Snake Pit.

A small group that was created by the former Privaron Espada Safira for the purpose of destroying the Espada to try and erase the marred pride she has from centuries ago and create a more interesting environment to the sands of Hueco Mundo by leaving behind a collection of "kings" to do as they please after her goal is accomplished.

It is loosely organised and functions through guerrilla warfare rather than direct confrontations and using resources from supporters rather than possessing any of their own. Through hit and run the group can function as annoyances and win by constricting slowly.

Perks:
Growth: While not directly through Safira allies allow for one to dip into other areas, Safira is helpful in that regard that she will trade loyalty for giving people room to grow themselves.

Freedom: The goal is simple and she doesn't really micromanage, people are free to do as they please and advance towards the end goal as they please. There is a lacking of rank system, making everyone on mostly even footing unlike the Espada and their numerical rankings based on power.

Reward: Good work deserves reward, she is not one to refuse to reward people when they deserve it and it can come in many forms. If victorious the spoils of war will be divided amongst the group.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral.
