Item Name: Selective Reiatsu Amplifying Field Generator (The S.R.A.F.G.)
Item Type: A stationary field generator, only works on those whose reiatsu it has logged in its database.
Used For: Amplifying the strength and reiatsu of all logged targets within a given area.
Item Description: This medium sized device resembles a high-tech generator with a small monitor and keypad on the top. While it does resemble a generator, it does not actually "generate" the energy for the field, so much as it filters the reiatsu in the area it is located to power itself. Because of this, there must be at least a minimum level of reiatsu/spiritual density in the area that it is placed, and it is more effective if placed in areas with higher reiatsu/spiritual density. As for who it effect's, the device has a database where Alfonso can log the reiatsu signature of anyone he choses (it will be used for K-world and maybe its allies). Along with having the reiatsu cataloged, the generator can also be set to effect each person at a different level. This means that the allies of K-world could be set to receive less of a boost, or set so that the leaders of K-world receive the largest boost.

Notes: Alfonso will have made however many that Kin needs for the areas that he plans to invade, and for the most part, it will probably be event only.
