ENTER THE "GARB OF A GOD"
I. General Stuff

The garb is simplistic in appearance, being black in color, and being surprisingly able to fit Henrex's form near-perfectly. Possessing a gold lining around the collar, and grey on the inside. In addition to the coloration of the robe. On the back of the robe lies multiple kanji, spelling out "月読", which translates to Tsukuyomi, "龍神", which translates to "Dragon God", "黄泉", which translates to "Yomi", and "須佐之男", which translates to "Susanoo". Basing the name off of the Shinto deity of the Moon and night, Tsukuyomi, Henrex infused the gem of Cassiel's Confinement into this, giving not only reason to wear this, but also to have it on him without fear that he might lose it.
...Or, something like that.
INFORMATION
I. The Garb Itself
Cassiel's Confinement: This is not an ability on its own, but rather a placeholder for those reading to be aware that this cloak is also embedded with the gem "Cassiel's Confinement" that Henrex received from Cirno Iramasha. This means that this cloak has access to the gem's abilities, as well as able to access it's own powers as well. However, the main weakness of this is that Cassiel's Confinement can not be active at the same time as Kage-tai, but the abilities of the Garb of Tsukuyomi can be used as long as there is enough to power the abilities.
Kage-tai (影体, Shadow Body): This is the core of the Garb and is just as much a passive as it is an active ability. To begin things, the garb grants the wearer what can simply be called "Shadow Essence". Shadow Essence, in it of itself, is an energy type that was born when the energy that was placed into the garb leaked out, fusing itself into the shadows, making what would usually be "nothing" -- something. In short, this garb is powered by simply being in the shadows. Passively, any kind of shadow cast, outside of another PC's shadow can be used as fuel for the Kage-tai. This is then stored in the energy capacity of the garb and is able to be used in multiple ways. This garb has the energy capacity equivalent of an average one tier.
(Note: This is an energy source that is only available to the Garb of Tsukuyomi, and cannot be used by Henrex for anything other than what comes with the garb.)
Again, passively, the Kage-tai also does another thing while the wearer stands or is within the shadows -- which is causing the user to seem to induce upon themselves a partial "Shadow Form", based on observation. The moment that the wearer steps into the shadows, their form is hidden completely, and only the most pinpoint vision can see it. (Master/GM Mental Deduction/Focus). All sound is reduced to nothing, and their scent is partially reduced. While this is active, Henrex has no access to his other abilities outside of his weapons and own skill. However, after he steps out of the shadows, becoming fully visible once again, he cannot use this for two turns, as to allow the garb to recharge and prepare the essence once again. It has also been noted that this can only be kept up for around six posts before the wearer would be revealed.
(Note/TL;DR: While this is active, Henrex is entirely restricted to physical combat.)
The two active abilities of the Kage-tai alone would be the ability to use Shadow Essence to move to another shadow. By briefly allowing the body to envelop itself in Shadow Essence and leaping forward, this can enact a "teleport"-like ability, as the timing of the jump and the landing is near instantaneous. While this can only be used once per post with a three post cooldown, this grants the wearer an immense amount of mobility. The second active ability would be the ability to use Shadow Essence to create a temporary "shadow" that the wearer can use in order to perform the shadow leaping ability, as stated before.
This is incredibly difficult to utilize, however, as the shadow only lasts a very, very short time before disappearing, and initiating a two post cooldown, so it should only be used while out of combat, or as an escape mechanism if one were to be IN combat. It should also be known that the wearer cannot draw energy from the artificial "shadow".
Kami no shōchō (神の象徴, Symbol of The Gods): These are a collection of abilities that derive from the usage of Shadow Essence and deal heavily with the kanji that lie on the back of the garb. Each kanji that spells out a deity's name grants the wearer one kind of ability for each one that is based on the deity themselves -- whether it be in the name, what they are the deity of or even their history.
- Susanoo (須佐之男): Taking from the name of the god of the seas and storms in Shinto belief, Susanoo, this ability is something that deals more with his powers over the seas. By using a portion of Shadow Essence and causing the kanji for "Susanoo" to light up, the user can create a twenty foot tall and wide black wave that crashes forward, slamming down into anything in its path. Upon contact with the "water" of the wave, one will notice their body being extremely sticky. As a result of this, all people who are caught in this attack will have their speed lowered by one level for five posts as a bonus to taking damage. This can only be used twice per post, and can't be used for three posts afterward.
- Ryūjin (龍神): Taking from the name of another god of the seas, as well as the god of the dragons in Japanese mythology, Ryujin lives up to his name quite well. Through using Shadow Essence, the wearer thrusts their arms forward, with the left hand wrapped around the right wrist, and the index and middle fingers of the right hand extended upwards. Afterwards, a large black dragon with blood-red eyes will manifest itself in front of the user, spiraling in front of them and will aim to bite at the enemy. A bite will cause the strength and durability of those who are hit to be lowered by one (stackable to two) of each hit in the upper body, and causing their speed to be lowered by one (also stackable to two) if hit in the lower body. This can be used three times a post and has a cooldown of four posts.
- Izanami (伊弉冉) Izanami is a feared name. The Matron of the Dead, who swore that she would take 1000 lives each day as a way to swear revenge on Izanagi for abandoning her in the depths of Yomi after seeing her horrid features. When Izanagi fled, the Matron sent four shikome (foul women) to chase Izanagi and bring him back to Yomi. The ability of the Garb is no different from the legend of the Matron. Upon activation, four clones of the user will appear. They have a mind of their own, able to travel and attack whoever they wish. These clones are somewhat tough, however, are able to be dispersed of with an extremely large amount of brute strength. After around six posts, these clones will dissipate, leaving them with a cooldown of seven posts.
Yomi (黄泉, World Of Darkness): The Underworld. Commonly said with an alternate name, making it also known as the afterlife -- the most common alternative to its name. While this ability does not directly lead to the afterlife, it does simulate how the Shinigami of Japanese mythology take the dead to the depths of Yomi. By placing down a massive kanji letter of Yomi, and activating it, a large orb will form, sucking in everything within a mile radius, as well as blinding the enemies that are trapped in the draw of Yomi. Once someone makes contact with the black orb, they will instantly be blasted away with incredible amounts of damage, the blindness retaining for around three posts. This can only be used once, with a cooldown of four posts.
Nisshoku (日食, Eclipse): This is something that is considered to be the most useful of the abilities of the Garb of Tsukuyomi, as it not only grants someone a larger field of usage for Kage-tai -- the main power -- but also can cause potential mental alterations, which is not brought on by this ability. This ability is quite simple in usage. By using Shadow Essence, the wearer is able to expand the usage of the usual artificial shadow creation on a much larger scale. Able to cover a half mile using half of the total capacity of the garb, or a full mile by using all of it, this ability -- as said before -- creates one massive shadow that the wearer can travel on using most of the passives of Kage-tai. This is something that disappears over the course of four posts, and cannot be used for seven posts afterward. Additionally, no light can be present while this ability is active. Even if a light source is brought into this shadow, it will be snuffed out within two posts.
General Weaknesses
Light: As per the biggest weaknesses of the shadows, this is also the garb's biggest weakness. However, this varies heavily on the strength and intensity of the light source in question. If it was something such as a match, it would have no effect. If it were something like a lantern or a massive bonfire? Those would have much more perilous effects on the wearer. This is due to the two separate effects that afflict the garb when high levels of light are introduced. The initial effect would be that the garb loses its ability to conceal the user. The user cannot be concealed if a large light source is near them, and slowly -- the energy of the Garb is drained if exposure is held long enough. The larger the source, the faster the drain -- with the max of the drain being four posts, and the minimum being ten posts. So, this heavily restricts the usage of this item but can be very potent and powerful if used in the proper conditions.
» Obtained From: The garb itself was obtained from Caanan's lab discovered during his training with Mirja, with Henrex going back and searching the remains of the lab, leading to the discovery of the Garb of Tsukuyomi. The powers of this equipment were obtained from Cirno's "Cassiel's Confinement" gem that she made for Henrex as a basis for the cloaking power, along with Henrex instilling the rest of the abilities with help from the Gotei Research Center.
