» Item Description: Dalia and the Gotei noticed that whenever she truly fought, her mind was overtaken, and she became dangerous. As a means of delaying the use of her release, Bad Kitty was created to allow her to fight without having to tap into her destructive nature. Thanks to the Gotei's own technology, and Dalia's own cloth control and creation, they were able to create a rather interesting kitty patch. The patch could be applied to any clothing with ease. Responding to her own reiryoku and force of will, the patch can overtake her clothing in a kitty like fashion. It feeds off of a very peculiar kind of energy emanating from her, and it lasts for as long as she wills it. Bad Kitty is not a replacement for a release. Its only the attempt to prevent Dalia from relying on her powers that were as dangerous to her as to others. In it of itself, Bad Kitty only offers a two fold increase in speed, agility, reflexes, and defense. She also seems to gain small, kitty like brass knuckles that look more like paws for close combat. The padding on the hands actually allow her to stick with ease to difficult surfaces as well.
