[adm]I'm going to deny this based on the reasons that the character was just recently approved -- with a pretty high tier, if I may add -- and it feels like a slap to the face to the app checker when someone buys upgrades for their character right off the bat, especially five Masters, and two Advanced upgrades. Additionally, the Awesome Point main thread says that only three upgrades are available for purchase per five days, per character. Sorry Crow, but I can't approve this.[/adm]
