Clearly not his strong suit as he didn't read the situation right. She was taking him to her inner world through that lip lock. She asked him a question and he spoke softly. "First time for me, never really got involved in that. Reasons sort of required me too do more." He said softly as he looked at her before his gaze altered to the tree. Her inner world was better than his in some ways. It would likely have thrown her off to even step into his world. He didn't take much away from her comments as he looked around. So she was damaged he could relate to that. She got to see his zanpakuto in action for a bit sort of. His zanpakuto was rather picky in that it didn't always work. So he needed to find his road to being someone. That pathway was made of blades and darkness for some. The assassination art wasn't what he wanted to practice any longer. He wouldn't rely on that a moment longer as he found his resolve a bit further. He walked to the tree slowly and gently rested his hand on it.
Exhaling a soft breath he exerted a large sum of spiritual pressure into the tree. He'd never tried kissing before or doing things like that. He'd train himself till he fell apart if need be. It wasn't like he'd let it go as he whispered a silent vow to himself. Never again would he use kido against a foe like today. He would focus on only fighting for himself and become a better warrior. He'd rely on his sword and fight as a swordsman only. Devotion and raw ambition for a single thing. He would change the Unabara clan and destroy their customs and beliefs. They wouldn't do these disgraceful acts anymore. He wouldn't allow them to be dishonorable a moment longer. His resolve and ambition seemed to burn even brighter here. He was the will of his blade and he'd not let it go to waste. His spiritual pressure despite his early failure was fantastic. He just lacked the skill with a sword right now to truly begin down a road. Shinsui would grow and develop as a man further and surpass that stupid fool.
Tradition no longer matters nor did his father's pointless techniques or beliefs. He would walk his own path and find the way to what was the truth. This sword would cut find it's path for the Unabara this was his vow to himself. Determination and his sheer focus on it were something hard to ignore for anyone.

The Reborn Wolf
Ulv grinned as Shinsui took Hvit's teasing in his stride, as if it was a normal day for him to get ribbed by a Hollow. Maybe it was, would could tell with a stranger she had never met. But it was nice to see someone so unflappable in the inner world. That made one person.
"Dooh, Hvit gets naught~ The Unababa man comes out on top. Bwuahaha!" Ulv exclaimed, to which Hvit just rolled her eyes.
"Unabara, you nitwit. Honestly, if Tsubasa could hear you now...well he'd probably retire a lot faster than he already did" Hvit replied, but then turned her attention to Shinsui as he exerted his power. It was pretty good, more potent than what they had stolen from Arianda, and the right race as well.
Like light photons into a Black Hole, Shinsui's Reiatsu was stolen voraciously, dragged out of him without remorse or hesitation. All of it went to feed the Maelstrom in the center of the world, and it ate greedily, not faltering in it's consumption a single inch. Ripping, and stealing, and tearing, there was no end to it, no stutter or stammer in it's constant feast. Ulv watched for a bit, and then thought that he had given enough, so spoke.
"So, there is a cool shrine at the top of Mount Fuji. If you go there, and ask the statue in the shrine for aid, it might give it to you. Return the next day at midnight, and there may be something for you. If not, repeat it. Persistence is the Key to victory. Of course, don't ask it if it isn't there. It's called The Wandering Statue, because sometimes it isn't there. But if you keep at it, you will get your wish" Ulv told him, nodding with a smile.
"Also, persistence isn't the key here. If you keep at it, it'll kill you. So you should probably shut off your output before that happens, unless you want to die to a noble cause"

He didn't think about his father's retirement much as it meant little. Rumor had spread around about it certainly as he fled. The Unabara head leaving now and vanishing without a trace. Took the old dirtbag long enough to do the world a favor. But this was neither here nor there really was it? He pulled his hand back from the tree as he exhaled softly. It would have sucked him dry he figured as he looked at her now. This was different from what he anticipated as he didn't expect her to do anything more. Her information was good and guiding him on the route. So it seemed like Mount Fuji was the next destination. He'd gotten some ideas for training before he went to the Unabara. He wouldn't lead them till he found his path and grew as a man further. Shinsui walked away from the tree now heading towards her. He didn't mind if she sent him back to the regular world now. Shinsui was used to ribbing and being judged by someone. That was just Friday at the office for him. He was the pureblood child of Tsubasa who didn't embrace or even acknowledge his father's ways.
That rat bastard didn't deserve anything from him. Least of all his acknowledgment for some perverse ego. Tetsu spent his entire life trying to surpass his old man and look what it got him? He got almost killed and was named maybe the successor just for someone to take his spot. Shinsui didn't know why they bent over for that dirtbag. It was a raw hatred of Tsubasa that drove him. Hate was the source of his determination to never back down or run away. He was done being that guy who followed or tried to please others. He'd please himself before anyone else and go his own way. That was what would make him different from his cold unfeeling father. His father relied on technology to make a difference. He wouldn't follow a single toe in that direction. This was perhaps in part anger for what Tsubasa did to his mother. Shinsui took after Aiko more, so somethings didn't add up. He had other family members who were less perfect.
He remained quiet as he rested his hands at his side waiting for what she decided to do next. It was a strange way to enter someone's inner world. But he guessed who was he to judge her on that subject. He knew less about kissing and all that stuff. He'd ask his mother about it sometime or maybe Tetsu. But it didn't matter really, in the end, did it? He needed to reach his goal of his path. "This is an interesting inner world, mine's a bit more messed up." He said softly commenting on the strangeness of his inner world. If you want to see something strange you go there. An illusion users inner world is quite literally a mess.

The Reborn Wolf
Ulv felt him pull out, and frowned softly. That didn't happen with Ari. Maybe it was better fed so she was better connected to it? She knew more about where they were now. Intricate understanding of all twelve shards, the twelve blasted landscapes and the people that held them. The Forest, The Tundra, The Lands of Blood. That last one was one to avoid at all costs, considering what was lurking there. So when Shinsui told her that his Inner World was more messed up, Ulv just gave him a smile.
"This is actually the most serene of the twelve shards. Hvit is the only one with sanity in this place. The rest have lost it in their own unique ways. I'll be dealing with that fallout soon..." She muttered, her eyes lingering on one of the shards that were drifting closer, but then she let go of Shinsui's essence, and they popped back into the Real World.
"Well, that was fun. Never know how Hvit is going to react to guests. Still, you got cool stuff so you'll be heading off to Mt Fuji now, right? Always fun to see what goes on there. Maybe you'll meet a God" She giggled, and then turned to leave, before looking over her shoulder. "Ohh, and before I go. hatred is a blade with no hilt. Grasp to hard, and you will lose your hands. It is always best to try and come to terms with the source, than let it seethe forever and turn you into a monster. All too often, that road leads a person to become that which they hate" Ulv told him. A deep, and mature tone, the mirror opposite of her usual light and happy tone. And then she Grasped The Earth, and took off, to Elsewhere.
