Even when giving her own demented affection, Ol' Queenie was always pushy about her rule. Granted, it was also playful banter as well as she found the resistance to her advances all but amusing. After all: what fun was a game when there was little to no challenge? As far as she was concerned, it was merely a game to be played and to eventually break down those defenses so that she can confide more in her mother.
Regardless, it was hard to escape the ever observing eye of The Demon Queen. And she took notice of the flushed state of being the creature entered when the word "Algos" was uttered. Why wouldn't she? Mana knew all about the sick definition of love that the half-siblings had for each other. All the hugs kisses n' mindless demonic fucking were all that Ol' Mana needed to know about where that particular relationship was going.
"Ya' tellin' me ya are gushin' over Algos like a middle school crush when ya' both bumped uglies like a bunch of horny boys? I'll never understand how some people work."
Mana then gave a flick of Pseudologoi's face before letting out a witch-like cackle and letting her beloved daughter carry on with the conversation. As when she sat back and listened, it was apparent that the ramifications of placing The Seal of Eris were rather serious. However, there was still no cause for concern as she had faced grimmer circumstances before with her followers. Having lived as long as she had, it was hard to surprise her in any kind of way as far as complications of supernatural powers went. They lived in a world of the bizarre, so it was only to be expected that the most peculiar side effects can happen when you dabble in a little devil magic.
"Do tell me more about what will happen if that seal breaks. Color me curious as I want to know more about this chaotic that lays within my daughter straight from the horse's ass."
With that said, Mana then let go of Pseudologoi so that she could get her wits together enough in order to tell her whatever additional information she should look out for.
"After all: the more information you are able to get me, the more you are able to help me assist this child into making her wildest demon dreams come true. ....or something to that gay effect, s'ugah."
...
Yep. And all the while, the outer Mana was still just coddling Cali, rubbing her head and keeping her content as can be. Who says people can't multi-task? This mother certainly can and does.

Pseudologoi was very much unamused with her mother's insinuations, eyes narrowed into slits as she glared up at her, "I do not 'gush'. Very much not towards my kin. I may respect, but I do not 'gush'."
Though, if she honestly thought about it, she may have had some form of... Sinful attraction to some of her kin, however that desire was long gone to her mind and emotions. And the more she thought about that, the more she realized how muddied she accidentally made Calypso. Ah well, that was just a consequence of fragmenting your own mind, more than once to add, couldn't exactly control what gunk got mixed in by mistake.
Pseu was even less amused by the witch flicking her face, releasing a huffy hiss in response.
"Well, don't think of me as some future seeing goddess; far too many beings would be a better fit for that prediction than I, but the very least, i'd describe the consequences of such a thing being released to be... Very much harmful to Calypso. Very. So very much that it'd make it so that there was no 'Calypso' any more. I haven't an idea of what would happen after that lovely idea of if her personality were to be snuffed out by the presence of trillions of minds connecting with her at once, but I have the best of guesses to be, either she becomes a chaotic screaming mass of suffering, laughter, and madness never to be brought back to sanity, or she is to be killed. And with whatever plans brewing in that devil mind of yours, I have the strongest inclination you would want to prevent either from becoming a reality as well as I."
Pseudologoi released a heavy sigh as she continued to be relieved she was released from such an uncomfortable position, "But, if that seal bursts, I highly doubt i'd be able to do what I did when she was born. You would have to handle it."
Pseudologoi suddenly leaned real close in, a deadly look to her gaze, "And you best, best handle it. Because if she flies out of control and dies because you didn't do shit, I will ensure that if I were to be brought back into this mortal coil once more, I would spend the entirety of that life making you suffer in the most horrific way I can muster, even if it's within an infant's body. Am I clear in the level of importance this is?"
With that, the demon would slide back, looking rather exhausted as she lied in the dirt, though soon something would catch her eye, a color that wasn't there before. She sat up, her gaze drawn to a tiny batch.. Of flowers. Though their shapes were bare minimum, they clearly looked like flowers, colored in like a child's coloring book creation, with the colors of energy that constantly circulated in the mental space. The appearance of said flowers clearly stirred Pseudologoi, who had tiredly trudged over to look at them, placing gentle hands on them.
"..Even in a broken state she manages to remember something so tiny.." Pseudologoi's voice was small and soft, nostalgia seeming to envelop her as she placed two fingers on the ever fluctuating petals, "...This one..."
She sounded almost choked up as she spoke softly, but refused to shed a tear in the presence of Mana.

Song: Night Time - Word Count: N/A
It was almost as if the woman was rambling, but perhaps she did that intentionally to throw people off when they underestimated just how much clarity she actually had of the world around them. There was something within the spawn of Eris which felt something for Algos, and Ol' Mana was gonna have fun poking fun and teasing that aspect. As, at the end of the day, The Queen couldn't give two shits of a fuck whatever her daughters do so long as it does not meddle with her own affairs.
"Ya'd think I wouldn't have experience with that? I have millions of souls within the hellish temple that is my body. If anyone understands what the child may go through, it's none other than me~! So worry not: the will of my cursed existence can certainly make-up for anything this child lacks, dearie!"
Chipper, jovial n' happy as can be; Ol' Mana didn't think too much on the matter after it came down to a matter of will and power. To make her desires into reality, she bought into her bullshit and was assured that no matter what happens in future -- Cali would be ok. That is what her whims of fancy yearned for and those whims always had a knack for coming into existence with the amount of sway she had on the universe with the pull of her abilities, will, and strength.
However, that was the boring shit.
What was more interesting to Mana had been the sudden reaction from Pseudologoi. As now she decided to finally get all close and cuddly with Mana. Making sure she could hear the threat, the woman vowed to give everything in her soul to ensure that The Queen's life would be hell if she failed to live up to her promises and the psyche and well-being of Cali had drained into the fields of total madness. This is why, to that end, Ol' Mana couldn't help but give a playful laugh as such a threat, such a reality and such a turn of events were all delicious in their own ways. As, even if she failed, the probability of her being put into a worse state of existence by Pseudologoi had tickled her feathers pink.
"Child, ya don't have to bark off threats you can't cash in to make sure this child is alright. She is a creature of a hell, a demon of royalty n' something of a source of amusement. So ya can be assured she is in good hands. If not by me, then by Algos with how much ya seem to pine over her still~"
Of course, Mana could decide to raise her hands, get loud or do her own threats; but such actions were ultimately futile and pointless. Pseudologoi knew better than to actually walk up that tree when The Queen was nothing but forgiving, merciful and downright amused right now. So, instead of acting violent, Ol' Mana merely watched what Pseudologoi did next as she slumped back on the ground in a somewhat of a melancholic manner. Playing with what appeared to be flowers on the ground, sentimental muttering exited her mouth and The Demon Queen could only tilt her head our of curiosity for what this meant to her.
"Look: are ya' sad or sumthin'? What is the value of those flowers to ya and her? Ya' ain't gotta cry into my arms n' shit, but at least build a bridge n' open up. I'm probably the only visitor ya' had in here for years unless you work up the nerve to bring Algos in here. So, since I ain't stupid, ya' should open up if sumthin' is bothering ya, kiddo."

Pseudologoi could only leave a heaving sigh towards the woman as she continued to pursuit the delusion that she was so head over heels for Algos. If she had a chance, she would want to speak to Algos for a bit, but she had the strongest inclination that since she knew she was within Calypso, and now decided to go with torturing her with that, she was going to be irritated by it until she were to perish.
She was wistfully rubbing the malformed petals as the woman of madness prodded at her to open up a bit, and she couldnt lie, of all people, it was Eris that was her first visitor in, whoever the fuck knows how long. While Pseudologoi had absolutely no interest in telling the entirety of what was going on, but at the very least she could answer one little question.
"Flowers were the first thing I showed to her, however it was by accident. More, myself creating them out of frustration to toy with, and she saw what I was doing. Then I turn around to see the little inkstain made one herself, though, it was rather shitty looking. They were all shitty looking.. But, she was much like a small child back then. Always gave me a warped flower of her creation if she thought I were cross, because I was dumb enough to tell her that anyone would be happy to see a flower no matter what or when.."
Pseudologoi pinched her nose and released a deep sigh, dipping her head and groaning, "... I tire, greatly right now. Unless you need something else, I advise leaving me to rest.."

Song: The Dream - Word Count: N/A
Well, as fun as this drab encounter with the Princess Of Bitch was, there were things that needed to be progressed and Mana appeared to have the full scoop on what needed to be done within Cali. So, instead of trolling the poor tormented soul any further, Ol' Queenie saw fit to otherwise leave her be for the time being. After explaining the significance of the flowers to her daughter's heart, The Mad Demoness knew just where to take things from here and was most gracious for the information that Pseudologoi provided her with when it came to the sentimental value of such tender memories.
"Well, I'd like to thank ya for givin' me all this useful info here. Ya' have helped me out a great deal n' I think I'll be seeing my way out so you can cry, mope or do whatever it is ya' do when ya by ya self."
There was then a whimsical shrug of the shoulders as Ol' Mana spun on her heels, turned her back to Pseudologoi and started walking. However, she didn't intend to leave this place untouched. In fact, before she walked too far, the woman would kneel down, kiss the ground and become infusing a secondary seal within Cali. It took various floral patterns to otherwise gain it's power from the importance of flowers to Calypso's heart. As, more than anything else, The Queen was planting the seeds of her love to blossom forth a sense of protection within her kin.
All throughout Cali would there begin to blossom a large flow of demonic energy that came straight from the heart of Mana. It coursed through the veins of Calypso so that The Queen's love could be rooted in her and always be there to protect her when her duties as a ruler could not allow her to overwatch her daughter. In times of distress and pain, this Flower Of Love was meant to feed her the excess will, strength and ability to reduce the strain of maintaining her core of Dreams and Nightmares within herself as a result of being an embodiment of these elements. For with Mana's ability to otherwise tame madness and chaos, it should prove to at least prevent her mind from going into a state of utter primal rage and bringing in unstable, useless madness. The kind of madness that turns one into a blithering fool lacking coherent thought. So while there would still be anger, depression, confusion, anxiety and all the other things which plague Cali's mind; the total breaking of her mind was intended to be saved by this simple gesture.
Thus, to that end, Mana would give a wave of her hands, share these sentiments into Pseudologoi's mind and be on her way.
...
"Are you feeling any better, dear?"
Eyes opening to the material world around her, Mana's gem green gaze looked down on her daughter as she produced a blood-red flower in her hands for her to take. As, when The Queen started speaking, as too did she hand Cali this crimson rose to hold on to.
"As mother got you a gift: do you feel better after all of that?"
All that was left to do now was wait, observe and see what alterations her little trip made in Cali to see if it made any positive or negative difference.

Calypso had been smothering her face in her mother's breasts the entire time she was within her Conceptual World, smelling her warm scents and overall relaxing. While her memory was still in scattered pieces, she did not appear to have the level of instability she had upon waking up, having no urges to harm herself, or confusing emotions and thoughts to goad such an action. Her amber eyes flashed open when she heard her mother's voice, staring up at her innocently before softly nodding, a soft 'Mmhmm' in her throat as she slowly leaned her head away from her chest.
Her eyes instantly drew to and widened as she saw the crimson flower that suddenly spawned in her mother's hand, seeing it offered to her. A well of emotion blossomed in her chest, heart fluttering at she gingerly reached hands out to grasp it, taking it and staring at it. Her fingers softly touched and pinched at the petals, awe in her gaze as she felt the beautiful creation of nature. Upon hearing the second question, she looked up and nodded again,
"I feel better, Mama."
She sounded a bit more accepting that this person was indeed her 'Mama' than before, suddenly a small flurry of purple energy came from her free hand, a flower appearing within her palm; A rather lovely, full grown stalk of lavendar, in which she presented to her mother,
"..Flowers make people smile, here.."
The youthfully-minded one smiled at her mother, wishing for her to take the flower she so suddenly summoned, as to make her smile as well, "..What are we going to do next, Mama?"

Well, children were always easily amused, eh? Handing her the crimson flower made of her own maddening energy had seemed to otherwise satisfy the likes of Calypso. And, perhaps on a deeper level, this dazed state of being that Calypso found herself within could perhaps have the key to a happy life. Without much need for all the grander than life things that exist in this universe, sometimes it's simpler to find pleasures that you can find easily enough in nature. So, it was certainly a way to sustain her sanity in a complex, abstract and chaotic world that wanted to brainfuck her stability into a pounded pulp.
"Well, bein' nestled up against the warmth of my chest, feelin' my heart n' bein' snug as a bug in my grasp would make any foul soul turn to mush. Ya' should consider ya self a lucky child, young one."
A gentle, amused sense of laughter exited the devilish lips of The Queen as she started to rub the head of her little youth. There was a sense of longing behind the eyes of The Royal Mother as she took deep pleasure at this moment. Perhaps it reminded her of the bonds she held with those who shared her blood? Maybe it was nice to cuddle up with someone who loved her? Or maybe it was nice to just get away from all the bullshit n' stress that comes with being a ruler? Hell, Ol' Mana couldn't give a straight answer to that question, but this feeling of burning comfort in her chest was something that was welcomed no matter how it came about.
So, to show her appreciation for this reprieve from the not so heavenly chaos in her life, The Queen saw fit to take the flower which Calypso had given her and then place it against one of her horns to wear. Twas a rather fitting gesture to wear something her daughter made ever so proudly. However, to make sure such a nifty present didn't blow away in the breeze, Mana placed a small bundle of her energy around it to ensure it stayed sealed to her devil horns for the time being.
"Ya not wrong, s'ugah. Gifts of all sorts n' kinds make the smiles in our demonic hearts grin as everyone loves something free; especially when it comes from wanting to spread the feelin' of affection~"
There was now a cheery grin across this witch's face as she then set her sights back down on her daughter.
"What are we goin' to do next? It's easy: create. Dreams are made to be brought into reality with the madness of the creative mind. So use the bundle of depravity I've infused into ya lovely soul to bring whatever is in your mind to life n' learn to bond with your newly found strength."
And, to that end, Ol' Mana pointed to the right of Cali and added this on:
"Bring something from your mind to reality, feel the warmth of power in your finger tips and let yourself go mad~ As that creative mania is now under your control, so you must tame it, little one."

"Lucky..." Calypso softly mused as she heard the sentiment of how 'lucky' she was to be coddled so close to her mother. She didn't get it; such an action felt natural, like how it should be, and her simpler state simply didn't get how something so natural was meant to be lucky. She enjoyed the head rub, just another thing that felt like it should be natural. The little one, despite not being very aware of it, sensed her mother's emotions, and had unconsciously matched her emotions, being projected onto her own mental state, which only further aided in the rather jovial mood.
Caly watched her mother place the flower she so proudly gave to her on her horn, the little one feeling the stubbier of her own horns, soon copying her mother and putting her gifted crimson flower against her own horn, but noticed it starting to sag down, the little one appearing annoyed, til a few strands of hair tied it in place, the demon smiling as she realized she made the placement of the flower work.
"Happy heart, yaaay~" The little one breathed almost excitedly, soon settling down to listen to what her mother wanted her to do.
"Create..?" Calypso put a finger to her lip, looking around at the rather barren earth around them, and soon had an idea, sliding off her mother's lap and dropping onto the dirt excitedly, going onto her knees and placing her hands down, seeming to try to focus.
"Uuhhnn.. Create...!"
Soon a flourishing of glowing purple energy came from the little one's palms, permeating into the dirt, and soon a patch of strange purple grass sprouted, and from it, stalks, and soon buds, and soon many strange multicolor flowers were born, shapes similar to that of existing flowers, however with a much different air to them.
"More flowers! I did it!" Calypso clapped, though a thought popped into her mind; It didn't feel like enough, soon the little one clasped her palms together and focused, soon opening them to reveal several golden butterflies, shimmering softly as they mindlessly fluttered down onto the bed of plants, perched on the flowers.
".. Pretty bugs go on plants, right Mama?" She looked at them curiously, gently poking one of the seemingly alive creations, "..They make the flowers happy and strong.."

Twas' rather adorable to see the little one putting on the crimson flower and mimicking the actions which her mother did earlier with the flower Cali bestowed upon her. But -- it was to be expected~! Her daughter was in a state of childlike bliss, and children are infamous for replicating the actions of their elders so that they may have a chance in hell of making it out in this hellish real world. Thus, Mana gave a playful laugh at the action as her face gushed over with an emerald green glow.
"Well, aren't ya quite da' sweet one, eh s'ugah?"
Ol' Mana spoke rather affectionately in those words as she doted on her daughter for a few moments. Well, at least until her eyes turned to see what she would soon create with that mad little power invested in her nimble being. As it was rather entertaining to see what her skittish mind would produce into reality. Which, of course, led to the creation of more flowers. Really, this scamp was a literal flower child with how much she gravitated toward the floral life around them. If nothing else, however, it was rather beautiful to look at. All the different hues, shapes, sizes and growth of life in this barren wasteland made quite the alluring contrast to the eye. And to that sight? Ol' Mana could only give a clap of the hand for her daughter.
"Beautiful. Good job."
Those were the only words of encouragement which left through the witch's mouth as she soon saw the golden butterflies take flight from the gathering of fresh plant life around them.
"And of course bugs belong there. It is your creation: ya' may create whatever it is ya mad little heart desires, dearie."
At that moment, it really seemed as if there was a fresh start for the kid. Maybe she beat her a bit too hard, perhaps she was drunk off her power, but this whole child routine was really sticking to her around. Yet, in the mind of Mana, perhaps it was for the best. It was in these moments she was at least managing to instill some of her instinct into the child. And, if nothing else, they could make up for lost time given she wasn't the greatest parental figure a child could ask for when it came to nurturing.
So, Ol' Mana broke the distance sat down and motioned for Cali to sit in her lap as she sat in the lotus position (Indian Style):
"While you sit down on mother's lap, tell me: do you remember anything else besides myself?"

The younger minded Calypso was only further validated by her mother's congratulatory clapping, and telling she had done a good job. The little one seemed to glow a bit with pride, and almost in reaction to her emotions, the flowers seemed to bloom a bit more vibrantly, the strangely colored grass almost looking like it was sparkling with dew, the insects twitching and soon fluttering about their perches. She soon saw her mother gesture to come over to her, the woman having gone down into a sitting position, of which Calypso graciously answered.
That is, instead of sitting on her, she decided to lay down on her lap, her head resting on the opposing leg, as the rest of her upper body laid on the other side. It was a position she thought would be fun, and felt her mother wouldn't mind, laying as she was then popped a question about her memory. She tried to think back as far as she could, but it felt like trying to watch several movies at one, cut and pasted together at random parts, to the point nothing made any sense aside from the occasional detail. Her mind was likely to be a disordered mess until she fully acclimated to her new state of being, becoming tuned with the madness that now grew and pulsated within her soul.
"Ummm... I remember Sis, I remember a Bear Lady, I remember... A little boy.. I remember... Miss Snakey Lady... I remember... Being... Scared? And.. Uhm..."
Her expression deadpanned for a second as she seemed lost in thought, "..I remember.. Making an important promise..."
A smile then lit up on her face as she gleamed at her mother, "That's all I can remember Mama! Not much else makes sense!"
She giggled, as if her nonsensical memory issue was no big deal, much unlike how a previous state of herself would react to such a thing. Her current state felt there was nothing to fear. She cupped her hands together, and suddenly another creation was spawned from a gathering of purple energy; A small strange, six-limbed, fluffy, cream-orange bear-like toy, barely big enough to overlap Caly's palm.
"Scary beary goes rawr~"
