- Effects: The user's blade begins levitating and is spun counterclockwise while the incantation is spoken (or not). Once completed, the user stops the blade's spinning and at once, an immense cyclone begins generating with the user's blade as the focal point (Very much like Tenran). Instead of blowing away all in it's path, Tenran Shinkuu instead sucks everything into it, causing a vacuum effect that both puts immense gravitational force on anything and everything in front of it but also cuts off any available air to those trapped in it. The user, if skilled enough, may direct where the focal point is, opting for locations such as cliffsides or other such dangerous locations.

Please add incantation.
There is no "or" it can only be ONE or the OTHER.
Explain wha tier is requied to use the spell moe proficiently. How much reiatsu is required to use the spell at all?
