Personality: Vohlis was the original Tal’Vohlan as it was secretly responsible for the birth of the Human Tal’Vohlans, summoners who excelled in the manners of bringing creatures from a far off realm into the realm which they stood on. As their creator, Vohlis also has the power to override their powers and render them into any way it sees that suited its pleasure. Unlike most demons, it is truly a rule-breaker as it has nothing to hold it back and regrets none of it as everything it does was for its own game. However, it is reasonable as it did not attack any of the other demons except for the heated souls who are damned into its circle of Hell. Clearly, Vohlis has no sense of “appropriate” as it tends to overdone its activity and damages.
Since it has no true gender (from what all could know), it voice sounded like a man and a woman speaking together at the same time while when shifted to one form, it speaks like any normal being. However, its dead giveaway was his or her pleasure in seeing his or her enemies breaking down before him or her. Often times, Vohlis was at his or her grotesque fortress guarded by enslaved creatures of Eden like Griffons and Basilisks. He or she is known as the Oppressor of Eden for the reason known only to the Sugiura and the most devoted few of Western Religion. By the knowledge of other dukes, whenever Vohlis was in his or her shifter form, she or he usually goes to Earth to torment people or even kill a few along the way. Even to the other dukes of Hell, his or her reasons remained a mystery.

History: Its birth dated back before the rise of the Sumerian and the Assyrian and it is clear that Vohlis was a demon to begin with while according to the Western Religion, Vohlis was born before Adam and Lilith. Not much is known about Vohlis, but it is recorded that it wanted Eden for its own sadistic purposes and once tried to tempt Eve to let it into the paradise, but Adam intervened and shoved the intruder out of the gate before Eve would know what is going on. Adam told Eve, never to let another person into Eden, only him and his father, God. Vohlis returned to tempt Eve into letting it in, yet this time, Adam failed to realized what just happened; he realized only after Vohlis tainted the Tree of Knowledge, rendering the apples into gold. God managed to expel Vohlis out of Eden, but was saddened to know that the tree could not be saved, so he told Adam and Eve to never eat any of its fruit.
_____Days after since Adam and Eve were expelled out of Eden for eating the forbidden fruit, Vohlis returned again to see Eden abandoned. So it takes it for oneself and opened portals into multiple realms in which mystical creatures began pouring into Eden and take refuge from the unholy crusades by the Angels. When they thought that they are safe from the onslaught, they find themselves trapped in Eden, never to leave until Vohlis beckoned for them. When the Sumerians are around, Vohlis visited Earth for the first time and witnessed how Adam and Eve started mankind. A new wave of possibilities crept into Vohlis’s mind as mankind was poisoned by the apple that it tainted back in Eden, thus vulnerable to temptations, like Eve was.
_____From there on, its reputation grew more fearsome as he was committing many deeds of atrocities and blasphemy. It created the Tal’Vohlans, he ruled over a circle of Hell and Eden, and corrupted many good people with his schemes. It was behind the destruction of the Tower of Babel, created forms of conspiracies and overpowered many Shinigami, Quincy and more, even Hollows. Now, it was bored with the ways somethings are going its way. The weak cowers, the strong frustrated or traumatized and the Tal’Vohlans are available for its taking. What would it do now?

TonoVonnei: ("Breaking Blade") is the halberd infamous for the legend of TelcinVohlis breaking the sword of the Soul King, the strongest of all the spirits during his time. Aside from its menacingly adorned appearance, its reputation and properties are recognizable to those who have heard of such a halberd. The properties are ranged from sealed to released depending on which form.
Sealed: Towards any weapon, the TonoVonnei is capable of inflicting damages that deteriorates the weapon down to the molecules, causing the targeted weapon to vibrate and destroy itself from the inside, slowly becoming more brittle and eventually break. Up to date, no weapon could survive the tenth strike from the TonoVonnei as it was the amount of strikes that it takes for the TonoVonnei to break the sword of the Soul King.
Released: When called upon, the TonoVonnei is capable of devastating all weapons around it by vibrating itself, using frequency waves to agitate the molecular structure of any weapon around it. It was last used during the Okinawa Incident over 20 years ago as most shinigami respondents retreated because their zanpakutos suddenly snapped when they tried to hit TelcinVohlis.
Natural Abilities
Master Shifter: TelcinVohlis is capable of changing appearance with exact replication, but like any other, he cannot metaphysically replicate the personality and the memory of the target. However, if given to general situations, Vohlis can virtually trick anyone and remain hidden in plain sight.
Demonic Aristocrat: TelcinVohlis is a Demon Lord, making him virtually part of the highest point of the demon society other than a Demon God. Reputation precedes him throughout the Demon World or Hell as the lower classes revered him and other Demon Lords with deep respects and fear. Unlike other demons, a Demon Aristocrat is often the one governing a piece of Hell or Demon World; TelcinVohlis's piece was the Demon Maggots, which they called him as, "The Brood Father." According to Demon Lore, a Demon Aristocrat, even if not a demon lord can be considered the most dangerous while the most sensible group of the Demon Society. In reality, they are only reasonable among themselves, not to other races or lower classes.
Unique Abilities
Soul Stone Master: TelcinVohlis perfected the art of crafting and imbuing soul stones, allowing him to create up to two soul stones per demon. He even crafted two soul stones for himself, allowing himself to attain not only preserved existence, but preserved body as well. With two soul stones intact, the linked demon can easily heal themselves, no matter the damages. So when one soul stone user can die and be reborn back to the soul stone, TelcinVohlis can reform from oblivion to the same spot where he was obliterated.
Demon Lore Master: TelcinVohlis lived virtually longer than most demons while a scholar by trade, so he knew more about demons, other races, lore, techniques and history than most would anticipate. His prized knowledge was the knowledge of how Kido, Cero, Sugiuran Magic, Chaos Energy and Death Energy are interlinked with Demon Magic as the Demons are the oldest race of all. That discovery allowed him to use metaphysical abilities that would normally be racially restricted like Kido and Cero. Not many knew one thing about TelcinVohlis that would change a lot of things; his mastery of Soul Stone Crafting.

Azure Flame Founder: TelcinVohlis is the original user of the Azure Flame spell branch and he perfected the branch to the point that he can use variations of Azure Flame spell casting.
Sealed Abilities
Demonic Charm: TelcinVohlis appears as a little girl and was accompanied by a sweet and innocent voice which often lures unwitting good guys into his ploy. If given enough time, the charm can cloud the judgment of the affected drastically. Note that the Demonic Charm is not a real ability, but more of a talent or skill that is used by the Incubus or Succubus.
Released Abilities
Oppressive Aura: Unlike Reiatsu or Spiritual Pressure, TelcinVohlis's ability to weaken and subdue his enemies involved dispersing the overall reiatsu in the air and around the enemies within mile circumference of TelcinVohlis's vicinity. Normally, it comes in form of a gentle breeze, but overtime, it will be noticeable as gathering spiritual energy or using spiritual based abilities will slowly become more of a labor for the users. That ability alone can render a shinigami helpless while causing a "dread" effect where the people around him are slowly feeling helpless around him because their spiritual energy are not recovering or being maintained. It can still affect 0-tiered characters, but their spiritual reserve will be too big to be of a difference.
Empowered Demon Lore: This generally allows him to use any form of spells, kido and cero and summoning to a greater effect without applying more energy into it.
Armored Abilities
Greater Silver Resistance: The armor around TelcinVohlis was laced with Alchemical Silver, thus strengthens the resistance to Quincy Silver Bullets and other silver based attacks. Although Quincy Silver Bullets are still strong against him, they are reduced to half their effectiveness against him.
Sealed Shishi Mōdo Abilities
Spell Arc: Any spell, kido and cero have a large splash area rather than controlled. If it already has splash area, their splash area is doubled. Example: Byakurai is normally to a single target, but with Spell Arc, Byakurai or other electrical direct attacks can jump onto other targets within its range; as for Fireball, its original area of effect was within 10 meters, but with Spell Arc, it has the range of 20 meters.
Released Shishi Mōdo Abilities
Spell Blade: TelcinVohlis can apply a single spell into the TonoVonnei or the weapon of his ally, allowing that weapon to use a special property in relation to the properties of the spell. However, it is only one time use before that enhancement expires. Example: TelcinVohlis imbues TonoVonnei with Azure Flame, so when struck, the target of the TonoVonnei will be ignited with the Azure Flame, suffering severe damage.
Sealed Mukō Jōtai Abilities
Forbidden Lore: TelcinVohlis can use master level spells that are generally forbidden to use by any race like Jikanteishi and Itto Kaso.
Released Mukō Jōtai Ablities:
Mass Effect: Tapping into nature-altering arts, TelcinVohlis in this form can cause a natural/unnatural disaster to occur at will. The prime example was Meteor and Emission (a lightning attack that disperses very dense reiatsu to churn the earth below, creating a whirlpool-type earthquake.) Fortunately by natural laws, such abilities will take a long time to commence and does have a long cool down time with inclusion of the chance of preventing the instance from becoming inevitable by decimating TelcinVohlis's energy reserve through heavy defeat.

I know it seems like a nitpick, however I just really need to be sure on this before I can allow myself to let it be signed off. I will be picking your answer with a fine-tooth comb, so please choose your words carefully and specifically. Again, apologies for any insolence, out-of-place wording, or anything of the kind. If I am not permitted to ask this question, tell me and I shall recall it. However, there are many holes within this power, so I am simply trying to fix it, as much as it can possibly be fixed.
