Diplomatic; Visit to Korea

Korea. This place has been through some turbulent times throughout history, first having been split when it was ran by pure bred humans with one half being controlled by man-children and the other a budding government. Yet, when they reunited it wouldn't be under a democratic banner but the banner of one of the most expansive empires within the multi-dimensional fabric: K-World. At least that was the shortened version of the name.
When Hayden arrived from plane, which was more for formality reasons so they would have time to greet if they so wished- he did send a message alerting them he would be visiting southern Korea on behalf of Vastime, he had to compliment the rather expansive city structure he could even see from the landing port. But in his head he would yet to make a solid opinion, he had at one point heard the tale that K-world sought a better life for their citizens and earth; but their methods where far to radical to be out right supported. Yet, before he could call them truly enemies he needed to understand them perhaps some level of compliance could be reached or in the best outcome they rallied against shadow fall's encroaching forces.
As the Royal Guardsman attached to Hayden's detail opened the door Hayden brown eyes could only scan the area wondering who would come to meet the King- or if they felt he needed to not be met. Both spoke volumes but Hayden's ego wasn't large enough where he felt he needed to be greeted in every country he entered. This nation would soon reveal their secrets to him one way or another, he just hoped today would not become a war incarnate. So as he walked down foot after foot, his suit tailor'd to his body with the only strange accessory being the red sash which held his Zanpakatou to his body.
"I suppose greetings are in order, yes?"

KOKURYUTESHI ROYAL ROSARY
KAGAMI IRAMASHA-CLIXX

The city of Seoul was always beautiful. The middle of spring was one of the perfect times for one to visit Korea, it wasn't too hot and the blistering sun was still softened by the cool wisps of wind that picked up off the ocean - sweeping inland and making the city of pure white a desirable location for tourism. Despite this, Kagami thought, it seemed the man who had just arrived was here not for fun, tourism or to join the empire of Kokuryuteshi - but rather a peaceful hand reaching out with the notion of piece and friendship in mind. Over the past few years, Kagami had grown into a woman of merit. She was proud of her fathers nation and would quite literally throw down her life to protect it, and for one of the main opposing forces to walk in on diplomatic terms... It was a little strange. She was still a young woman, incapable of handling the larger concepts which many political leaders would understand, but as a member of the Royal Family of Kokuryuteshi, she would try her best to be their representative.
Kagami's dark face let out of a shine as the sun glistened against the water splashed against her face, the quite mild day was rather hot for her, she had never dealt well with even moderate heat. Her pure white hair sat mostly down her back, pulled back to reveal her rather young and innocent face. As the plane that carried Desmond Hayden arrived, the princess' eyes drifted to the rather "royal" and proper entrance. Surrounded by men of Vastimian colours, badges of honor littering their uniforms. She thought, perhaps, she would need to be a bit more serious and eloquent in approach to this. Speaking in English, Kagami's voice rang out with a rather strong and deeper tone.
"Welcome to Seoul, South Korea, Desmond Hayden. Not many people such as yourself dare to enter Kokuryuteshi own land. May I ask why this is?" With a click of her fingers, four Kokuryuteshi soldiers walked up and stood beside her, two on the right and two on the left, all dressed in formal military attire - white in overtone.
Kagami herself wore a rather large overcoat, the main colour of white pulled over her entire body that run down to her knees, hiding her rather inappropriate outfit from the vision of a man as well respected as Desmond Hayden. She was new to this, but with each word she spoke, she thought carefully - the Kokuryuteshi desired control, and to remove the possibility of a talk with a competitor was ill advised.
Bowing in unison, all five Kokuryuteshi members paid their respects to the Vastime leader. If they had been here for war, or any other military focused purpose, they would have struck already. Besides, fighting in the dead center of Seoul was ill advised for anyone. The princess turned her body and signaled for the man to follow her and walk beside her, the Kokuryuteshi soldiers taking a few steps away to keep their distance. "Mind if we walk the streets of Seoul? It's beautiful this time of year." She assumed the man would follow. "If you wish for your soldiers to accompany you, be my guest. Mine will keep their distance too."
Taking a few strides, she began to walk and take in the scenery that so quickly turned into a city filled with life, pure white and glistening clean streets, it was quite an impressive sight. For anyone who had visited Korea prior to the Kokuryuteshi influence, they would instantly see the massive archeological changes they had set up. Kagami had hoped it would be obvious to Hayden how clearly they wished to keep Korea running and happy - a happiness brought through control and forced takeover at first - but happiness none the less.
"How do you like Seoul, Mr. King?

The weather was about one of the few things which would always remain good in this place, in it's time he had changed hands from one dictatorial family to another- with the hopes of prosperity in sight. To the credit of the Kokuryuteshi they had done what was regarded as a huge change for the once broken nation, turning it into a economic and militaristic power house. Much as Vastime had done to the entirety of Africa, to discredit K-Worlds drive and production rate would be a foolish mistake, a fatal one in the future. It was the reason why as Hayden eyes fell upon the young woman, the young king coffee eyes taking in the site of the soldiers and her own unique features held a easy smile on his lips. Today was going to segway into the next few months most likely.
"Not many people in my position are willing to be candid and honest about the power of our... neighbors." The male spoke with a light smile on his face, his hands behind his back clasping each other as he stood at his odd height of five foot eleven, some thing many people have commented doesn't fit him. Despite being still relatively tall people often commented he was shorter in person a constant source of amusement for himself, yet still standing relatively tall over the new girl. Appearances he had learned, could be extremely deceiving.
"You know my name, but I have not been informed of your own. My soldiers will keep their distance, they are simple observers for the time being." Hayden explained as he followed the girl, his entourage making sure and well to keep away evidently eyeing the K-world soldiers as if some unspoken sizing up contest was happening. They stood in such a manner which seemed flexible yet rigid, firm yet yielding to the ways of this new place. They knew that at a moments notice this friendly encounter could turn into a trap thus their eyes where focused on every single action taking place within proximity of the leader of the freeworld.
Never the less Hayden would follow the woman, his hands behind his back in a formalistic manner with a mellow smile on his lips. If there was to be any sort of agreement or resolution reached today then there was no reason to be so stiff and rigid in the coming moments. It was best to see the situation as what it was: a potential friendship or rivalry.
"Seoul has changed since I last saw it in person or heard of it. When I had last visited this nation I was but a pup of war in my human days. It is good to see the improvement, you have taken a second rate power and turned into something which cannot be ignored." The sudden shift in his tone, the way his mocha color'd eyes just briefly turned more focused on her at the mentioning of how they could not be ignored was enough to stress the gravity of his visit. If there was something which should be noted that he knew the importance of not dismissing the power of others, instead a simple acknowledgement could go a long way.
"Frankly, I'm past patiently waiting. I think your family is too, I think it's best we address the issue at hand; you asked why I came here?" The male repeated their question as the mellow smile turned to one which was fueled with ambition, one which was teetering on the edge between friendly and antagonistic. "I want K-World to break their alliance with Shadowfall, I'm not going to pitch the idea of us being friends- we're far too similar and different in all the wrong ways. But the fact of the matter is: Shadowfall is a host onto it's self and a cancer neither of our ultimate goals can support on earth."
If the air of Korea could become anymore tense with the words dropped, each one carrying the full weight of Hayden's refined ambition but also the will of people. He was a man who was trying to find a way to save the world, if he was right or wrong would be determined by historians in the future when they looked on this day. But in this moment, this moment of life they where balancing the soft balance of the world. She was a royal just as he was, both of them seeking to save the world in their own right while managing one outta three of the most expansive empires on earth.
"If I have to say one last thing, if my words a second ago compel you to ask me to leave: I carry my colors proudly, when you speak to me you're speaking to Vastime. But if I need to I'll step down from my throne and let you speak to the man who carved his place in this world- bloody slash after bloody slash."
What did that mean? Was it a threat? That was up to her to decide but there was something honest about the way he spoke, it wasn't an insult persay but more of a glimpse into what he truly was. You strip away all the medals, you strip away all the words, and you truly examine who he was then you might understand. Those who fought against Hayden, those who stood beside him or against him where the ones who knew him. If the girl needed to remove all the noble flavor, if the girl needed to see the true man who led Vastime; then she would see the Greek conqueror who was every bit dedicated to winning this coming war.

KOKURYUTESHI ROYAL ROSARY
KAGAMI IRAMASHA-CLIXX

It was a strange feeling, standing within the presence of someone such as Desmond Hayden. Kagami was still a young woman, very much growing into her role as a part of Kokuryuteshi, yet she understood the importance of being a princess in a monarchy such as theirs. She felt as if Hayden understood that importance too; which is perhaps why the Vastime leader and his underlings had arrived in such a fashion. They didn't seek war, they didn't seek destruction of Seoul - but arriving with a single request. In truth, Kagami wasn't quite sure how she would handle this - yet she decided her position as a princess... she had to make some decisions, right? After all, the only thing that mattered was her family - and she would not make any decisions that did not benefit them directly.
The cool winds of Seoul swept through the streets, the radiating golden aura of spiritually enhanced technology floating throughout the streets, only visible if one focused. Kagami's dark skin gleamed in the sunlight, white hair elegantly flowing with the wind as Hayden walked with her. "No, they are not. Which is why this is much of a surprise to me, and my family in particular." Her head turned to the side, staring into the coffee toned eyes of Hayden for but a moment.
"My apologies, it is quite rude of me to not introduce myself." She reached both hands up to her head and pulled off her hat, standing still why she shook her head and looked directly at Hayden. "My name is Kagami Iramasha-Clixx. Daughter to Kin Iramasha and Claire Clixx." For but a moment, her proper tone broke as she passed the big hedress off to a guard clad in white, closing her eyes and scratching her head as she did. "Well, more to Kin I guess. Not like I had much time to meet my mother."
Catching herself a little bit, Kagami straightened her back and shunned the relaxed tone back down. She was here on serious business - and as she was so young - it was a prime opportunity to learn appropriate behavior in these situations. It was proving hard for her though. With her platinum white hair fully exposed, she walked side by side with Hayden once more, questioning his reasoning for an audience. The more he spoke, the more she found herself smiling. They were on opposite ends of the spectrum, but his tone and manner of speaking were naturally calming. As she was about to reply to how much Seoul had changed, Hayden spoke of the alliance with Shadow Fall. For a moment this piqued her interest, but quickly devolved into a little chuckle to emit from the young woman, then into a full fledged laugh for a moment. She didn't have any wish to insult the man, nor did she wish to try and cause problems, it was just... the proposal was absolutely insane in her eyes.
"Hahaha, sorry. I don't wish to offend, but you're asking for something that's near impossible. Not only is that personally out of my reach, you'd need to go through all the layers that Kokuryuteshi have set up to make such a decision." Kagami straigthened her back and slowly turned her voice into a more serious over tone. But she thought in this moment - what did he expect? To talk in, give a reasoning for turning on Shadow Fall, and she'd agree? It didn't work like that in K-world, and even if it did, losing their largest military ally when faced with Gotei 13 and all associated groups was asking for death. Kagami knew this, but perhaps it was foreign to outsiders how long the alliance had been in place. It was now visible her calm and proper form was fading.
Sighing slightly, letting out a moan of annoyance and then relief. "Ugh, please. I can't do this facade any more, let's drop formalities. Two people talking as equals and with no mask is bound to be far more efficient." Stretching slightly, her white overcoat slightly became unbuckled at the front, revealing her outfit of belts wrapped around her thighs and chest, with short-shorts stopping at her thighs. She didn't wish for Hayden to become uncomfortable in her presence, but with his request to speak as an individual and drop the formalities, she couldn't help but let her casual appearance take over again.
"If that is all you ask, then I'll laugh and tell you to leave. Shadow Fall are chaotic, they destroy everything in their path - and mayhaps, they will turn that onto us. You think us that stupid to not see this? But as long as there is a common ally, they are a friend in military might. Nothing more, nothing less.
