New Year, New 30 Day Burst!

GET READY FOR THE NEW DECADE MANIA

Alright boys and girls, we haven't had a burst in a good long while, and frankly the whole site has seen a pretty wide increase in activity. Since we wanna show appreciation and incentivize activity, staff thought it'd be prime time to bring in a burst! Put simply, you pick a start date and an end date with 30 days between them, and count up your posts within that window! You can choose your start date earlier, or you can start it later, but please don't make your start date before January 1, or after January 22, as we still wish to reward activity in the here and now.

This challenge is open to anyone who is willing and daring to take it. The purpose of the 30 Day Posting Challenge is to really motivate everyone to band together once more, get more activity pumping into the site and encourage others start really start getting to know each others characters. Therefore the main objective is to see if you can make 30 post in 30 days. 1 post = a day and if you get 30 days, you win. If you go over that? You are eligible for extra + double prizes depending on the amount of days you have finish at the end of your allotted time.

Simply sign up below by stating: "I HEREBY TAKE THIS CHALLENGE", or any other way you have that states you are in this, and accept the challenge with me as we set PH ablaze once more in these bright new months of a new decade.

You'll need to create a link to each thread you have posted in for the days you choose to RP and eventually compile them up a at the end of your personal thread within the 30 Day Posting Challenge Board. Be sure to note your start and end dates in that thread for the sake of record keeping!

We will happily offer extensions of a few days in the event of IRL issues getting in the way, as we want to reward activity, not punish anyone for having serious things to attend to.



For this burst, we're implementing a new point buy system for rewards. This is to help lower tiers, while also increasing the difficulty to obtain high tiers.

For every roleplay post you receive one point.

If you finish an application, it is approved, and you complete a thread; you can gain the following points based off it's overall Hazard Rating: five for F-D, ten for C-A, and fifteen for S.

The rewards one can purchase is as follows:

5-Tier: 5 Points
4-Tier: 10 Points
3-Tier: 15 Points
2-Tier: 30 Points
1-Tier: 50 Points

Beginner: 5 Points
Adept: 10 Points
Advanced: 25 Points
Elite: 50 Points

(I.e. Moving to 2-2 to 2-1 would be 30 points. Moving from 2-1 to 1-5 would be 50.)
