Mirja, The Mad Wolf
Mirja Eeola had decided that she was going to hang around the Seireitei and prove to Captain Ibiki that she wasn't an evil super bad naughty person after being affiliated with Monsuta. Sure, she had entirely misread the entire Monsuta situation and people - Aiko and Captain Ibiki at the forefront of those - had not liked it. But she was working hard to make amends, with Aiko. And now for Captain Ibiki, she was here to spend some time with the squad and see if she could rub off some of her skill on the other members of the combat squad.
Despite her relatively low rank and standing in the squad, Mirja was possibly one of the most skilled, and powerful, members, which was a sort of inflation to her ego that she was not at all scared to flaunt. Looking around, there was little slacking as people all over the division training ground were engaged in spars. Not looking to break anything up, and not quite in the mood yet for the fight that she would need to get everyone to gather round and listen to her, she decided to stroll and watch, see how the people of the squad were doing.
It was nice, in a way. She hadn't been here in a while, and got into quite a nasty fight last time she had, but the rumor of that didn't seem to connect to her, so she was fine to peruse this without people running and hiding. At least for now. When she started to really get into it there might be a bit of both, and that would be amusing for the wolf girl. That amusement was in the future though, and right now she was in the present, so she kept her mind there and focused on anyone who might be approaching her.

A sigh escaped the red haired shinigami as she lay upon the tiled roof, her blood red, bat like wings stretched out lazily to catch the sun's rays. It had been a while since she had taken some time to relax upon the rooftops like this, and never before had she done it while dodging her duties. That's why she was over her, in first division territory, rather than over by her own division. Times like this called for a break after all, regardless if those who sought to control her wanted otherwise. Soon, soon she would gain the strength and cru- NO! BAD TESSA! DON'T THINK LIKE THAT! Her crimson eyes flashed open as she pressed down on that thought, knowing where exactly it had come from. She would not be like that, not like a creature of destruction and rage like her progenitor! No, she was a shinigami, and she would keep herself sane and working no matter what!
Sighing as she brought her body up to a sitting position, her tail thumping lightly against the tiles she sat on. She knew what bothered her even now, her lack of progress in her abilities. Lately she had found herself struggling to gain even the slightest of progress, stuck in the same place as she had been, and it infuriated her! Why? Why couldn't she improve herself further? What was holding her back? Shaking her head in a futile effort to clear it, it was then that she noticed the individual. Who was that? She certainly didn't recognize them, so maybe a newcomer? But that would be odd, even now she could sense that this individual was strong, stronger than most she had encountered. But that wasn't saying much, was it? After all, most divisions were full of weak, pitiful crea- NO, STOP, BAD! With that thought complete, a sigh escaped her lips before she called out.
"Hey! You there! What're you doing skulking around here? Which squad are you with?"

Mirja, The Wolf of Eden
Unbreakable, Unyielding, Unstoppable, Unpettable. It was a theme that ran through Mirja's mind as her wolfish tail swished softly behind her, looking about and yet seeing nobody that would dare approach the One-Hit Wolf. Maybe she shouldn't have obliterated that one guy so perfectly when she was last here. Now nobody would do anything with her and it was bleak, dull, boring, boring, boring! Nobody was a fan of her work and it made her want to crush, maim, destroy and bend limbs slightly out of place. The last one being the most horrific because people would forever expect something worse to be just around the corner.
But then she heard it. A 'hey you there' and then claiming that she was skulking. Skulking! In her own barracks no less! Ohh, she was not going to have this. This was Commander Ibiki's place and anyone who dared to claim the Demon's Wolf was skulking was going to regret it. So she looked in the direction of the call, and paused as she saw a bat-winged girl. Wings! They were pretty cute as well, entirely unlike Henrex's morbid emo wings. So Mirja grinned to herself, and then vanished abruptly.
"I'm with the First Division, Earth Affiliation, under Commander Ibiki. Might I ask were such a beautiful girl like you hangs her head?" She asked, having appeared suddenly in front of the girl, close enough that she could feel Mirja's breath on her face. Mirja's whole world these days was revolving around being as fast as possible, and her legs helped her in that endeavor. Plus she was stupidly powerful these days, which was always a help when it came to moving quicker. Her entire drive to push forward was fueled by her desire to get faster, move quicker, go further onto the horizion.

Tessa was already on edge, holding back the part of her that was the vicious beast, so it was no surprise that when the being appeared from nowhere in front of her that she reacted in quite the destructive manner. Opening her mouth wide, a conical burst of flames surged forth from her maw towards the one who intruded upon her space, a growl surging outwards as she flashed backwards, now on her feet with some space between her and the newcomer. Feeling scales creeping up her neck and towards her face, the draconic shinigami took a deep breath as to calm herself and let the transformation recede. This person was definitely strong, far stronger than her if they could get right up in her face without her realizing it. Worst of all, this infuriated her. She was someone for whom her mainstay in combat was speed, swiftness backed by strength, and to find herself so outclassed by this individual? Her body trembled with fury at the very thought.
Another calming breath filtered through her as she tried her best to maintained her calm, an elongated canine chewing at her lip before she spoke.
"Second Division, Tessa Morrowend. I haven't seen you around here before, are you a new recruit or something?"
Even as she spoke, her body prepared itself for combat. Her tail twitched as her wing spread and took her an inch above the rooftop while she kept her transformation suppressed, ready to release it at any moment. Hopefully it wouldn't come to that though, she really didn't want to get in trouble for ditching work and fighting members of other squads.

Mirja, The Wolf of Eden
That, was an interesting reaction. She had expected quite a few things, ranging from a scream to a punch to the face to a 'do I look like I am impressed' look, but a firebreath was not something she was expecting. Fortunately, her bodysuit protected her from it, and her natural density protected her face, so there was only a few loose strands of hair singed by the fire. It was interesting to see however, the girl who seemed to be some sort of dragon reacting so violently to a person. Mirja would have to dissuade her of that reaction the best way possible.
Biting her lip hard enough for it to start bleeding, Mirja withdrew a strange looking gem and smiled at the girl.
"Kido Corps. How lovely. I'm guessing from the fire breath you aren't part of the healing sub division. I'm Mirja Eeola. I haven't really been around the Seireitei much since World War Three, I'm an earth-bound Shinigami. I like it down there more than I do up here, so I check in sporadically and cause most of my trouble down there on Earth, hence my division being Earth Affiliation, I've got a fair few friends down there" She explained, and then moved.
Using Utsusemi so the Dragon girl wouldn't notice Mirja had moved, she appeared lightly behind her - the lack of Reiatsu allowing her to stay undetected by any Reiatsu sensing - and allowed a drop of blood to hit the gem she had been holding. It reacted violently, and as it was pointed at the dragon girl, it unleashed a blast of super-powered fire, the air hissing in it's wake as the moisture was instantaneously evaporated. Being of fire and generally draconian, it was possible that she wouldn't take the full brunt of the power, but the blast was equal to a Grand Rey Cero, and so there might be some burnt flesh on the air after this shot was done.

The sound of liquid hitting solid was all the warning Tessa got before fire roared from behind towards her. Eyes widening in surprise, the restraint she had shown before disappeared in a burst of rushing energy and resounding roar. Shiny crimson scales erupted all across her body as horns grew past her wavy hair, clearly visible as claws jutted out from the end of her fingers. Just in time the transformation completed itself, the full powers of her draconic heritage visible for all to see. Even as flames seared against her body, Tessa reached out, hands somehow curling around the fire that engulfed her. As if it was some sort of object she began to mold the flames in to a small ball as the scales in her hand melted and fell away, burns spreading across her hands as she tried to hold the energy in her hand while further containing the rest with her other hand. Slowly but surely, even as her skin burned further and further did she work. It was only by virtue of her protective capabilities against fire that she did not die from the overwhelming power of the flames. Even so, when finally she managed to move all the heat and flames in to the small ball she held in her hand, it was to find herself covered in burns and gouges where the heat had managed to eat away at her skin. Gone were her scales, having all been removed in their efforts to protect her from the destructive force of the flames. Leaning forward, the dragon took a bite from the potent fires in her hand, letting the heat slide down in to her gullet where it would be processed in to energy, quickly fed to her injured areas, and begin to restore them. Even as she stood there the burns upon her being started to reverse, gouges in her skin repairing themselves swiftly as the energy from the flames was put to good use. Finally, she moved her eyes to the one who assaulted her being, eyes filled with bestial rage and malice, and lobbed the ball, filled with the fire that this fool had just unleashed upon her, back towards it.
Having released the unstable ball of flames, her wings spread outwards as she took flight, soaring upwards in to the sky even as she looked downwards at the result of her handiwork. A clawed hand went to her blade, ready to draw it if necessary. Time to see if the little fool could fly.

Mirja, The Wolf of Eden
Mirja was worried that the Damos Rune might have been a bit much, and so she put it away when the fireball hit her. However, she was surprised again when the girl turned into a dragon fully, and ate the fire. It was to be expected from her being a dragon and all, but it was still pretty surprising. Mirja's wolfiness was a result of buggerations after the fact, and the fact was her Shinigaminess. It was kind of a new thing actually. And she was curious as to how this girl became a Dragon. Mirja had not seen any dragons around.
However, that thought was for another time, as the girl launched the orb back at the Wolf Girl. Slightly more than the average fire, that one might actually hurt a little, so Mirja threw a powerful left jab at it and gutted the fire with a plum of air pressure, rendering it little more than sparks from a camp fire. Still, it did the job of distracting her long enough for the Dragon girl to take flight. Mirja's Void Dance might have gotten her up there, but it wouldn't have kept her up there, lacking any manner of Reiatsu platforms, so she would just have to bring the girl down to her level.
"Nice wings. You going to come down and talk like a civil Shinigami, or do I have to break them and watch you fall like some modern day Icarus?" Mirja asked, knowing exactly what she was going to launch at the girl if she refused to come down. "Getting and staying airborne is to much of a hassle for me, so forgive me if I don't really have anything that could be considered restraint if you chose to stay up there"

Her hand tightened around the hilt of her blade as the other shinigami began to talk, but it seemed that this person did not want to continue pursuing a violent course of action. Slowly, with repeated calming breaths, the rage that had inhabited her subsided, her body continuing to heal what it could from the energy she had taken in. Keeping herself in her transformed state in case the was simply a bluff on this individual's part, she let herself lower towards the rooftop, eyes warily looking at the one whom she had traded blows with. Shaking her head to ward off this little bout of defensiveness, Tessa let herself collapse on to the roof in a sitting position, taking stock of her injuries. Luckily for her, her wings had not suffered much damaged and had swiftly been repaired, the same could not be said for the rest of her body. Burns riddled her body even as she healed up, but she knew it would not be enough to bring her back to full health.
"I am so going to get it for this..."
Her words were mumbled, barely above a whisper, and ended with a heavy sigh before she looked up at the one before her. Tilting her head to the side slightly, she tried to figure out what to say first, and finally opened her mouth again after a small time.
"So, what is it you want?"

Mirja, The Wolf of Eden
The dragon girl floated a bit before coming back down to earth and calming down. The girl really had an issue with her anger, and Mirja was interested. She could help her with that, or at least try. Frustrate her and infuriate her consistently until rage was something she grew bored of, or associated with negativity. Which Mirja would enforce, making sure every time she got angry was a very negative thing for her. Although, right now, she seemed pretty burned, which was not going to make this conversation any easier on Mirja. Pinching the softly smoldering strand of hair to stop it from burning, she smiled at the dragon girl as she asked Mirja what she wanted. After Mirja's wolfish ears caught the fact that she was going to be in trouble for something.
"What do I want? Darling, you are the one who called out to me, saying I was skulking around my own barracks. If anything, I should be asking you. What are you doing here when you should be at your barracks working like a good little girl? I can see why you chose Second, because you can't fight worth shit. Self-evident by the flailing mess you just threw at me here" she taunted, giving the girl a confident, superior smile.
"So it doesn't matter what I want, the question is, what do you want? Ditching work to come hang around the First Division like some awestruck fangirl at the people out there who can fight so well. Is that it? You want to admire the fighters here because you can't so much as throw a punch without tripping over your own feet? It's entirely fine, the Second Division isn't designed to fight, so having no ability to fight isn't something you should be ashamed of"

"Shut up."
The words were growled out as she glared in to the eyes of this person, rage etched in to every feature on her face. Clawed fingers curled in to shaking fists as she stood, wings flared out as if to make her appear bigger.
"You obviously don't know a thing about the Second Division, seeing as you, like a complete idiot, think we aren't designed to fight. Just because we aren't going to go in to battle swinging fists without a thought like crazy lunatics doesn't mean we don't have a way to fight. Kido is a tool, just like my sword or my fist, which is used to battle an opponent, and a far better tool at that! You can only swing your fist a certain amount of ways, but the uses of kido are endless! So stop trying to act like you're all high and mighty cause you're part of the dumb ass squad, it only makes you look like a child bully."
Panting heavily from her rant, Tessa once more plopped down on to the roof and let the energy she had taken in continue to heal her, burns lightening and giving way to healthy skin, except for the hand that had held the ball, it still heavily burned.
"As for your questions, I think it obvious, I was sunbathing, duh. As for why I'm over here is cause I'm less likely to get caught when I hide over here instead of over by my division. I just had some things on my mind that I wanted to get cleared up so I could actually get the work done."
