Reasoning: Magnolia originally came here because she was from the inverse realm. However she has explored the soul society, meeting henrex, or had instances of conversation with shunsui. However one of the things she has learned most during her time in the soul society is this-- she wishes to protect this realm.

Logically magnolia has huge drive to protect, and has the skills, power, and means to back up this need to protect the realm. She certainly isn't research division, but she has such a breadth of knowledge that she is capable of giving as a benefit to the organization that i think she would be a great fit in any combat, or realm enforcement or even stealth position.

Ultimately though because her mindset is protect the realm, she isn't really choosy on where she goes, or what she does--so long as she is able to do the goals that are set before her? She will be fine. So the TLDR is, i would think based on IC interaction she'd do best in either of the squads aforementioned in my preference, but if she's put in 1 division, or any other division because that is where she can be best served? That will be fine, because ultimately she is still fulfilling her purpose.

Due to personal reasons to an extent among some IC reasons coming in, I am going to withdraw Tatsuya from this organization entirely. If you have questions as to why that is please feel free to Dm me about it. I don't mind telling you up front what's going on but at present, I've chosen to avoid the Gotei 13 for other plot reasons. So at this moment, I'll see how things go for a journey across the lands. Tatsuya may join the organization at a later date, but right now isn't the time for it as he has more to see. And his trust of Ibiki is still not there enough to follow the orders of another person like her.
