This place was more than suitable for what he needed to finish out his techniques. Ghislain had been pondering his techniques or trying to become something he wasn't for sometime. It was time to put all that way and embrace himself as the True Hound of Baskerville. The first one to exist and destroy enemies. The Baskerville had techniques that he could execute still. He'd used mjolnir already once and it had given him the power to call down thunderbolts. Using the gravitons he pointed his hand outwards and the sky grew dark as a bolt struck the ground. Searing and turning the area into a black stain. So that one was easy for him still to do. He closed his left eye losing it for a moment as the Eye of Odin activated. He could see the entire battlefield everything here. It became clear as he could use his strategy for that. Opening the eye the vision faded and so too did his sight of the entire battle zone. Ghislain was going through and remember what it meant to be the Hound of Baskerville.

He focused intently as black clawed hands shot out of the ground around him. These grasping hands would crush and impale anything they touch ripped the surroundings apart as though pieces of paper. So the Grasp of Hel still remained a strong technique within his kit and tools. He shot a blast of energy as the attack went off it flew back into him making contact much like Utsusemi however he was gone. But completely invisible now as all trace of his energy vanished. Reappearing as he realized most the Hounds moves still worked for him. The question could be asked why he'd not been using them and it was simply the era didn't call for it. He didn't wish to remember his mother's teaching as he believed being the Hound dishonorable. Ghislain didn't realize these techniques had a purpose in logic. His body could he still manifest the defense of Ymir she taught him. The power to make your body hard as steel or the frozen tundra. That was the goal at hand here. The technique was superior to reiatsu hardening that most used. It allowed you to be 0.5% stronger defensively then regular hardening.

He'd never been really strong as he inhaled and felt his eyes begin to turn wolf like for a moment. The Claws of Fenrir was something within his blood his mother specialized in this as well. Shooting forward he smashed his hand into the ground creating a massive crater as the Hound Techniques began to feel natural again. His strength was back to it's original station of power. Doing things like this required a great deal of strength. Making him want to hold back more. But he knew others needed work as well, meditation and memories of his muscles weren't enough. Thrill Of Ullr's Hunt was the next technique as his speed increased a bit and he vanished off just his movement alone. Ghislain was already quite a quick fellow with his speed. The Techniques of the Hound of Baskerville were something to behold. He remembered them with disgust before. But it was time for the Baskerville to be reborn. To name a new Hound to carry on the mantle of the proud legacy. He had no heir or children of his own to train in this way.

He began to focus his energy to summon the next portion of things out that needed to happen. In this mode he could only call ten of them. But maidens of black skin and color began to appear around him with weapons and wings. They were the Valkyrie, he'd called them with the Cry of the Valkyrie. It didn't mean much to him in terms of all that. But when it came right down to it. He was interested in seeing where this path way would go. What he could accomplish by training these techniques into a new source. This was as far he'd gotten with them. Ghislain had studied each one's impressive force on his own. The Crescent seal acted like Gelphnir to bind his techniques from performing things beyond their own doing. Everything here required him to hold back and restrain what must of been. The practice of developing the seal on his head was to act like a binding.

The true ferocity of these moves would need a test against someone strong enough to survive their fury.

His chest sunk in as he inhaled a breath feeling his lungs fill with the air. He'd performed the techniques in rapid succession to make sure he remembered them. Each one brought back a piercing reminder of the reality that lingered. The truth that was so far from sight yet so close within his grasp. The Baskerville the original hunters and truth of the Quincy were gone. They weren't a faction or anything like that. They were a place those trapped in shadows could call family. People who would defend one another and stand beside one another. Those who lost everything could consider them friends and count them among one another. His eyes returned to normal as he watched the area repair itself. This place was ideal to continue training the techniques and prepare something beyond his control. He would rebuild his mother's clan and leave behind the Eberhart. They were on their way to a new life and destination. This would mean a war on London or perhaps something else. Where would the Baskerville call home in what nation did they stay?

Questions like this lingered but for now, he would work on gathering the resources needed and the first thing was important. Ghislain wasn't strong enough for them to keep neutrality. He could be diplomatic and capable in that regard. There was much more to leading a family than mere power as he smiled softly at his father's words ringing in his ears. It was perhaps the best advice he'd been given. Ghislain put his hand out summoning the scythe he'd been practicing with as holograms charged him. Slicing through he was able to move the scythe fluidly and with creative movement before spinning and bringing the weapon to the other. His weapon moved along the path as he slammed it into the ground. Sending out a wave that knocked down the people following up. He was strong now that he embraced the Hound completely. Ghislain Eberhart, no that wasn't his name anymore. Ghislain Baskerville the Beast of Baskerville was his title. It was about time he accepted himself as such.

He had his successor planned out pretty much to a large sum. Ready to teach her and welcome her into the family almost. The question was what role would she ask him to play. He didn't know the answer to these things. As he held his scythe at the ready and prepared to fight the next round of canon fodder and practice his weapon. To think without thinking of the nature of things. He smirked slightly as he cracked his shoulders taking feeling pressure released as he could feel his body's power increase ever so slightly from the training and reaching closer. The energy poured into that crescent seal continued to grow. It continued to reach heights he thought unfathomable for him. He would need to destroy himself to fight Mana but what purpose was there to that? Mana kept that horde in line if she died what came next? Someone worse than Mana who would destroy the world perhaps. The Evil you know is sometimes better than the unknown one which lurks beyond the corner.

Progress was a slowly moving wheel that always seemed to linger in his mind. Against Mana, he and his alternate persona connected again. But he never embraced the full moves or beliefs that came with it. His chest sunk before rising again to its full stature. Things like this didn't sit well within his being. In his mind, he sat at a door having just tapped into the moves. Remembering each kill they provided during the war. Remembering what it meant to be a soldier and a leader. The strategy had been his strong suit at the time. But some things needed to evolve and change into a different perspective. He put his hands on the large door of his mind. Inside sitting bound was a black hound. A creature of massive size and portion. "It's been while since I've seen you, I am sorry I couldn't handle the blood back then." Ghislain said sadly as he snapped his fingers freeing the creature of its bindings. Without a second thought, it lunged and attacked him. Pinning him to the ground as it's hot breath could be felt around his throat.

The feeling of those razor sharp teeth pressuring against his throat as he lay there. His hand petting the creature's side softly as he looked sadly at it. "The Baskerville must rise again in this age, I failed to realize just how important you were." He said sadly as the creature's mouth moved from his throat to look him in the eyes. Cold crimson eyes stared him down as he remembered the familiar feeling. He and this beast were a single being much like he and his split personality were. Ghislain was becoming whole from the world that left him fractured. Something about it was comforting as he felt the creature jump into his stomach. It dove into him rejoining him becoming whole for the first time in ages. Ghislain's eyes opened from where he stood. Time hadn't passed by more than seconds. That door gave him access to the moves of the past. To his mother's skills and what made him the Beast. The Quincy never had one like him before or after.

He'd heard Hulderic attempted to remake a Baskerville Hound but failed miserably. He didn't know what went into it all and what made them the most threatening monster on the battlefield. Ghislain's eyes and aura had changed here. Embracing and freeing everything to become a complete person. He hungered for combat but it would be satisfied someday in the future. His control over that animal within was strong. "Not yet, we can't bare our fangs here my friend." He said to himself gently running his fingers along his stomach as he looked outwards. People were coming and going as the holograms reappeared. It was almost time for him to begin training again. No, it wasn't the process had been a success entirely. He'd been able to use the moves and find that door again. Finding the answer within that eternal torment was the hard part. Sometimes the pieces of ourselves we left locked in the darkness were the hardest to find.

He'd never finished what he set out to do with all this nonsense. The Lost Ones and everything that was his wife and his objective. That didn't have a place in this world now. But his mother's aspiration did at the moment. He could select and begin training the next round. He inhaled the air smelling the scent of this place as he cracked his neck left to right. Feeling his shoulders loosen up as his eyes hardened a bit from the time spent training here. How much time had elapsed outside of this place? Ghislain couldn't wait for a good confrontation to come along soon. He was going to enjoy releasing the animal within for a while. He'd need to be careful though just how far he took things. This position within the Vanguard was useful to him. He could use it to law low and remain comfortable within the organization.
