Honey very much, quickly realized what she just did, shock crossing her face as she saw Laskt go flying. She meant to knock him off balance, but he smelled like a hollow. The hybrid reared back in shock, looking left and right, there were no more fighters available. Did this mean she won? But she didn't want to win like this.. A very self conscious look crossed the wolf woman's face, covering the side of her head as she looked to the ground. Her face did not give way to her actual emotions, only a blank expression to indicate something was wrong.
She soon was hit by the will of Abalia, the hybrid feeling her sheer will shake her very bones. Her tail and hair bristled into thick strands, dropping onto all fours as her tail tucked between her legs like a frightened dog. Her body was tense as a cough and heave came from the woman, whining in her throat as sickness hit her, until suddenly..
Splat. A heaping helping of dark red fluids fell from her jaws. This only made Honey tense more, shamefully shuffling away from her mess as she lied on her side. She was in complete submission, ears flattened, eyes wide, tail between her legs, and even her belly exposed, like any canid showing submission to a higher authority. She couldn't help but whimper gently, trembling, even if there was no punishment coming her way.

((OOC: Takehiko's replacements have arrived and has started Healing Kido))
Shin was taking his time, observing the fight. Multiple things were occurring at once however and it was becoming a real pain. Shin took a moment to figure some of the situation out. First, the new medics had arrived and the pair of them were beginning triage and putting his kiddos through some healing kiddo. Then, Yugiri seemed to shirk away. It was amusing how incapable others were of reading the instructions he put out and how that lead to the dynamics of the entire situation created. Granted, he did suspect some individuals in an event of this grandiose of an invite would come to play interference. He was intending to rustle some feathers after all. Then, he picked up the surge and grinned wickedly.
Baka Baka BAKA!! Stop pissing her off or she's going to blow you to Hell! Is that a fact now? Baka, this isn't a time for games. You need to relax, Shibo-kun. THIS ISN'T A TIME TO- Look. Rustling feathers was the reason I made this public. Besides, this is PUBLIC. She can put all the effort she wants but no-one is going to let her obliterate an entire division just to make a point. And shortly enough, Shin's estimations of the obvious proved to be true as the Vice Commander shortly enough made her presence known. Shin's reiatsu for a moment rose to their standard combat levels, solidifying into his muscles and acting as an anchor against Abalia's sheer will. Even with this however, all the bones and muscles in his body vibrated at rather painful speeds but only the most observant would notice him gritting his teeth and sweat forming at his brow.
And then, Abalia addressed him. And pointed out the observed brazenness he was displaying. How absolutely infuriating, he was being cornered into actually correcting the information that was put forth. His normal demeanor soon darkened considerably, to the point that those immediately near him such as his subordinates, would begin to feel the pressure of it. "Oh, Vice Commander, it seems I have to clarify some misunderstandings." Shin said as he took a few steps forward and sighed as he chuckled to himself. He was not one to normally be in a position like this, he had to admit, putting him in such a position was impressive to him. He made that mental note before continuing. "I am not one normally to divulge, well, much of anything really. You could say I took my expertise and training as a bit of a philosophy of life. That being said, the emotions, mannerisms, and words I choose I do so quite carefully. I specifically find it quite valuable to prod individuals for reactions in order to discover their habits, patterns, flaws to exploit. Combat intelligence is a quite a bit more than just punching things really hard or trying to blow them up, after all." Shin pointed out with a specific bit of venom before reaching into his coat pocket and putting a few spicy candies into his mouth.
"Miss Auber, for example, seems particularly volatile. Did I expect her to get a bit aggressive when faced with obstinate actions, sure, but even I admit I didn't anticipate her trying to obliterate an entire division to make a point. But, that's another matter entirely. I wasn't aware I'd be 'officially' tested but, I was aware that making this event so open with some showmanship that it would naturally, provoke some hecklers you could say. Why I specifically did that is another matter for a more private discussion. But, let me ask you this Vice Commander: If an individual approached you and flat out just told you to stop doing things you're way, with no reason or explanation, would you be willing to adhere to their demands? I am the Captain of this division. That doesn't make my word the word of the Soul King or my knowledge or experience superior to anyone else. It does however, come with a certain level of understanding that my choices are for the improvement of my Division. And to be frankly honest, I refuse to let someone who has all the ability and experience to be a Captain but none of the drive or passion to take up the position, try to commandeer it just to prove a point. I'm well aware that both myself as an individual and my methods are anything but respected. However, being respectable isn't my duty. Look at me however, going off on a bit of a tangent when I still have these kiddos to instruct. Vice Commander, you came here because you have doubts in me for one or multiple things. Allow me to erase some of them."
With that being said, Shin's reiatsu soon lowered itself but to a suppressed state as he chuckled for a moment. He then walked in the center of the sparring area and began to walk in a circle. As he was, he was dragging his left foot, carving a perfectly clean cut in the ground using his reiryoku as he did. "Back on schedule. You will be beginning this exercise at less than full recovery. Most standard combat is rarely at fully optimal conditions. This next exercise is quite simple. You four will come at me with the intent to kill. The exercise will end when you have forced me to draw my Zanpakutou. If you are incapacitated in anyway, you're out for the remainder of the exercise. All of you should think about what that means. However, to ensure you runts at least have a fighting chance, I will be imposing on myself a handicap." Shin said as for the duration of his speaking, he slowly began to carve out the shape of a circle until he finally stopped talking as he completed it, now standing within the confines of a 15m diameter circle. "My body will not leave the confines of this circle. There is no time limit for this exercise. You may begin when ready." Shin said as he proceeded to just stand within the circle, not standing in any particularly defensive position or preparing any sort of attack whatsoever. He was simply standing there, daring someone to make the first move.

ULV AUBER| WHITE MASK BUDDHA
Throbbing hollow energy would simmer, slow, and then fade as Abalia put her hand on Ulv's arm. The incoming Lasktwas deflected by a gentle tunnel of wind so he landed on the floor with little more of a scuff than Honey hitting him to begin with. She then looked at Abalia, apparently uneffectedby the mental pressure that the woman was putting out, but she did let out a sigh and nodded to her as the hand dropped.
"Aye. I'll be back to talk about that one later. Speaking of that one, I should go make sure he doesn't kill himself and others. The himself would serve him right, but the others not so much" Ulv replied, somehow sheepish and dutiful at the same time.
Then she would crouch down and prod Laskt in the head.
"And on the topic of hollows and stupidity, make sure you do not follow Takehiko into the bog of eternal dumb. Yours does not play well with you at all and the fight you had lacked the definitive results required. Get help if you need it" she told him, ascalding mother like tone.
Then, she got up, nodded to Abalia, waved apologetically to Ibiki, and then was simply just....gone.

For a moment it seemed like the situation was about to escalate violently. The one that had challenged the Captain, the Vice Captain Commander...and now Hanako could feel the Captain’s spiritual pressure rise as well. Her hand was on the hilt of her sword, but if she was honest with herself she didn’t know what she could do, if these people over there started to throw punches.
As soon as the situation had tensed it eased off a little. Some words had been traded, that Hanako again couldn’t make out, and Shinryu’s reiatsu went down again. No idea if this really meant there was no more danger of someone blowing everyone up, but at least the Captain had seemingly no desire to escalate the situation any further.
Instead he walked to the center of the yard and began to draw a circle. With his foot. Into the ground. Great. Then this would probably be the setup for a Battle Royale were she had little to no chances of winning. Hanako would never ask for special treatment, only because she was fresh from the academy. But she wouldn’t refuse it either. She was partly amnesic, not stupid.
Again, it came different than she thought. The Captain announced that, while the four contestants could move free, he would stay inside his circle of approximately fifteen meter diameter. And the goal was to make him draw his Zanpakuto. Not release it, not even use it. His words had been ‘draw my Zanpakuto’.
Hanako began to think that maybe, just maybe, there was a chance that she could do it. After all the goal didn’t include that she had to inflict any injuries or incapacitate him. Just make him draw his sword. And shouldn’t this be instinct for any warrior that had to defend himself? Even if no one here released his Zanpakuto, Hanako not even being able to, there were still sharp blades of steel, that threatened to cut him. So he would have to draw his sword to avoid any injury.
However, there was still the chance that he was to fast for her. Hanako guessed it would be easy for him to evade her attack without even lifting his arms. Unless…
Unless he didn’t see her coming.
She begann mumbling under her breath while she loosened the sword in it’s saya. Then she acted.
Her left arm flew forward, with the index finger outstreched, while her right hand grabbed her sword and she started running at the same time.
“Hadō Number 4: Byakurai!” she yelled and pointed...at the ground beneath the Captain’s feet.
Hanako knew she was far too bad and too weak at Kido to even remotely think of doing any damage with it. Not against a Captain level shinigami. But Shinryu didn’t know that. Or at least she hoped he didn’t. In any case, she didn’t aim at him but at the ground, and she didn’t try to concentrate the Byakurai, just not let it explode in her face.
Her plan was to fire it at the ground as a diversion, raise some dust and debris. Immediately after she had fired, she would draw her sword, change her angle of approach and close the last few meters with a small flash step and attack. If Shinryu couldn’t see her coming, she thought, he wouldn’t be able to dodge her, see her too late and would have to parry her blow, thus forcing him to draw his sword.

PREPARE TO ENTER SHINIGAMI'S POST
Despite the beating he had just taken Durza's attention was fully on the remaining combatants, all the while drinking in the words spoken by his Captain. What Durza wasn't aware of though was the minor interference that Ulv had run on the hourglass, nor the tension between Shin & the former. Given that he had not picked up on the interference Durza was at a loss for the moment, somewhat unsure of the growing tension between his Captain & the woman he'd met once before. Speaking of tension.. if anything it felt as if things were about to hit the breaking point..
And hit said point they did. It took but a moment, but once Ulv had donned her mask, Durza couldn't help but nearly succumb to the immense spiritual pressure given off by the woman. Then it got worse, the pressure picking up as a bloody Oscura's was charged at the tip of her finger aimed directly for his Captain. 'What in the hell is going on?' The young shinigami thought whilst struggling to remain conscious.
Alas things wouldn't be escalating to an extreme today. Thank the heavens. But at the same time perhaps it wasn't time to thank said heavens.. For as suddenly as Ulv's spiritual pressure washed over the area Durza was nowhere near prepared to be exposed to the sheer will of the Vice C.C. It took all the young shinigami had at this point to remain conscious between the sheer power & will these two women were emitting. As Abalia spoke he couldn't help the beads of sweat running down the side of his face.. This was not the kind of day he had expected... At all.
Such was Durza's focus on the moment, and staying conscious, that he'd almost missed Hanako's words. With a nod signalling he was alright the man didn't dare turn his attention from what was going on. Even if he wanted to he was sure he couldn't anyways.
And then the overwhelming display of both power & will was over.. or at least it had settled enough that Durza no longer felt as if his soul was about to leave this plane of existence. As things began to settle again the young Shinigami was able to fully focus on the words of his Captain once again, though only really cluing back in when the man was almost done speaking. Fortunately, from what he did hear, it seemed he had heard just enough to know what was going to happen next. And although he knew he stood no real chance against the man.. Now they were being given the opportunity to go all out.. One he was personally hoping they'd get since he wasn't adept to hand-to-hand combat if the previous exercise said anything.
After watching Shin draw his area circle in the dirt Durza opted for what felt best in the moment. Watching. As Hanako acted Durza's sharp eyes would watch every moment. Whether hers or his captains. With his current skill-set the young man knew the odds were easily against both himself, and those in this activity, and so he'd have to utilize everything he could to his advantage... Even if it meant hanging back a bit, and watching long enough to better understand the movements of all involved.
