can excel at sustaining high single-target and multiple-target damage. Most of her attacks would come from the application of harmful damage over time effects. Whilst others are support based. Essentially weakening them to the point of easy soul absorption
(To clarify Yasuko needs to be around souls who are undergoing grief for her abilities to activate. Apologize for the confusion.)
Corrupt: This is the bread and butter of her whole kit. Overtime corrupting the corrupt the mind to be more susceptible to her abilities lowering the users willpower by a certain amount.
Willpower:
Untrained/Beginner:1-2 post
Adept: 3 posts
Elite/Advanced: 8 posts
Master/Grandmaster: 10 posts
For an opponent to protect themselves from this curse they can dispel it with either their spiritual pressure or being fast enough for the curse to not be attached onto them.
Unstable Grief: Yasuko places a curse on the targets body, the curse itself resembles the of grief Alegos. While this curse is place on a target overtime it fills their mind with all the things that gives them grief. This can vary on the individual as some don't care about grief they've experienced.
This ability lasts costs 1 soul and lasts 3 posts depending on the opponents willpower. Cooldown of 4 posts.
Another way to fight the curse is to
quickly attack Yasuko before she's able to use it, as it takes awhile for it to activate at her current level of skill.
Drain Soul: A simplistic ability, Yasuko extends her finger out and
an intense swirl of black and purple energy would envelop around target, feeling their soul being dragged out of their body. Of course if one is willed enough they can resist this, however if she has reached the maximum capacity of souls she'd have to remove one to replace the newer one. Otherwise after using this ability she gains 1 new soul from any other source thats not a character
Cooldown of 5 posts
(However if a character wants their soul absorbed it would require an OOC agreement between both parties. Otherwise it won't work.
This ability drains the life force of her opponents causing them to lose energy overtime eventually making them fatigued.
I. Possessive Drive
Note: Demons can have anywhere from one to three Possessive Drive forms. So just repaste it if your demon has more than one.
» Possessive Drive Appearance: (What do they look like if there is any kind of stage? If they have stages, feel free to repeat as necessary. )
» Possessive Drive Benefits: (Do they get any nifty powers, abilities, and things of this nature? Put all of that here in separate sections and feel free to repeat as necessary for other forms. And remember that Possessive Drive is all about being possessed by your demons possessive power. So bring that out with this release.)

I'm a bit confused by the wording of this. To make sure I understand right: does she need to absorb/consume souls in order for her powers to have an effect? Or does she need to be around souls who are undergoing grief in order for this power to activate?

So does this actually drain their soul, or does it drain energy and makes the opponent tired? As I can tell it takes OOC permission to zap their soul, I just wanted to make sure I understood this right.

Comments/Notes: Alright, I'm giving this tier firstly because she was transformed by Algos in a thread into a demon. And, since it is supposed to be extremely easy to jump through the lesser ranks, I opted to move her from 5-5 to 4-5 since that is the base strength of a demon mook. If this had been a jump from 4-5 to 3-5, I'd be a lot more cautious, but I feel comfortable in this assessment as 5 tier is designed to essentially be piss easy to move through.
