It's Moon High, Not High Noon [Honey/Arkin]
Sat Jan 18, 2020 6:40 pm
Rough, pounding footsteps would run along the streets of the Rukongai in the dead of night, the occasional passerby being almost toppled over by a flash of pale yellow. The moonlight shimmered upon the hybrid, Honey had taken off to training. Night was when she was at her strongest, and under the shine of the crescent moon, she had no fears of being outside. On her shoulders was a rod, end to end stacked with barrels, carrying hundreds of pounds of weight on only her shoulders, did she take the time to train her strength and stamina.
Though this was nowhere near pushing her limit, it was good to at least carry something every night. Tonight, it was barrels filled with water and stones. The demon was sweating a bit as gentle pants escaped her, pushing her body on and on as she made all sorts of turns, long runs, and swerves without taking a full break, the most she did was slow down for a few seconds.

The Odinson
Guess who was stumbling home half drunk, you guessed it, Arkin!
The viking was something of a familiar face in the Rukongai, an old soul which was something of a public sight. Since his transformation but to his prime, the sandy blond hair'd male was getting quite active. But tonight he was merely stumbling along singing some viking rhyme, taking a swing of the bottle in his hand. He was known to be someone who could take a punch or two, and from the rather large axe/hammer on his back it show'd. If he noticed the woman as he stumbled against whatever object could catch him he made no show of it.
"Land er heilagt,
er ek liggja sé
ásum ok alfum nær;
en í Þrúðheimi
skal Þórr vera
unz of rjúfask regin!"

Honey had gradually added bounding into her exercise, happily pushing herself with such weights. Her day had gone about pretty normally, waking up, cleaning the house, hunting, killing hollows, just all that peachy stuff. As she went about her walking, an interesting, sour scent caught her nose. Sometimes she caught a drunk shinigami or two out late, and often would drop her training to ensure they got home safely. Wrong types of groups came out at night after all.
She placed the barrels down in a spot where they wouldnt obstruct the dirt roads, hopping over to where she smelled the scent of a drunk spirit, but stopping in her tracks as she got a good look at them. Her eyes sparkled with amazement; He looked super strong! Honey's fluffy tail wagged in amazement, seeming to completely forget that he smelled drunk.
The tall woman didn't recognize him immediately as the older man she had spotted throughout her life, it being dark and him looking kinda different. She stopped in front of him, crouching down as to not be taller than him, looking up with starry eyes as her tail wagged.
"..Hhrrrullo!"
She tried to say a greeting, but it came out mostly as an awkward growl, her tail kicking up dust as it wagged fiercely behind her.
