What did one feel when the world forsook them? What was left after hubris came crashing down? Was it regret? Melancholy? Would rage overtake them, fueling a person's indignation over their mistakes? As Demonica looked out over the rice paddies, the old rural houses that dotted the countryside, she didn't feel any grief or rage. Instead, she let her eyes glance at her own two hands, and at the tattered cloak, she wore, smiling faintly, clenching her palms into fists.
Staring at Minatumi harbor, and the crowning achievement of what her friend had managed to create, the demoness found herself wondering if she should have come here before she left. If it was simply an excuse that would allow her to see this interesting pup again, to see how her wings had hardened. Whatever the case was, Demonica wished to see how much more powerful her friend had become.
Taking a deep breath, she clapped her hands together. The force of her steel-like hands coming together being enough to shatter the air, causing the ground to rip apart, and the clouds to disperse backward from the force of her hands colliding with one another. The force was on par with a magnitude 7 earthquake in the region around her. Waves would whip up in a frenzy on the coast as this demon looked forward, lowering her hands back down to her sides as she waited for her friend to arrive.
The sight of this girl would be interesting as well, obscured mainly by the cloak she wore, her pale gaze glittering beneath the baggy brown linen that whipped in the wind she had caused. She did not radiate any sort of powerful energy. Instead, it was simply an immense force of will that surrounded her. It was as if a smog of indomitability surrounded her.
Her stance was simple, a half shoulder-width apart, hands up in a fighting stance as she looked forward.
