A Dysfunctional Family Reunion [OPEN TO ALL YUUDESHI]
Sun Jan 07, 2018 9:05 pm
Hideo Yuudeshi
Hideo had not meant to be so late. His little ward had run off, saying that she felt her friend's presence and not to worry about her. Ah well, he'd find her again. She may not stand out in a crowd, but Hideo could track her down. He was sure of it. The guard—someone who recognized Hideo almost-immediately—let him through the gate quickly. Hideo warned him not to speak over the radio for this. He was trying to make a bit of an impact. This was his homecoming after all.
Hideo stepped into the main lobby of the Yayjuu's base, the only place he knew where at least one of his relatives would be. He had also sent out messages saying this is where he'd be. So once again, someone stood in the main lobby of the Yayjuu's base. This time, it was someone familiar. He smiled a nontraditional smile before yelling out. "Oi, you little shits." Hideo made sure he was heard this time around. "It took me a few hours longer than I wanted to, but here I damn well am." There wasn't a hint of seriousness in Hideo's voice. He was joking, being "that older brother" that he was.
In truth, Hideo was just glad to be home with his family.

But The Only Voice I Want To Hear...
Schrödinger Yuudeshi
The man had returned. The one and only man who had been able to place any kind of restriction on the creature known as Schrödinger Yuudeshi. The Cage protocol that existed within his mind was essentially the only thing that the cat could think of which could prevent him accessing information. It was the only way that the Yuudeshi could prevent him from accessing the full scale of the Yuudeshi Network, including his own files. The Cage was something that was probably necessary, and the cat understood this. Still, he could not help his curiosity. He wanted to know what he was missing out on. Still... the only way he would be able to obtain that kind of information at this point would be through the man who had developed The Cage.
Hideo Yuudeshi.
Schrödinger had been the one to deliver his 'uncle's message to the people of the Yuudeshi family. At first, he had found the messages being moved through traditional means. Schrödinger had decided that was much less efficient, and therefore the message had arrived to the Yayjuu far before it may have been intended. It made the boy laugh a bit just thinking about it.
He had asked for explicit permission to wait in the hall for Hideo's return. One of the few things that the cat made a point to care about was his family. After all, they were the ones who had taken him in when they discovered that he existed. His past was still a bit of a blur, in all honesty. He got through most days by not thinking about his origins. Sitting and waiting had been hard, though. Nyaah.... when's he getting here...?
Normally, Schrödinger would have used his abilities to visit the target's mental state, analyzing what they were thinking. In this case, however, Hideo had all the ability in the world to lock him out with that blasted Cage. So it was that the cat was laying on a bench in the main hall, his tail limply laying off the side, gently twitching and shifting back and forth. "Come on..." His small mouth widened in a yawn, his arms and legs stretching out. Schrödinger was dressed in his typical army uniform, the one that he was still unaware was styled after those used in Nazi Germany. It was his uniform, though. It made him feel professional, like he belonged in his role.
"Yeah, you don't say!" The young male's voice answered the declaration of the man. His voice contained a German accent, but it was quite good and declaring happiness. Despite the small amount of fear that he had towards the man who developed the Cage, he still respected him as an elder member of their family. "Did you have a nice trip~?" He asked, disappearing from where he was standing, reappearing in front of Hideo with his behind on the ground. There was no sign that Schrödinger had actually tried to move. One moment, he had existed on the bench. The next, he was on the floor, his tail shifting and waving back and forth happily. His eyes were wide and eager, curious to hear what his 'uncle' had to say. And when he had described it, he would be left with another question, Schrödinger's eyes bright.
"Did you get me anything?"
Is The Only One I Fear...
Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.
